Arkady was born into a very creative family. His mother is a ballerina, his father is a conductor.

By the way, it should be noted right away that Jem is the real name of the future radio host; he inherited it from his ancestors.

At the time of the birth of their son, the couple worked in Yekaterinburg, but after a few months they moved to Pyatigorsk. After some time, the couple moved to Krasnoyarsk, and finally settled even later in Petrozavodsk.

Arkady inherited plasticity and choreography abilities from his mother, and excellent hearing from his father. When the choice arose about what to develop in my son, the family council decided - a rumor. Moreover, the father stood firmly in this position and Arkasha’s mother had to obey.

Thus Jem went to music school, first in the piano class, and then in the saxophone class. Having matured a little, Arkady decided that he still needed dancing and began to attend classes in secret from his father.

Thanks to his abilities, the young man quickly achieved success, especially in the field of the Latin American program.

If we talk about who Jem dreamed of being in the future, then you won’t find anything related to the creative profession. At first he dreamed of becoming a pediatric surgeon, then a translator, then a waiter.

After graduating from secondary school Jem entered the Karelian Pedagogical Institute, where he paid special attention to the study of French and English.

Training was easy for the young man, the teachers had no complaints against him, but still, the future radio host liked social life more than classes and lessons. Jem gladly participated in all internal and external performances of the university, and at the same time managed to teach ballroom dancing at the Rhythm club.

In 1996, while studying in his third year, Jem accidentally learned that an acquaintance of his worked at radio Europe Plus. This information captivated the young man so much that he decided to get on the radio station at any cost. At that moment, he did not see himself in any capacity, he was simply captivated by the idea itself.

A friend advised Jem to take part in a competition, the main prize of which was getting to know Europe Plus from the inside. The future star did everything to win this prize and got behind the scenes of the radio.

It was at that moment that one of the “voices” for the advertisement fell ill and Jem was offered to try to voice one video. The young man did a great job and was invited to work for Europe Plus. Thus began Jem's radio career.

Very soon, Jem realized that the regional department was too cramped for him and he wanted to work as a presenter. After much persuasion from his management, the young man managed to get him sent to Moscow for an internship.

As it turned out, Jem’s girlfriend, even before his departure to the capital, sent the resume of the future star to a number of radio stations and they were already eagerly awaiting him there.

So in 1998, Arkady remotely became a radio host at Station 106.8 FM, and in 2000 he finally moved to work in the capital, but in his native Europe Plus. Jem devoted another four years of his life to this particular work, but then he decided to change something and went to Dynamite FM.

True, a year later, in 2005, he received a more than tempting offer from Europe Plus - to become one of the frontmen of the morning show Brigada U. Now his co-hosts and.

There is no need to talk about the popularity of this project, and to this day it airs every weekday morning and lasts a full 3 hours. Of course, over more than 10 years on air, the composition of the presenters has changed, but Jem works there to this day.

Among other things, he also seen in films as a radio host, and also the hero of the cartoon “Rio” and “Rio-2”, the parrot Pedro, speaks in the voice of Arkady.

Nothing is known about the personal life of the star of the morning show on Europe Plus. Official pages on social networks say that he is not married, but it is difficult to say whether he is in a relationship.

The biography of radio host Vika from the morning show “Brigada U” is a real secret behind seven seals. Why is that?

Most likely, with this flair of mystery, the radio station “Europe Plus” is trying to attract as much attention as possible to itself and its project.

But still there is some information about this beautiful girl and we tried to collect it for you in this article.

The first secret - real name of the radio presenter. On all pages on social networks, as well as on the official website of “Brigade U,” only the name Vika is indicated, but her name is Tatyana Pestryakova.

Logically, one can assume that in its full version it sounds like Victoria, but still these are only assumptions. Not once on air or in an interview did the girl herself or her colleagues mention her passport details.

The second secret is the date of birth. It is only known that Vicky was born on June 5 and her zodiac sign is Gemini.

The third secret is the girl's education. One of its pages states that the girl graduated from the pop vocal department Institute of Contemporary Art or ISI.

If we compare this with the fact that Vicky simply cannot live without music and sings superbly herself, then the information seems reliable.

At the same time, in her interviews, Vicky notes that as a child she dreamed of being not only a singer, but also a veterinarian. As a child, the girl desperately wanted to spend a lot of time with pets, treat them and give them SPA treatments!

At one time, Tatyana Pestryakova worked as a dance and vocal teacher.

Vicky is a real girl. She loves beautiful dresses, cannot live without a smartphone, loves to be photographed, receive compliments and, of course, sing. She also has a real girl idol - George Clooney. She dreams of not only meeting a Hollywood star, but also having an affair with him!

Viki got onto the radio and immediately into the morning show “Brigade U” in 2013 (where they already appeared). Vicky is excellent on air, jokes brightly and even hosts separate blocks. Colleagues value Vicki very much, although they often make fun of her.

Not surprisingly, the personal life of the mysterious radio host is also a secret. Although on her VKontakte page Vicky indicated that she was in love. But it is not known to whom and whether their relationship has been formalized.

Vika has 2 favorite cats at home, photos of which can sometimes be seen on her Instagram.

Where did Brigada U go on Europe Plus? On the morning of April 27, listeners turned on a video from the radio station’s studio and did not find the radio presenters on site. There is no reason to panic - Jem, Ilya and Vicky moved to a studio in Sochi for a few days. In the resort city they will cheer for our Formula 1 driver Daniil Kvyat and hold an open-air Europa Plus Fest.

The broadcast from Sochi on April 27 was shown on the screen in a Moscow studio. Fans of the show asked for a webcam to be recorded in this image or for a live broadcast to the Europa Plus website from Sochi.

The hosts of the morning show did not bring the cloudy Moscow weather to Sochi. For three days - April 27, 28 and 29 - DJs Jem, Ilya and Vicky will broadcast from the resort city.

This weekend Sochi is hosting the Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix. Our athlete Daniil Kvyat is also participating in the race.

The morning will not only talk about everything that is happening in Sochi. Jem promised that he would ask all the questions to the Formula 1 stars. Those people will come on the morning broadcast without whom the next stage of the race would not take place.

And on April 30 and May 1, residents and guests of Sochi will enjoy a real holiday from! On Saturday evening, DJ Anton Bruner will play a set. And on May 1, Sochi Autodrom will host Europa Plus Fest for the first time.

From 17-30 Yolka, Nyusha, Yulianna Karaulova, Burito, Band’Eros and Lena Temnikova will appear on stage. There will also be DJs who will organize May Day dances. Everyone who has a ticket to the Sochi Formula 1 race will come to the holiday. The hosts of the holiday will be Jem, Ilya and

The broadcast of “Brigade U” on the Europa Plus radio station lasts three hours – from 7 to 10 am. For 8 years, the guys have been getting up so early to delight millions of listeners across the country with their energy and excellent sense of humor. We met with Jem, Ilya and Vicky to learn about their difficult work, favorite things and even about old age.

So let's start with a little blitz:

– Better stress reliever?

Ilya: Solitude.

Jem: Steering wheel, I love driving. Another “Jack Daniel’s” and sleep.

Vicky: Work and colleagues. And new dresses - you can’t go anywhere without them!

- Food?

Ilya: Porridge in the morning.

Jam: Very different, but without mustard - I have a severe allergy to it.

Vicky: Everything related to Italian and Georgian cuisine. True, I don’t eat half of it – it’s harmful (laughs).

- Sports?

Ilya: Morning bow to the sun.

Jem: Run in the morning if you have the strength (laughs). And step aerobics, I do it periodically.

Vicki: Dancing and squats.

- A country?

Ilya: Russia.

Jam: Spain, Netherlands, Britain, USA, Argentina.

Wiki: Italy and Brazil.

– Brand of clothing?

Ilya: Diesel.

Jam: Zara, Diesel.

Vicky: I'm Zaralub.

- Series?

Ilya: “Silicon Valley.” I started watching it because we voice the main characters in it. And now I’m waiting for several episodes to be released so I can watch several episodes at once.)) So that there is a lot. Otherwise, one episode is not enough for me, and after watching I feel dissatisfaction, such, in a sense, “viewer hunger.”

Jem: “American Horror Story.”

Vicki: And I’m for the classics – “Friends”.

- Book?

Ilya: Letters from A.P. Chekhov.

Jem: Self-instruction manual of the Spanish language.

Vicki: “The Mysterious Case of Billy Milligan.” This is an unreal brain blast!

– How do you see yourself in old age? Where and with whom?

Ilya: In solitude. I hope by then everyone will forget about everything and won’t bother me (smiles).

Jem: For some reason I was always looking for an opportunity to work as a waiter. Therefore, maybe in my old age I will have my own little bar on the seashore under a palm tree.

Vicky: I want to work in radio until I retire. But I also have a couple of strange desires: to work as a guide and make cheese in my old age.

- Idol?

Ilya: Sometimes I listen to our broadcasts and evaluate them not as myself and my colleagues, but simply as radio hosts. And, you know, I like them. I listen to the radio a lot, but I don't like anyone else. And on these guys my head rests.

Jem: If in journalism - Otar Kushanashvili.

Vicky: I don't have one.

– Does it happen that during broadcasts you feel stupor and don’t know what to say next?

Jem: It happens. At such moments we “pick up” each other. True, when you know that there are colleagues who can replace you at any moment, it, frankly, relaxes you a little. I often get stuck when I forget the right word.

Vicky: Yes, at such moments it’s very disappointing when you show your colleagues what you want to say so that they can help you find the word, but they don’t understand! This often happens when you need to announce something: the main prize, an announcement... And everyone looks at each other and doesn’t remember.

– Have you ever wanted to give up everything and leave?

Jem: No, there was no desire to abandon Brigade U. The only negative: in the first years of work I really wanted to sleep. Especially in the dark winter time.

– What are the plans of “Brigade U”?

Jem: Soon we are going to the European Football Championship in France. We follow in the footsteps of our team from city to city. We will cheer for the guys and cover the events.

Vicki: But if sports radio stations only talk about sports, then we will also have a cultural story. And also intrigues and scandals (laughs).

– What is it like to be the best presenter of the best radio in the country?

Ilya: Very hard. You're always afraid to turn up your nose and not feel it.

Vicki: Of course, there is a sense of responsibility. Especially when you think about how many people are listening to you...

– What advice would you give to those who want to work in radio?

Jem: Practice talking to yourself. It is also necessary to read, listen to music, stay in the flow of information, and watch video clips to navigate the material.

Ilya: You can also do this. You take a voice recorder and record yourself for three days. Then you listen and evaluate: do you have something to say to the listener? You also need to understand what your superpower is. Jem, for example, has clarity and a good voice. Vicki is strong because she is a “la-la-la” girl and has a lot of dresses (laughs).

Vicki: The most important thing is to be sincere and get that out of yourself. And don't try to be like anyone.

– What is your view on everyday life?

Ilya: We must look for positive things everywhere.

Jem: I sometimes catch myself in a state of jamevu. And I'm shocked by what's happening. I can’t believe my eyes that this is possible in principle. Therefore, admiration and enjoyment every day is my view.

Vicki: My motto is: “To catch happiness, you must be able to run.” You have to do something all the time, nothing will just happen.

Photographer: Veronika Arakchieva

We express our gratitude to the Tarantino restaurant for the interior provided.

You are on air every day from 7 am. What time does your day start?

Vicky: I get up before everyone else. Firstly, because I live farthest from everyone else. Secondly, I need to feed the cat. And, thirdly, I’m a girl and I need time to choose a dress.

Ilya: It's amazing how many dresses Vika has!

Jam: Every day something new comes!

Do you have any morning rituals to make your day as energizing and productive as possible?

Ilya: Every morning I press the red button on the coffee machine. Before I even said hello to anyone, I turned on the coffee machine to warm up.

Jam: In the morning I set all four air conditioners so that the temperature in the studio is comfortable for us

Vicky: I draw arrows before the broadcast, and the guys watch me.

Is this not your first year together? Can you even remember what happened on the first broadcast?

Ilya: Vicky and I danced. I remember once unexpectedly inviting her to dance, but she was not taken aback, and we began to spin in a waltz! This is such mutual understanding.

Jam: Yes, and then Vicky sat with huge eyes and barely audibly said, “They are crazy!” They are crazy!".

Vicky: And I remember that to every question I asked about how to do this and that, they answered two phrases: “Improvise!” or “Look at us and repeat!”

How did you come up with the idea of doing your morning show on the stage of a nightclub?! Do you remember your first Live Breakfast?

Jam: Our producers Vera Yakovleva and Roma Marchenkov and I wanted to somehow involve listeners in the process of creating our morning show. So that they too feel like they are part of the U Brigade.

Ilya: We believed that besides us, maybe 200 more people would come to the nightclub so early... they set up tables in front of the stage, prepared breakfast... and 1500 people came! It is clear that the tables were all demolished at the moment.

Who was the first artist?

Jam: Serebro group, Tomas N'evergreen and Plazma group!

Ilya: And we played Lie Detector with them. We had such a game on air then, and there was a real lie detector on which we tested our celebrity guests. Oh, I remember the girls from Silver constantly squealed when he shocked them. By the way, we still have this device somewhere, although the game itself was archived a long time ago!

Have there been any dramatic events involving listeners on the air? Confessions of unreciprocal love, tragic stories?

Ilya: Just the other day we received a call from a man who had a huge fight with his wife because he went to work for a couple of hours and returned three days later. They were almost divorced, and he decided to try to save his family through our broadcast. He apologized and confessed his love, and it turned out that his wife was listening to the broadcast at that moment, crying, of course... But they eventually made up!

Jam: Once we had a story when colleagues from a Belgrade radio station wrote to us and told us a story that they had a young man living in Croatia who fell in love with a girl from Russia, but distances separated them. And then two morning shows from different countries called and connected the lovers live... It was a very touching surprise.

Vicky: And at “Live Breakfast” our listeners have developed a good tradition of proposing marriage! Well, we actually have a lot of couples who met at our event, then got married and now live happily ever after!

Jam: And once, also at Live Breakfast, we had an event when we made the dreams of our listeners come true. So one guy really wanted to win an iPhone to give it to someone! And he really gave it right on stage to a girl whom we randomly selected in the audience.
