Place the resulting mixture on the dough and place in the oven, heated to 200 degrees for half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 8 tbsp. spoon;
  • sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • milk – 6 tbsp. spoon;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vegetable oil – 6 tbsp. spoon;
  • bananas – 2 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese – 400 g;
  • condensed milk - to taste.

Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar and baking powder in a bowl, then add flour to them and knead the dough. Add milk and vegetable oil to it, mix well again. Chop the bananas and add to the dough.

Grease a baking dish with oil, pour the dough into it and place in the oven or microwave. Bake until done. While the dough is baking, mix the cottage cheese with condensed milk (add it to taste).

Take the banana pie out of the oven, cut it lengthwise into two halves and brush with curd mixture.

To make banana curd pie, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1.5 cups sugar (you can add vanilla sugar at the end for decoration)
  • 200 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon slaked soda
  • 3 bananas
  • 4 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 450 grams of cottage cheese

First of all, let's knead the dough. If the butter is just from the refrigerator, then put it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften it. Put it in some bowl. Then we take a third of the prepared sugar (in our case, half a glass) and pour it into the same container, after which we grind the two ingredients together into a homogeneous mass.

Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen, then pour it into the resulting mixture of butter and sugar. Add a teaspoon of soda there, after extinguishing it with lemon juice or vinegar - thanks to this, the cake will turn out more fluffy. All this now needs to be thoroughly mixed until the dough turns into a homogeneous viscous mass. Then you need to wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator - when it cools down, it will be easier to form the base of the pie. While it's cooling, let's make the filling.

Pour two eggs into a deep container, add the remaining glass of sugar and cottage cheese. Mix everything until the ingredients form a homogeneous mass, then add semolina flour and mix again. If you don’t want to do all this with your hands, then you can use a blender, but then the consistency of the filling will resemble porridge - some may not like it.

After this you can add bananas. If in the last step you mixed the ingredients using a blender, then the same can be done with bananas. Another option is to cut the bananas into slices and mix them with the filling so that they can be clearly felt in your mouth while eating. It is advisable to mix them carefully so that they do not break. Of course, if they do break, then nothing bad will happen, but it won’t be so beautiful.

Finally, it's time to shape our pie. Take an oven pan with high sides and place the bottom layer of dough on it, forming the sides. Then evenly distribute the curd and banana filling there. Place the remaining dough on the top layer. If you have some dough left, you can show your imagination and creative inclinations and form some patterns or pictures out of it on the surface of the pie.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the pie in it and bake until done - this takes about 30-40 minutes. The pie can be served chilled or straight from the oven.

  • flour – 200 g;
  • cottage cheese – 0.2 kg;
  • lemon zest – 5 g;
  • soft butter – 0.1 kg;
  • granulated sugar – 100 g;
  • egg - three pieces;
  • powdered sugar;
  • hazelnuts – 20 g;
  • bananas – 2 pieces;
  • vanilla.

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl in which we will knead the dough, sift the wheat flour a couple of times. It is better to sift the flour several times to saturate it with oxygen.
  2. Add 50 g of granulated sugar to this. Stir the dry ingredients.
  3. Add 100 g of chilled butter.
  4. Using a fork or your hands, grind these components to obtain a mass that resembles crumbs in consistency.
  5. Break one egg at room temperature into a bowl separately.
  6. Beat the egg with a whisk by hand or with a mixer. Add the beaten egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
  7. Knead the dough, it will turn out like plasticine. Wrap a piece of dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
  8. We peel the hazelnuts. If desired, the nuts can be lightly fried in a hot frying pan.
  9. Chop the peeled hazelnuts with a knife and set aside. We will need nuts to decorate the pie.
  10. Break the remaining chicken eggs into a bowl.
  11. Add 50 g of granulated sugar here.
  12. Beat the indicated components into a foamy mass.
  13. Peel the banana pulp and add to the sugar-egg mixture.
  14. Stir everything vigorously again.
  15. Grind the grainy cottage cheese in a sieve or chop with a fork, breaking up large lumps. Add to the above products.
  16. Remove a little zest from the lemon and beat thoroughly again until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency.
  17. The final touch is vanilla. You can use essence.
  18. Line a baking pan with a piece of parchment and grease it with butter.
  19. We spread the dough, raise the sides.
  20. Pour the curd and banana filling into the mold.
  21. Now sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
  22. We put our masterpiece in the oven, preheated to a temperature threshold of 180°.
  23. Bake for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake to steep for another 5-7 minutes.
