International drawing contests for children. Important organizational points

All-Russian drawing contests are events for those who love to create on a sheet of paper or any other material using paints and crayons, pencils and felt-tip pens, charcoal and gouache. What a field of creativity opens up for children and adults when a blank sheet of paper is laid down in front of them, on which there is still nothing. Quite a little time will pass and the paper will speak. She will tell an unusual story about the Motherland, about autumn, about beloved friends, about birds and stars, about space travel and New Year's adventures. Is it possible to list all the topics that interest kids? Therefore, so many All-Russian competitions of children's drawing are held in the 2018-2019 academic year. I would like every child living in Russia, whether he is a very young preschool child or a school graduate, to show his artistic talent.

What do all-Russian creative drawing contests give children?

Each All-Russian drawing competition is a new step towards creativity, which will surely be followed by results, victories and first high achievements. Each family carefully stores children's drawings made by kids at different ages. Parents are proud of these works. They are shown to relatives and friends. Today you can tell the whole world about the talent of your children. To do this, you must take part in one of the proposed competitions. The works submitted by the participants are published on the site and stored here permanently.

Participation in creative competitions is to expand your horizons. The child always wants to try to display something new. Those who yesterday did not imagine how to paint an autumn landscape, today they are happy to create masterpieces, mixing colors. There is no limit to perfection and creativity, so very soon they will master new techniques, learn to draw portraits and create fantastic compositions for fairy tales.

All-Russian competitions of drawings and applied art give a chance to find new friends. Children make friends from other cities. They exchange ideas, advise on how to get the job done better. And how great it is for a birthday or any other holiday to receive congratulations from someone with whom you had to participate in the same event.

New contests are the implementation of their ideas and their assessment. Each participant of the remote event, who sent the work, must receive a participant's diploma. The best works will certainly take prizes. All site visitors will surely learn about the winners and see their work. Each student and teacher collects evidence of participation in all-Russian competitions (diplomas and certificates) in a portfolio. The more children and adults participate in distance activities, the more awards they get. And this is a reflection of the active position of a person, his desire to conquer new heights, his achievements.

Themes of the All-Russian competitions of children's drawing 2018 - 2019

Children's drawings are a reflection of the rich inner world of our lovely girls and mischievous boys. It is on this basis that the organizers of the All-Russian competitions select topics and genres for future competitive works. I would like every child, picking up a brush or pencil, to be able not only to create a beautiful illustration, but also to try to reveal his inner world through the image of the created character, through the image of inanimate objects or a magnificent landscape.

The most requested drawing contests topics are:

Age of participants in the distance drawing competition

Any child wants to feel in his opponent a worthy competitor who is equal to him in strength. In this regard, the age range for participants in such events is determined. The age of the contestants is stipulated in the regulations. Usually, works in the following age categories are accepted for distance competitions of children's drawings and applied art:

  • preschoolers (up to 6 years old);
  • pupils in grades 1 - 4;
  • pupils in grades 5 - 9;
  • pupils of 10 - 11 grades.

Before taking on the work, you must carefully study the position. If participation in the competition is limited by age limits (for example, only works from preschoolers are accepted), you can find another thematic competition no less interesting. There are many distance creative contests on the network for elementary school students, for high school students. Do not despair if you like the topic very much, and works from participants of this age group will not be accepted. Why not advise your friend or brother, sister to prepare a drawing for participation. And you yourself can become for a while the head of work, the main assistant.

And adults love to draw: drawing contests for educators

Special mention should be made of the online drawing contests for teachers. Creative work done by teachers always arouses great interest in children. Not only those teachers who teach art at school love to draw. Sometimes mathematicians want to take a break from numbers, forget about childhood mistakes - for a school philologist. Taking a break from chemical formulas, great chemists draw, and computer science teachers are able to create modern unusual graphic drawings on a computer. For most of them, drawing is a good hobby that gives them the opportunity to relax and immerse themselves in creativity. This is a fairly good reason for the All-Russian drawing competitions not only for children, but also for teachers on the network in 2018 - 2019. By the way, this category accepts the work of everyone who works within the walls of the school and teaches children in other institutions. Drawings of educational organizers and school librarians, psychologists and methodologists, teachers of additional education and class teachers, educators of the GPA and preschool educational institutions are accepted for drawing contests. Adult masterpieces will definitely appear in the gallery of creative works and will be appreciated in their nomination.

POSITION
on the holding of the International Children's Drawing Competition
"WE ARE CHILDREN OF SPACE"

We are children of the Cosmos. And our dear home
So welded together and inextricably strong,
That we feel as one,
That at every point the world - the whole world is concentrated ...

A.L. Chizhevsky

COMPETITION CONCEPT

Space. Its endless unexplored expanses have attracted the attention of mankind at all times. Ancient philosophers pondered the laws of the Universe with inspiration, peering into the stellar Infinity. Centuries and millennia have passed, but in the 21st century, Space still fills the hearts of people with awe and admiration for the incomprehensible grandeur and beauty of the cosmic expanses of the Universe - the cradle of the planet Earth and its humanity.

At the same time, the rapid development of civilization, the unprecedented flourishing of space technologies have led to the fact that from the first years of life in the minds of children, stable ideas about Space as a lifeless and dangerous space for people are formed, with which humanity interacts through space technology: rockets, lunar rovers , satellites. At the same time, literature, film and video products reinforce in the minds of children stable images of the Cosmos in the style of fantasy, which is far from the existing reality. Thus, the child's ideas about the universe are distorted. They are formed under the influence of stereotypes imposed from the outside, which deprive children of the ability for independent creative thinking.

In turn, the attentive and careful attitude of adults to the inner, spiritual world of a child gives amazing results. In the works of the contestants, we would like to see not a technogenic, but a figurative interpretation of the theme of the Cosmos : reflections of children about the Universe, the extraordinary beauty of outer space, about the unity of man and the Cosmos, responsibility for our Earth, their own involvement in the Cosmos.

Science has yet to discover these beautiful cosmic worlds that are invisibly present next to us. But young artists, sensing and comprehending them with their hearts, can convey in their work not only their beauty, but also the deep inner experiences associated with it, opening up a new cosmic reality to the world of adults.

To support, develop and popularize children's artistic creativity, which reflects the cosmic worldview, the Helena Roerich Charitable Foundation has been establishing the annual International Children's Drawing Competition "We are the Children of Space" since 2016.
