Vovk is the director of food plant No. 4 under the presidential administration, writes Moskovsky Komsomolets. " And here is a photo of the new chief cook of the State Duma I deleted it from my page today. Now the Duma will be fun and tasty,” the parliamentarian wrote on Twitter.
