  • “Krasnodar” sauce or ketchup – 1 glass;
  • Lemon – 1 pc.;
  • Salt, ground black pepper, coriander.

So, let's prepare our miracle fish! First, we take the ide, clean it of scales, and get rid of the head, fins and tail. Next, separate the meat from the bone. To prepare this culinary work, we only need the fillet, so you can give the rest of the fish’s body to the cat to feast on. Wash the fillet thoroughly under running water and dry it with a kitchen towel. Cut the fish into portions, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with coriander and set aside to marinate a little. You can squeeze the juice from half a lemon and pour a little water over the fish to give the meat a piquant taste.

Take potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices. We send it to a deep plate, where we salt it and pepper it a little. You can use fish seasoning if you like it. Just salt and pepper is enough for me. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

  • sour cream - 1/3 cup
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste
