Music therapy in kindergarten. Music therapy in dhow methodological development on the topic And the night will have an edge

Music therapy- one of the promising directions in the life of a preschool educational institution. It helps to correct the psychophysical health of children in the process of their life.

There are active (motor improvisations accompanied by verbal commentary corresponding to the nature of the music) and passive (listening to stimulating, soothing or stabilizing music specifically or as a background) forms of music therapy. Listening to properly selected music improves children's immunity, relieves tension and irritability, headaches and muscle pain, and restores calm breathing.

Modern information, superimposed on ancient knowledge, shows that the sounds of various musical instruments have different effects on the human body: the sound of percussion instruments can give a feeling of stability, confidence in the future, physically invigorate, and give a person strength.

Wind instruments influence the formation of the emotional sphere. Moreover, brass instruments instantly awaken a person from sleep, making him alert and active.

The intellectual sphere corresponds to music performed by keyboard instruments, especially piano music. It is no coincidence that the sound of the piano is called the most mathematical music, and pianists are considered to be among the musical elite, who have clear thinking and a very good memory.

String instruments directly affect the heart. They, especially violins, cellos and guitars, develop a sense of compassion in a person. Vocal music affects the whole body, but most of all the throat.

The expression “charming voice” is very relevant at the present time, since the ability to expressively pronounce an elephant has become a real art of subordinating people to one’s will, creating a certain image, which is extremely important for a politician, a leader and any person who needs communication skills.

Our breathing is rhythmic. Unless we are doing strenuous exercise or lying quietly, we usually take an average of 25-35 breaths per minute. Listening to fast, loud music after slow music can produce the effect described by Nietzsche: “My objections to Wagner's music are physiological. I find it difficult to breathe when his music affects me.” By slowing down the tempo of a piece of music, you can make your breathing deeper and calmer. Usually chants, modern orchestrations and folk music have this effect.

In kindergarten, children need music throughout the day. This does not mean that it should sound continuously and loudly. Children should listen to music in doses, depending on the time of day, type of activity, and even the children’s mood.

It’s good if the children in the group are greeted in the morning by a friendly teacher who will prudently turn on sunny major-key classical music, good songs with good lyrics. After all, every day a child suffers, even if unnoticeable, trauma - a situation of separation from home and parents. Therefore, one of the health-improving and preventive tasks of preschool educational institutions should be creating optimal conditions for the daily reception of children to their second home - a kindergarten. And music provides an invaluable service in this regard.

To relax, relieve emotional and physical stress, and for a pleasant immersion in daytime sleep, you need to take advantage of the beneficial influence of melodic classical and modern relaxing music filled with the sounds of nature (the rustling of leaves, the voices of birds, the chirping of insects, the sound of sea waves and the cry of dolphins, the babbling of a brook). Children calm down and relax on a subconscious level.

Teachers should pay special attention to the musical reflex awakening of children after a nap. This technique was developed by N. Efimenko as opposed to the standard awakening of children by the loud command of the teacher “Rise!” For this purpose, quiet, gentle, light, joyful music is used.

A small composition should be kept constant for about a month so that the baby develops a waking up reflex. Hearing the sound of familiar music, it will be easier and calmer for children to move from a state of complete rest to active activity. In addition, you can perform sets of exercises to the music without getting your children out of bed

COMPLEXES OF EXERCISES FOR AWAKENING

Bunnies

Children perform movements according to the text.

Here are the fluffy bunnies sleeping peacefully in their cribs.

But the bunnies have enough sleep,

It's time for the little ones to wake up.

Let's pull the right handle,

Let's pull the left handle,

We open our eyes,

We play with legs:

We draw our legs in,

Straighten your legs

Now let's run quickly

Along the forest path.

Let's turn from side to side

And we’ll be completely awake!

Wake up, little eyes!

Wake up, little eyes! Are your eyes all awake?

Children lie on their backs, lightly stroking their closed eyes.

Wake up, ears! Are your ears all awake?

Rub your ears with your palms.

Wake up, hands! Are your hands all awake?

Rub your arms from hand to shoulder.

Wake up, legs! Are your legs all awake?

They tap their heels on the bed.

Wake up, kids!

We woke up!

They stretch, then clap their hands.

Stretch

Who's already woken up?

Who reached out so sweetly?
Stretch and stretch

From the toes to the top of the head.

We'll stretch, stretch,

We won't stay small

We are already growing, growing, growing!

N. Pikuleva

Children stretch, alternately stretch out their right arm, then their left, arching their backs.

Kittens

Little kittens are funny guys:

They curl up into a ball, then unfold again.

Children lie on their backs, arms along the body. Bend your knees, pull your legs to your chest, clasp your knees with your hands, and return it to her.

To make the back flexible,

So that your legs are quick,

Kittens do back exercises.

Children lie on their backs, hands “locked” behind their heads, legs bent at the knees.. Tilt of the knees to the left, in and out. p., bend the knees to the right, in and. P.

The locomotive puffed and took the kittens for a walk.

Children sit with their feet together and their hands resting behind them. Bend your legs at the knees, pull them to your chest with the sound “f-f” as you exhale.

Is it time for the kittens to have their afternoon snack? Their tummies are growling.

Children sit cross-legged, one hand on their stomach, the other on their chest. Inhale through the nose, drawing in the stomach; exhale through the mouth, inflating the stomach.

The kittens got up and reached the sun.

Children stand on the floor, raise their arms up, and stretch.

LULLABIES FOR BABIES

Little kids

Little children are sleeping

Everyone is snoring with their noses,

Everyone is snoring with their noses,

Everyone is watching a magical dream.

The dream is magical and colorful,

And a little funny.

I dream of a mischievous bunny,

He hurries to his home.

Dreaming of a pink baby elephant -

He's like a little child

He laughs, he plays,

But he doesn’t fall asleep.

Sleep, little children!

A sparrow sits on a branch.

He tweets and you can hear:

Hush, hush, hush, hush...

N. Baydavletova

Lullaby of the Little Bears

Hush, Little Baby, Do not Say a Word!

I sing a song to Sasha

About funny teddy bears,

What are they sitting under the tree?

One sucks a paw

The other one is nibbling on the seeds.

The third sat down on a tree stump,

Sings a song loudly:

“Sasha, sleep, go to sleep,

Close your eyes..."

Cradle

(lullaby of the Ural Cossacks)

Hush, Little Baby, Do not Say a Word!

There is a house on the edge.

He is not poor, not rich,

The room is full of guys.

The room is full of guys,

Everyone is sitting on benches,

Everyone is sitting on benches,

They eat sweet porridge.

Maslenaya porridge,

The spoons are painted.

The cat is sitting nearby,

He looks at the kids.

You, little cat,

Your pubis is gray

White skin,

I'll give you kokurka (butter cookies).

Come, little cat, to rock my babies, to rock my babies, to lull them to sleep.

And the night will have an end...

(Russian folk lullaby)

Bye-bye, bye-bye,

And the night will have an end.

And while the kids

Sleeps in cribs until morning.

The cow is sleeping, the bull is sleeping

A bug is sleeping in the garden.

And the kitten next to the cat

He sleeps behind the stove in a basket.

The grass sleeps on the lawn,

The leaves are sleeping on the trees,

The sedge sleeps by the river,

Catfish and perches are sleeping.

Bye-bye, Sandman is sneaking,
He carries dreams around the house.

And he came to you, baby,

You are already sleeping so sweetly.

History of music therapy dates back several thousand years. In ancient times, Pythagoras, Aristotle and Plato also pointed out the healing effects of music. The greatest physician Avicenna used music therapy in the treatment of nervous and mental illnesses. If we talk about modern European medicine, the first mention of the use of music therapy dates back to the beginning of the 19th century - a similar treatment was used in psychiatric institutions by the French doctor Esquirol.

Initially, the prescription of music therapy to patients was entirely empirical character and was based on intuition doctor Later, this method was subject to serious scientific base . Nowadays, many music therapists actively use in their workComputer techologies.

Who does music therapy help?

Music therapy is used for rehabilitation after heart attacks, cranial injuries, and for pain relief. In psychiatry, neuroses and some forms of schizophrenia are treated with music. Music therapy helps people with physical disabilities - blind and mute - to adapt, and is also an indispensable tool for shy people. With the help of music therapy, they learn self-control and communication with others.

Music therapy is a very popular treatment methodchildren with autism. For such children, everything that happens in the world around them is uninteresting; they are only concerned about their own inner world. Such children have difficulty communicating with their own parents, so to treat them, you need to choose ways through which you can evoke emotions in them. Music therapy for such children helps improve contact with the outside world.

Music therapy also helps with family problems. Spouses are invited to choose several pieces of music that they both like. In this case, music therapy helps organize joint activities.

Music therapy is gaining increasing popularity. No one argues anymore that music helps in overcoming pain and relieves psycho-emotional and muscle tension. Therefore, music therapy is increasingly and with constant success used in a variety of areas of medicine.

There are no pieces of music that will help all people. However, most people find Mozart's music relaxing. Next in popularity are Tchaikovsky and Chopin.

Here are some tips for using musical compositions in different occasions.

How to reduce feelings of anxiety and uncertainty?

Major melodies with a tempo below average will help you with this. Folk and children's music gives a feeling of safety. Ethnic compositions and classics can have a good effect: “Mazurkas” and “Preludes” by F. Chopin, “Waltzes” by Strauss, “Melodies” by Rubinstein.

Consultation for teachers

prepared

music director

Turdieva Olga Nikolaevna

02/26/2014

Target:

1. Introduce teachers to one of the non-traditional ways to preserve and strengthen the physical and psychological health of children - music therapy.

2. Systematize ideas in the field of music therapy, talk about specific ways to use music therapy in your work and teach how to apply them in practice.

Currently, for us, teachers of modern society, the problem of increasing the number of preschool children with behavioral disorders, as well as mental and personal development, has become acute. In kindergartens, psychologists, educators and other specialists work on this problem. Many are looking for new non-traditional methods of pedagogical assistance to children. One such method is music therapy.

(№2) Music therapy is a method that uses music as a means of correcting emotional abnormalities, fears, movement and speech disorders, behavioral abnormalities, communication difficulties, as well as for the treatment of various somatic and psychosomatic diseases.

The word "music" comes from the Greek root (muze). Mythologists say that the nine muses, celestial sisters who preside over song, poetry, the arts and science, were born from Zeus and Mnemosyne, the goddess of memory. Thus, music is the child of natural love, possessing grace, beauty and unusual healing properties that are inextricably and inherently connected with the divine order and the memory of our essence and destiny.

Therapy – translated from Greek as “treatment”.

Thus, the term “music therapy” refers to the use of music for the purpose of restoring and promoting health.

The influence of the sound of musical instruments

for the treatment and prevention of certain diseases (No. 3)

The history of the development of music therapy in our country is not so rich, but we still have our own achievements in this area. The Department of Physiology of the Peoples' Friendship University and the Department of Reflexology of the Moscow Dental Institute conducted research, as a result of which it was established that the 12 sounds that make up the octave are harmoniously connected with the 12 systems of our body. Organs, when directed to music or singing, come to a state of maximum vibration. As a result, the immune system is strengthened, metabolism improves, recovery processes are more active, and the person recovers.

So, music therapy is an interesting and promising area that is used in many countries for therapeutic and health purposes.

Music therapy and the psycho-emotional state of the child. (No. 4)

When working with children, music therapy is used to correct emotional deviations, fears, motor and speech disorders, psychosomatic diseases, and behavioral deviations.

Currently, music therapy is an independent psychocorrectional direction, based on two aspects of influence:

1) psychosomatic(during which a therapeutic effect on body functions is carried out);

2) psychotherapeutic(in the process by which, with the help of music, deviations in personal development and psycho-emotional state are corrected).

It is the cleansing effect of music that allows it to be used in correctional work with children who have developmental problems.

Music therapy is used both individually and in group form. Each of these forms can be represented in three types of music therapy:

  • receptive;
  • active;
  • integrative.

Receptive music therapyused in working with children with emotional and personal problems, conflicting family relationships, experiencing a state of emotional deprivation, a feeling of loneliness, and characterized by increased anxiety and impulsiveness. Receptive music therapy classes are aimed at modeling a positive emotional state.

A child’s perception of music helps to “step” from real life into another, imaginary world, a world of bizarre images and moods. In a large pre-listening story, the psychologist sets up the perception of a certain figurative musical picture, then the melody seems to take the listener away from negative experiences, revealing to him the beauty of nature and the world.

In psychocorrectional work, psychologists useintegrative music therapy. An example would be the synthesis of musical and visual perception. The classes are structured in such a way that the perception of music is accompanied by watching video recordings of various pictures of nature. In this case, the child is invited to “step” deep into the image - to a cool ringing stream or onto a sunny lawn, mentally catch butterflies or relax, lying on the green soft grass. An organic combination of two methods of perception gives a stronger psychocorrection effect.

Active music therapyin working with children it is used in different ways: vocal therapy, dance therapy, with the aim of correcting psycho-emotional states in children and adults who have low self-esteem, a low degree of self-acceptance, reduced emotional tone, problems in the development of the communicative sphere.

What kind of music has the greatest therapeutic effect?

According to observations, listening to classical music and natural sounds gives optimal results.

Numerous studies have confirmed that classical music not only creates a feeling of psychological comfort, but also contributes to the development of attention, intelligence and creativity, and helps to reveal the inner potential of a child at an early age.

Separately, we need to talk about listening to the music of W.A. Mozart. The “Mozart effect” was discovered at the end of the twentieth century. The effect is that listening to Mozart’s works has a very positive effect on the development of a child’s intelligence. Children who listen to Mozart at a tender age become smarter.

In addition to the usual listening to music (a passive form of music therapy), experts recommend using many active techniques, tasks and exercises used in correctional and therapeutic pedagogy: (№6)

  • art therapy method
  • color therapy method
  • elements of fairy tale therapy
  • play therapy
  • psycho-gymnastic studies and exercises
  • vocal therapy
  • technique of playing music on children's noise and Russian folk musical instruments

For example, children really likeart therapy method (No. 7), where they collectively create their own creative products that express children's feelings, emotions and experiences. During classes, children draw general pictures, glue appliques, make sculptures from clay and plasticine, build structures from cubes, etc., which contributes to emotional and motor self-expression, actualization of positive emotions, development of creative imagination and bringing children closer together.

You can also usecolor therapy method (No. 8).This method includes the use of various attributes of a certain healing color. For example,

in dance compositions, in psychomuscular studies and, simply, in musical and rhythmic movements, you can invite children to use silk scarves, ribbons, scarves in green, blue, red and yellow colors, because These color solutions help create a good, complacent mood, calm, give a charge of positive energy and have a beneficial effect on the human body as a whole. When drawing music also use these colors.

But the greatest response from children iselements of fairy tale therapy (No. 9).Thus, under a certain character of music, children find themselves in a fairy tale, portray the heroes of their favorite fairy tales and compose their own fairy tales.

In music therapy classes you can usepsycho-gymnastic studies and exercises (No. 10),which help not only relax children and relieve psycho-emotional stress, teach them to manage their mood and emotions, express their emotional state, children learn norms and rules of behavior, and also children form and develop various mental functions (attention, memory, motor skills).

Also, it greatly contributes to the correction and regulation of aggression and other behavioral disorders in children.method of play therapy (No. 11).Recommended use ascontact, uniting games, so educational games, games for the development of basic mental functions, and, of course, therapeutic games.

The method is also very popularvocal therapy (№12). When working with children, vocal therapy classes are aimed at creating an optimistic mood: singing life-affirming formula songs, optimistic children's songs that can be sung to a soundtrack or accompaniment. For example, the songs “Believe in miracles”, “Be kind!”, “With us, friend!”, “If you are kind...”, which perform all these tasks.

Usage techniques for playing music on children's noise and Russian folk musical instruments (No. 13)teaches children not only to voice poems using musical instruments, not only to accompany certain musical pieces, but also to improvise their own mini-plays, in which they reflect their inner world, feelings and experiences, and enliven the music with their performance.

  • Morning reception in kindergartento the music of Mozart. Being an exception to

exceptions, Mozart's music has a liberating, healing, healing effect. This music promotes close contact between an adult and a child, creates an atmosphere of comfort, warmth, love and ensures psychological well-being.

Options for music for the morning reception may include the following works:

1. “Morning” (music by Grieg from the suite “Peer Gynt”).

2. “Scherzo” (modern pop orchestra)

3. Musical compositions (Paul Mauriat orchestra)

4. Arrangements for Russian folk orchestra (“Barynya”, “Kamarinskaya”, “Kalinka”)

5. Saint-Saëns “Carnival of the Animals” (symphony orchestra)

  • Musical therapy session (No. 15)(health lesson, five-minute health, wellness break).

Each music therapy session consists of 3 phases:

  1. Establishing contact.
  2. Relieving tension.
  3. Relaxation and charge with positive emotions.

Accordingly, each of these stages includes characteristic musical works, games, etudes and exercises. Musical works must be selected so that the music contacts the child and corresponds to his emotional state (“isoprinciple” - a similar emotion is treated with similar music). That is, if we are dealing with excited children, then the emphasis should be on stimulating music.

First piece of musiccreates a certain atmosphere, establishes contacts between adults and children, and prepares for further listening. As a rule, this is a calm work that has a relaxing effect. For example, “Ave Maria”, Bach-Gounod, “Blue Danube”, Strauss Jr.

Second piece– tense, dynamic in nature, which reveals the general mood of children, carries the main load, stimulates intense emotions, and provides emotional relief. In particular, “Summer. Presto" from the cycle "The Seasons" by Vivaldi, "Little Night Serenade" by Mozart, which help relieve aggressive impulses and physical aggression.

Third workrelieves tension and creates an atmosphere of peace. It is usually calm, relaxing, or energetic, life-affirming, giving a charge of vivacity, energy and optimism. For example, “Minuet” by Baccherini, “Ode to Joy” by Beethoven, “Capriccio Espagnol” by Rimsky-Korsakov. I select specific works for my program based on the matrix of coding emotional states through music developed by V.I. Petrushin:

  • Daytime nap (#16) passes to quiet, calm music. It is known that sleep

is considered as a manifestation of the complexly organized activity of a number of brain structures. Hence its most important role in ensuring the neuropsychic health of children. Music during sleep has a healing therapeutic effect. Daytime sleep can be accompanied by the following pieces of music:

1. Piano solo (Kleiderman and symphony orchestra).

2. P.I. Tchaikovsky "Seasons".

3. Beethoven, Sonata No. 14 “Moonlight”.

4. Bach-Gounod "Ave Maria".

5. Lullaby “Bedtime” (series “Good Music for Children”).

  • Music for the evening (No. 17)helps relieve

accumulated fatigue, stressful situations during the day. It calms, relaxes, normalizes blood pressure and the functioning of the nervous system of the child’s body. To do this, you can use the following melodies:

1. “Classical melodies for children and their parents” (from the “Good Music for Children” series).

2. Mendelssohn “Concerto for violin and orchestra.”

3. Music for health (“Lungs”).

4. Bach “Organ works”.

5. A. Vivaldi “The Seasons”.

Conclusion (No. 18).

Music therapy will have a beneficial effect on the general emotional state of children and will increase the emotional status of children if they:

  1. Favorable conditions have been created for music therapy classes with children;
  2. Methodological techniques have been thought out: special musical exercises, games, tasks;
  3. Special musical works were selected;
  4. All senses are involved in children;
  5. The integration of musical influence with other types of activities has been established.

FAIRY TALE THERAPY But the elements of fairy tale therapy evoke the greatest response in children. Thus, under a certain character of music, children find themselves in a fairy tale, portray the heroes of their favorite fairy tales and compose their own fairy tales.

PSYCHOGYMNASTIC SKETCHES AND EXERCISES Psychogymnastic sketches and exercises help relieve psycho-emotional stress, teach them to manage their mood and emotions, express their emotional state, and also children form and develop various mental functions (attention, memory, motor skills).

GAME THERAPY Contact, bonding, educational games, games for the development of basic mental functions, and therapeutic games are used. These games promote muscle relaxation, relieve physical aggression, negativism, and develop emotional and cognitive spheres.

VOCAL THERAPY Vocal therapy classes are aimed at creating an optimistic mood: singing life-affirming formula songs, optimistic children's songs that can be sung to a soundtrack or accompaniment.

MUSIC PLAYING ON CHILDREN'S NOISE AND RUSSIAN FOLK MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS Using the technique of playing music teaches children not only to voice poems using musical instruments, to accompany musical plays, but also to improvise their mini-plays, in which they reflect their feelings and experiences.

1 Music therapy in kindergarten. "The use of music in the correction of the psycho-emotional sphere of the child." Music surrounds us always and everywhere. We love to listen to it (some classical, some folk, some modern), sing, dance, sometimes even just whistle. But probably few of us think about its benefits. But since ancient times it has been known that music has a mental and physical effect on any organism. The luminaries of ancient civilization Pythagoras, Aristotle, Plato drew the attention of their contemporaries to the healing power of music, which, in their opinion, establishes proportional order and harmony throughout the Universe, including disturbed harmony in the human body. “Music enhances any joy, calms any sadness, drives out illnesses, softens any pain, and therefore the Sages of Antiquity worshiped the One Power of the Soul, Melody and Song.” In the Middle Ages, the method of music therapy was used to treat the epidemic of the disease of the so-called St. Vitus dance. At the same time, treatment with music for tarentism (a severe mental illness caused by the bite of a poisonous tarantula spider) became widespread in Italy. The first attempts to scientifically explain this phenomenon date back to the 17th century, and extensive experimental research to the 19th century. S.S. attached great importance to music in the system of treating mental patients. Korsakov, V.M. Bekhterev and other famous Russian scientists. Music therapy is a psychotherapeutic method that uses music as a therapeutic agent, as well as the controlled use of music in the correction of the psycho-emotional sphere of the child. The direct therapeutic effect of music on the neuropsychic sphere of children occurs through its passive or active perception. Music therapy allows you to solve a number of problems: overcome the child’s psychological defense, calm down or, conversely, tune in, activate, interest, establish contact between an adult and

2 as a child, helps develop the child’s communicative and creative abilities, keep him busy with exciting activities such as musical games, singing, dancing, moving to music, and improvising on musical instruments. In preschool age, the activating effect of music is achieved through the musical arrangement of various games and special correctional activities with children. Music therapy is carried out in the form of subgroup classes with rhythmic games, breathing exercises, reproduction of a given rhythm with a gradual slowdown in tempo. The volume of music must be strictly measured. Music affects breathing. The leisurely pace of a piece of music slows down breathing and makes it deeper. The fast and rhythmic pulsation of the dance subordinates the breath to its own pace, forcing us to breathe more often. It’s the same with the heartbeat: the slower and quieter the calmer the heartbeat rhythm. Music also relieves muscle tension and improves body mobility and coordination. Through the autonomic nervous system, the auditory nerves connect the inner ear to the muscles of the body. Therefore, strength, flexibility and muscle tone are dependent on sound and vibration. In Norway, in the mid-1980s, teacher Olav Skille began using music as a therapeutic tool in treating children with severe physical and mental disabilities. He developed the so-called “musical bath” - a special environment where children were immersed in sound, as if in water. The scientist concluded that modern orchestration, folk, classical and popular music can reduce muscle tension and calm children. Skille's method, which was called "vibroacoustic therapy", was used in many European countries. In a study of patients suffering from severe cramps, researchers found that vibroacoustic exercises promoted greater mobility in the patients' backs, arms, hips and legs. Who can avoid stress? Perhaps someone who will regularly listen to calm, relaxing music. Such sounds regulate the release of stress-reducing hormones. Therefore, teachers who are constantly under stress simply need to spend a couple of minutes listening to pleasant melodies.

3 Music can improve memory and learning. Using the works of medieval composers as a background during classes helps children concentrate, better perceive new educational material, and memorize poems. Lozanov discovered that “Baroque music brings the brain into a state of harmony. In particular, it provides the emotional key to supermemory: it opens the limbic system of the brain. This system not only processes emotions, but is also the connecting link between the conscious and subconscious parts of the brain.” In the book Accelerated Learning with Music: A Teacher's Guide, T. Wyler and W. Douglas say: “Music is the fast track to memory.” Musical and aesthetic impressions contribute to the development of the emotional centers of the brain, activating mental activity, which is important for the intellectual development of a preschool child. Psychophysiological studies of the influence of music on the activity of the nervous and respiratory systems, the circulatory system, and the electrical activity of the brain were begun by such famous Russian scientists as V. Bekhterev, I. R. Tarkhanov, I. M. Dogel, etc. It has been scientifically proven that music , influencing a person, makes him healthier. Teachers, studying the peculiarities of the development of musical perception, came to the conclusion: not only learning is of great importance, but also the spontaneous accumulation of experience in the perception of music and intonation reserve. Every child has a favorite music that affects his soul most effectively. It is surrounded by a huge number of different genres, styles, trends. How to make sense of this abundance of musical material and highlight what is most useful for the child’s body? Musical works The influence of music on the child's body 1 2 Gregorian songs Reduce stress, relax and calm. Marching music Increases muscle performance. Works by W. Mozart J. Haydn Memory and attention are improved, a favorable atmosphere is created, and the mood is lifted. Music of romantic composers Activates the feeling of love for (R. Schumann, F. Chopin, F. Liszt, F. neighbor. Schubert) “Humoresques” by A. Dvorak and J. Help with migraines. Gershwin, “Spring Song” by F.

4 Mendelssohn Symphonic music of Russian composers of the 19th century (P. Tchaikovsky, M. Glinka). Vocal music Music of impressionist composers (C. Debussy, M. Ravel) Affects the heart. String instruments, especially the violin, cello and guitar, develop a sense of compassion in a child. Affects the entire body, but most of all the throat. Evokes pleasant images, as in dreams, awakens creative impulses. Goes well with muscle stretching exercises. Dance rhythms lift the mood, inspire, dispel sadness, heighten the feeling of joy, and increase the child’s sociability. Rock music Stimulates motor activity, relieves pain; At the same time, it creates tension and can cause stress. Scientists have found that our brain is biologically susceptible to certain music. They believe that listening to music in the first 3 years of a person's life helps the brain form an idea of the world around it. The brain adapts easily in the early years, so it is necessary to expand the musical repertoire. Children's songs: - “Antoshka” (Yu. Entin, V. Shainsky) - “Bu-ra-ti-no” (Yu. Entin, A. Rybnikov) - “Be kind” (A. Sanin, A. Flyarkovsky) - “Cheerful Travelers” (S. Mikhalkov, M. Starokadomsky) - “We Divide Everything in Half” (M. Plyatskovsky, V. Shainsky) - “Where the Wizards Are” “Long Live the Surprise” (from the film “Dunno from Our Yard” "Yu. Entin, M. Minkov) - "If you are kind" (from the film "The Adventures of the Cat Leopold" M. Plyatskovsky, B. Savelyev) - "Bells", "Winged Swing" (from the film "The Adventures of Electronics" ", Y. Entin, G. Gladkov) - "True Friend" (from the film "Timka and Dimka", M. Plyatskovsky, B. Savelyev) - "Song of the Bremen Town Musicians" (Yu. Entin, G. Gladkov)

5 - “Beautiful Far Away” (from the film “Guest from the Future” by Yu. Entin, E. Krylatov) - “Dance of the Little Ducklings” (French folk song). One of the options for using the potential of musical art is background music, sounding “in the background”, without setting up conscious perception in the classroom. The use of background music is one of the accessible and effective methods of psychological and pedagogical influence on a child in an educational institution and helps to solve many problems of the educational process. Which ones? 1. Creating a favorable emotional background, eliminating nervous tension and preserving the health of children. 2. Development of imagination in the process of creative activity, increased activity. 3. Activation of mental activity, improving the quality of knowledge acquisition. 4. Switching attention while studying labor educational material, preventing fatigue and fatigue. 5. Psychological and physical relaxation after training load, during psychological breaks, physical training minutes. Using music in classes on speech development, mathematical development, manual labor, design, drawing, the teacher should focus on the possibilities of active and passive perception by children. With active perception, the teacher intentionally draws children's attention to the sound of music, its figurative and emotional content, and means of expression. With passive perception, music acts as a background to the main activity. Thus, during a lesson on the formation of mathematical concepts in order to enhance intellectual activity, increase concentration, and concentrate attention, music is played in the background. In kindergarten, children need music throughout the day. This does not mean that it should sound continuously and loudly. Children should listen to music in doses, depending on the time of day, type of activity, and even the children’s mood.

6 It’s good if the children in the group are greeted in the morning by a friendly teacher who will prudently turn on sunny major-key classical music, good songs with good lyrics. In this case, music will act as a therapeutic agent, correcting the psychophysical state of children. After all, every day a child suffers, albeit unnoticeably, trauma from being separated from home and parents. And the kindergarten is their second home. And music provides an invaluable service in this regard. Music therapy includes: listening to musical works, singing songs, rhythmic movements to music, musical breaks in classes, a combination of music and visual activities, playing children's musical instruments, musical exercises, etc. Recommendations for the use of music therapy in correctional work with children: 1) use You can only listen to a piece that absolutely all children like; 2) it is better to listen to musical pieces that are familiar to children; 3) the duration of listening should be no more than 10 minutes during the entire lesson. Children on a subconscious level calm down and relax; - Albioni T. “Adagio” - Beethoven L. “Moonlight Sonata” - Gluck K. “Melody” - Grieg E. “Song of Solveig” - Debussy K. “Moonlight” - Rimsky-Korsakov N. “Sea” - Saint- Sans K. “Swan” Music for relaxation:

7 - Tchaikovsky P.I. “Autumn Song”, “Sentimental Waltz” - Chopin F. “Nocturne in G Minor” - Schubert F. “Ave Maria”, “Serenade” The next point that deserves the attention of teachers is the method of musically reflexive awakening of children after a nap. This technique was developed by N. Efimenko as opposed to the standard awakening of children by the loud command of the teacher: “rise!” This option of raising babies causes a certain mental trauma to the child, especially to the slow type of the nervous system. To awaken, you need to use quiet, gentle, light, joyful music. The ten-minute composition should be constant for about a month so that the child develops a waking up reflex. Having heard the sound of familiar music, children will more easily and calmly move from a state of complete rest to active activity. In addition, you can perform sets of exercises to the music without getting your children out of bed. Music for waking up after a day's sleep: - Boccherini L. "Minuet" - Grieg E. "Morning" - Lute music of the 18th century - Mendelssohn F. "Song without words" - Mozart V. "Sonatas" - Mussorgsky M. "Dawn on Moscow" -river" - Sens-sans K. "Aquarium" - Tchaikovsky P.I. “Waltz of the Flowers”, “Winter Morning”, “Song of the Lark” Approximate schedule of background music during the day, reception of children sounds joyful, calm music breakfast, preparation for class confident, active tempo of music lunch, preparation for bed peaceful, gentle background getting up of children optimistic, enlightened, calm nature of the music. Music for free activity of children: - Bach I. “Prelude in C major”, “Joke” - Brahms I. “Waltz” - Vivaldi A. “Seasons”

8 - Kabalevsky D. “Clowns”, “Peter and the Wolf” - Mozart V. “Little Night Serenade”, “Turkish Rondo” - Mussorgsky M. “Pictures at an Exhibition” - Tchaikovsky P. “Children’s Album”, “Seasons” , “The Nutcracker” (excerpts from the ballet) - Chopin F. “Waltzes” - Strauss I. “Waltzes” However, it should be remembered that music therapy is contraindicated: for children in serious condition, which is accompanied by intoxication of the body; patients with otitis media; children in whom intracranial pressure increases sharply; infants with a predisposition to seizures. Under no circumstances should young children be allowed to listen to music through headphones. Our ears are naturally designed for diffuse sound. Directed sound can cause acoustic trauma to an immature brain. Influencing moral, aesthetic, intellectual and physical development, music is the basis of the educational system in a preschool educational institution. Kindergarten teachers need to make greater use in their work of the enormous positive potential that music contains. Music is a magician; it is able to unite the efforts of all teachers of a preschool institution to help give a feeling of psychological comfort, so necessary for the harmonious development of a child’s personality.

9 Relaxation gymnastics. In addition to traditional (morning exercises, physical education classes, outdoor games and physical education minutes) and additional (eye exercises, massage, individual work on correcting poor posture) types of work on organizing the motor activity of children, I would recommend carrying out sets of exercises according to the methods of Professor E. Jacobson (USA): relaxation stretching, exercises for relaxation and tension of individual muscle groups, muscle relaxation by presentation, relaxation breathing exercises. These exercises have a positive effect on the physical condition of children and on the emotional atmosphere in the group. They can be carried out not only in specialized, but also in ordinary kindergartens. Parents should know which muscle groups work during each exercise and monitor their children’s condition during and after the exercise. The correct use of relaxation techniques is evidenced by the child’s appearance: calm facial expression, even, rhythmic breathing, sluggish, obedient hands, drowsiness. Classes are only effective if they are enjoyable for children. The child should be taught to distinguish not only the large muscles of the arms and legs, but also the state of relaxation and tension of certain muscle groups when performing each exercise. Instructions must be clearly worded and graphic. This will help attract and maintain children’s interest, and ensure that when performing exercises they automatically engage certain muscle groups. For example: “Hands hang like rags, arms are limp, heavy, etc.” It should be remembered: during one session it is recommended to train no more than three muscle groups; relaxation should be longer than tension; Some instructions, taking into account the individual characteristics and emotional state of the children, must be repeated more or less times than indicated in the notes. The room in which the exercises are carried out must be ventilated, the air temperature is 10 degrees. Relaxation stretching Provides optimal muscle function, unloading of the spine, and relieving dynamic tension. It is carried out between educational and productive classes, accompanied by quiet, calm music, in dim light.

Music therapy - one of the promising directions in the life of a preschool educational institution. It helps to correct the psychophysical health of children in the process of their life.

There are active (motor improvisations accompanied by verbal commentary corresponding to the nature of the music) and passive (listening to stimulating, calming or stabilizing music specifically or as a background) form of music therapy. Listening to correctly selected music and performing psycho-gymnastic studies by M. Chistyakova increases the immunity of children, relieves tension and irritability, headaches and muscle pain, and restores calm breathing.

The expression “charming voice” is very relevant at the present time, since the ability to expressively pronounce an elephant has become a real art of subordinating people to one’s will, creating a certain image, which is extremely important for a politician, a leader and any person who needs

    communication skills.

Body temperature also responds to music. Loud music with strong rhythms can raise the temperature by several degrees and warm us up in cold weather, while soft music can cool us down. As Igor Stravinsky noted: “The drums and bass act like a central heating system.”

Therefore, one of the health-improving and preventive tasks of preschool educational institutions should becreating optimal conditions for the daily reception of childrento their second home - a kindergarten.

In addition, you can perform sets of exercises to the music without getting your children out of bed.

    COMPLEXES OF EXERCISES FOR AWAKENING

    Bunnies

Children perform movements according to the text.

    Here are the fluffy bunnies

They sleep peacefully in their cribs.

But the bunnies have enough sleep,

It's time for the little ones to wake up.

    Let's pull the right handle,

    Let's pull the left handle,

    We open our eyes,

    We play with legs:

    We draw our legs in,

    Straighten your legs

    Now let's run quickly

    Along the forest path.

Let's turn from side to side

    And we’ll be completely awake!

    Wake up, little eyes!

Wake up, little eyes! Are your eyes all awake?

Children lie on their backs, lightly stroking their closed eyes.

Wake up, ears! Are your ears all awake?

Rub your ears with your palms.

Wake up, hands! Are your hands all awake?

Rub your arms from hand to shoulder.

Wake up, legs! Are your legs all awake?

They tap their heels on the bed.

    - Wake up, kids!

He tweets and you can hear:|

    Hush, hush, hush, hush...|

    N. Baydavletova

    Lullaby of the Little Bears

Hush, Little Baby, Do not Say a Word!

I sing a song to Sasha

    About funny teddy bears,

What are they sitting under the tree?

    One sucks a paw

The other one is nibbling on the seeds.

The third sat down on a tree stump,

    Sings a song loudly:

    “Sasha, sleep, go to sleep,

    Close your eyes..."

    Cradle

    (lullaby of the Ural Cossacks)

Hush, Little Baby, Do not Say a Word!

There is a house on the edge.

He is not poor, not rich,

The room is full of guys.

The room is full of guys,

    Everyone is sitting on benches,

    Everyone is sitting on benches,

    They eat sweet porridge.

    Maslenaya porridge,

    The spoons are painted.

    The cat is sitting nearby,

    He looks at the kids.

    You, little cat,

    Your pubis is gray

    White skin,

I'll give you kokurka (butter cookies).

Come, little cat, to rock my babies, to rock my babies, to lull them to sleep.

And the night will have an end...

    (Russian folk lullaby)

    Bye-bye, bye-bye,

And the night will have an end.

    And while the kids

    Sleeps in cribs until morning.

The cow is sleeping, the bull is sleeping,

A bug is sleeping in the garden.

And the kitten next to the cat

He sleeps behind the stove in a basket.

The grass sleeps on the lawn,

The leaves are sleeping on the trees,

The sedge sleeps by the river,

    Catfish and perches are sleeping.

    Bye-bye, Sandman is sneaking,

He carries dreams around the house.

And he came to you, baby,

You are already sleeping so sweetly.
