Building

The Mumiy Troll bar is located on the ground floor of the Central Telegraph, an Art Deco building recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The four-story original house was built in 1925. The construction was carried out by the architect I. Rerberg, who became famous for the construction of the Kyiv (Bryansk) station. The building was completed in 1927. In the 1930s, the building was occupied by the All-Union Radio. It was from here that the legendary announcer Yu. Levitan notified the inhabitants of the country about Hitler's invasion in 1941.
