If your winnings exceed 100,000 rubles (but not more than 1 million) or if you cannot use other methods of receipt, you can send a package of documents to the Stoloto central office in Moscow. You will need a signed application for payment of winnings, the original ticket, copies of passport pages with photo and registration, as well as full bank account details. The letter should be sent as a registered letter (preferably with a list of attachments).

Amounts more than 1 million rubles paid only upon personal visit to the Stoloto office in Moscow.
