Those whose childhood passed in the 90s probably remember these cookies. I just adored it, exactly that, in the blue package with jam. I remember well how in first grade, during our first lesson in our lives, we were given gifts, and there were these cookies lying there. Arriving home, I told my grandmother my impressions of school and ate cookies. Then it seemed huge and incredibly tasty.

Eh, enough of the nostalgia, let's move on to the present.

I recently received a pack of caramel and these cookies.

The design has changed; previously, a cowboy was drawn on the packaging. Everything seems to be the same inside - 6 cookies individually packaged. Weight 6*36 grams, i.e. total 216 grams.


Immediately my eyes lingered on the composition: plum jam with raspberry flavor I was surprised to say the least. Of course, I haven’t read the ingredients before, maybe the recipe has been changed. But at the moment the composition is not the best.

One cookie is big enough.


One was enough for me, I didn’t want more. The top of the cookies is covered with a thin layer of glaze. Even though it's just chocolate-flavored icing, it turned out to be delicious.

Then I cut the cookies in half.

Comrades, do you see raspberry jam? And what about jam? A hint is a small thin layer in the center.

The cookies themselves are chocolate, dry and crumble quite a bit(you can see it in the photo). But it tastes good. The soufflé is airy and viscous, not cloying. I didn’t feel the taste of the jam, neither plum nor raspberry.

Overall not bad, but not at all the same.

In theory, I probably should have given the cookie a total of 3 stars, but honestly, I can’t raise my hand)) Maybe then I’ll buy it myself, because sometimes it happens that I come across some not very high-quality pack, but the product is good.

The chocolate component of the recipe can be ensured by adding cocoa to the dough, and thanks to the chocolate glaze on top, which also serves a decorative function. True chocolate lovers, of course, prefer not to choose, but to combine these two methods. The result is a mega-chocolate treat that is a huge hit with both children and adults.

Chocolate cookies can be of any shape and size. You can time the shape to coincide with the holiday - for example, bake chocolate Valentines for February 14, or make them in the form of numbers - according to the number of years of the birthday person. You can make cookies in the shape of letters and have the children assemble their names and other words. Both sweetness and learning are a joy!

True, you can bake chocolate cookies without any molds - according to the simplest and most accessible recipe that even a novice cook can handle. First you need to preheat the oven and place baking paper on a baking sheet. Then beat the sugar and butter in a blender, mix them with the sifted flour and cocoa. Beat the dough and knead a little with your hands. Roll the dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet and press down a little on top with a fork to get a shape and pattern. The cookies take only 20 minutes to bake. All that remains is to cool and pour melted chocolate over it (you can use not only dark chocolate, but also white chocolate - for contrast). When the chocolate has hardened, you can serve it on the table and enjoy.

  • 20 gr. butter;
  • 45 gr. premium flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of crystalline vanillin;
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.


How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Combine butter with chocolate, broken into pieces, and melt in a water bath. You can melt it in the microwave at low power for one minute.


2. The resulting chocolate cream is thoroughly stirred.


3. Add sugar or powdered sugar, egg, flour, vanillin. Knead the dough until it has a homogeneous texture. You can mix with a whisk or blender.


4. 75 gr. chop the chocolate with a knife into small cubes (no more than one centimeter). You can use chocolate with the addition of raspberry and nuts.


5. Add chocolate cubes to the dough and mix.

6. Place a dessert spoon or tablespoon of dough onto the parchment, leaving 3-4 cm between the cookies, because it spreads a little.


7. Cookies with chocolate are baked very quickly - 12-15 minutes in the oven at 180°C. The readiness of the cookies is determined by the hardened crust, the cookies will become a little lighter; we also recommend checking the readiness of the cookies with a toothpick.


Our chocolate chip cookies are ready, they turn out slightly crumbly, carefully remove them and transfer them to plates. This is a real chocolate miracle; you won’t buy such delicious cookies in any store.

How to make delicious chocolate chip cookies

Let's start by combining all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, white sugar, baking powder (baking powder) and cocoa.


Mix everything well with a spoon until completely homogeneous.


Beat the butter, which has been left for some time at room temperature and has become soft, with a mixer at low speed.


Then spoon it into a container with mixed dry ingredients, add honey, beat in an egg and form a dough, it’s best to do this with your hands. The result is an elastic mass that molds perfectly and does not stick to your hands.


We prepared the chocolate in advance. It sat at room temperature for some time and became soft enough to be cut into pieces. We will pour finely chopped chocolate into the resulting chocolate dough and form the dough with our hands so that the chocolate pieces are distributed as evenly as possible.


Turn on the oven and wait until the temperature level rises to 200?. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and distribute the future cookies in equal portions, far apart from each other.




Place in the oven on the middle level. Baking time 10 minutes. Let's take out a baking sheet with baked cookies. Be sure to wait about forty minutes until it cools completely. Chocolate cookies are ready.

I once tried store-bought chocolate chip cookies. I liked its taste, but I wanted to cook the same at home. Without thinking twice, I found a recipe in one of the cookbooks and decided to bake chocolate chip cookies. It turned out delicious! Try it - you will succeed!

To bake chocolate chip cookies we will take

  • Butter - 200 g (1 pack) You can, of course, use margarine, but I think it still tastes better with butter 😉
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Chocolate - 100 g (bars or confectionery chocolate in the form of drops, balls, etc.)
  • Vanillin – 1 sachet
  • Baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon
  • Flour - 2.5-3 cups

We will prepare chocolate chip cookies like this:

  1. If you are using a chocolate bar, then break the chocolate into small pieces 0.5x0.5 cm. In the case of already molded chocolate (drops, balls, pieces), you don’t need to do anything. Place the chocolate in the freezer for 45-60 minutes. This will prevent the chocolate from spreading while baking. Many people neglect this step, but at 200°C in the oven the chocolate will melt, so it's better to freeze it.
  2. Let's knead the dough. Mix the eggs with sugar, add the butter, which has become soft at room temperature. Vanillin and baking powder should be added to the first portion of flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Add flour half a cup at a time so that the dough does not become too tight. The dough should be soft. When the dough is ready, add frozen chocolate pieces to it and mix thoroughly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  4. The beauty of these cookies is that you don't need to cut them out using cutters. Just pinch off a small piece from the resulting dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it a little, so to speak, give it a shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. When the baking sheet is ready, place it in the oven for 20 minutes. The cookies should turn out golden brown.

And now our chocolate chip cookies are ready!

After removing the cookies from the baking sheet, let them cool.
