• run the executable file from disk;
• wait for the installation wizard to open;
• periodically click “Next” or enter the parameters requested by the wizard.

The main thing you need to check before you start using the program is whether it has a license. It is best to ask the certification center for a perpetual license for CryptoPRO. It may cost money, but your electronic certificates will work without interruption.

Important! Work with the tender platform should be carried out only through the Internet Explorer browser, no lower than version 9. Otherwise, some functions may not perform correctly.

After the program is installed, link the digital signatures received for work on site to it. Next, you will need to bind the root certificate to the browser through which you work with the site. This is done as follows:

• In the browser menu, select the “Service” section;
• in the submenu that pops up, click on the last line “Internet Options”;
• in the new window, select the “Contents” tab;
• when the tab opens, in the middle part, under the “Certificates” heading, click the button of the same name;
• in the list that appears, select the digital signature received for working with the Sberbank AST platform and double-click on its number;
• in the new window, click on the “Certification Path” tab;
• double-click on the name of the certificate containing the name of the center that issued the electronic signature to you;
• in the new window, select the “General” tab, and click on the “Install certificate” button.

After the described steps, the Certificate Import Wizard window will open in front of you. Follow its instructions and the installation will be successful.

Having received a message that accreditation has been confirmed, you can begin working with the trading platform. To do this, click the orange “Login” button located in the upper right corner of any of its pages. Then go to the certificate login field. Select your digital signature in the drop-down list and click “Login.”

Possible errors when logging in

Even if the initial verification of the digital signature in Sberbank AST was successful, when trying to authorize in the site’s account, various types of errors may occur. The most common one is “The certificate is not associated with the user.” This just means that you were in a hurry and are trying to access the service before completing the registration procedure.

Important! The digital signatures of service providers are entered into the trading platform database through accreditation. If you act as a customer, you need to enter your certificate into the database of the official government procurement website.

The service can also display a message about the absence of a Capicom object. In this case, you will need to add the tender site address to your browser's list of trusted sites. This is done through the menu tabs:

1. Internet Options.
2. Safety.
3. Reliable nodes.

The site address is entered into the appropriate line of the form manually. After saving the settings, you need to restart the browser.

Another common failure is an error in the certificate chain. This means that the root certificate of the center that issued your electronic signature. It was not installed or fell off during any additional settings. We wrote about the installation procedure above.

Important! If the root certificate is installed, but the error continues to appear, we recommend that you first delete data about it from all programs and then perform the binding again.

If the account gives an error in the security certificates when logging in, the problem can be easily solved. You need to download the archive of trusted ICC certificates from the site’s website and install it on your computer. The download link can be found in the instructions for using the site.

And the last frequently occurring error is a message that an object does not support a property or method. The occurrence of this failure requires the removal of the Cadescom library, which is part of the CryptoPro program, from the PC. The operation is performed through the Start menu, the Control Panel service “Add or Remove Programs”. After the library is deleted, you will need to install the Capicom library on your PC or re-register it.

To participate in commercial transactions, a company must register as a supplier to the trading system. To obtain accreditation for a period of 3 years, you will need an electronic signature (ES) issued to one of the employees of the registered organization and a package of documentation:

1. Scanned extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
2. Scanned constituent documentation with changes in the authorized capital (if any).
3. Order and decision on the selection of the general director (for example, a protocol on the appointment of a company representative).
4. Power of attorney to carry out transactions within the framework of the ETP (the presence of a power of attorney is mandatory if the electronic signature is not issued to the general director of the enterprise, who has the right to carry out actions without a power of attorney).
5. A signed decision to carry out a major transaction with the payment of a maximum amount. Transactions with smaller amounts are not recognized by the company as large ones and are processed without separate permission. Providing such information is mandatory to participate in tenders. The approval document must indicate the maximum volume of one transaction executed as a result of electronic trading. The amount is determined by the company independently (for example, 10 million or 100 billion rubles).

The main requirement for scanned documents is readability, correct orientation (upside-down pages are excluded). When sending PDF documents, they must be prepared separately. The maximum file size is 16 MB.

Step by step instructions

The whole process begins with inserting the digital signature into the USB token connector. Since partial receipt of information during authorization on the ETP SB is made from the data entered on the ETP, you should open the “Participants” category and select the type of organization (parent company or branch, foreign company). If the company is already registered on the ETP SB, all that remains is to add a new user.

Next, it is proposed to correctly fill out the electronic form, according to the attached documentation. They are uploaded to the ETP in the specified format: PDF, JPG, TIFF. Upon completion of downloading the documentation package to the ETP SB, all that remains is to activate the “Subscribe and Send” button.

Important! Users are required to save their login and password to use the site, even if they plan to visit it only via electronic signature.

Receiving a response from the Security Council takes 1-5 days. Standard authorization for the SB ETP is completed within 2-3 days. If registration is successful, you will receive an email notification that a positive decision has been made.

After receiving an approval notification, a number of actions are required:

Log in to your account and select a certificate from the list provided, activate the “Sign and Login” button.

Register in the trading section of interest via your personal account. To do this, you need to indicate the category “Application for registration” next to the inscription “Participant and/or organizer”. The portal provides marketing research and market monitoring in the segment of pricing and expanding the list of counterparties.

Electronic signature verification

If the digital signature has not expired (the signature is issued for a period of 1 year), it is necessary to check the correctness of the key on the portal http://sberbank-ast.ru/. In the “Main” category there is a link “Checking electronic signature”.

Provided that the electronic signature is configured correctly, a notification about its correct configuration will be displayed in the browser after activating the “Check electronic signature” button.

The presence of an error indicates that the Capicom object is missing. You need to configure your PC by loading the Capicom object and adding http://*.sberbank-ast.ru to the nodes. All that remains is to activate the parameters in the “ActiveX Components and Activation Programs” category.

After checking the active electronic signature certificate, an application for registration is submitted. When you activate the “Participants” tab at the top of the main page, a menu will open that allows you to go to the “Legal Entity Authorization” and “Individual Authorization” sections.

The registration form is divided into 8 categories:

The section is intended for entering the address of a legal entity selected from the presented classifier. It is opened by clicking the left mouse button on the entry “Selection of data by classifier” (green inscription).

After indicating the subject of the Russian Federation where the company is registered as a legal entity, one of the convenient methods is selected for confirmation:

1. With one click of the mouse on the selected subject.

The “Select” link under the list of subjects of the Russian Federation - the classifier will offer a choice of populated area. To confirm your choice, click on the “Ok” button. Then the data will be automatically entered into the “index” and “subject of the Russian Federation” categories.

1. One click on the green “OK” button.

The “District, city” fields will remain empty and do not require changes. Street names and house numbers are entered by the user.

Category "Actual address data"

It can be filled out in 2 ways:

If the actual address coincides with the legal address, the form fields must be automatically filled in using the left button of the peripheral (pointed to the line “Compliance with legal data”).

If the actual place of registration does not coincide with the legal one, the category is filled in similarly to the section “Legal. address".

It is required to prepare information to indicate the personal and current account, BIC, name and address of the bank.

You must enter data in the “Client ID” category. The user will be asked to come up with a login/password to enter the service. Particular attention is paid to the case of characters (capital or small) and the language of data entry.

After entering data into the sections, you must provide the documents specified under the “Client ID” section.

After entering data into the application fields marked with a red asterisk, the service did not generate any errors - the completed application requires submission for a decision to be made. To submit an application, you must sign an electronic signature. This is facilitated by clicking the “Subscribe and Save” button.

How to confirm a user's email address?

After filling out the registration form, an SMS with a code to confirm your email will be sent to the e-mail specified in the “Basic Data”.

SMS format: “You have submitted an application for Authorization in the ETP “Sberbank - AST”. To redirect the application to the operator for making a decision, confirmation of the email is required by clicking on the link www.sberbank-ast.ru/…aspx, logging into your personal account using the login entered when filling out the application and entering activation: YYYYYYYYYY.”

All that remains is to switch to the Platform in your personal account using the registered login and password, indicate the category “Confirm” - “Confirm email”. Using a copy of the code received by e-mail after authorization, an electronic digital signature certificate is selected, signed and saved.

If the answer is positive, you will receive a notification by e-mail: “Your application for registration has been approved, the personal identification number will be indicated below.”

Then the client is given access to the private part of the auction in his personal account. Trading is allowed on the ETP for the needs of commercial organizations and for the bank’s own needs. For customers - large companies, SB has developed a special ETP.

Registration on the ETP - accreditation of a company, individual entrepreneur or individual as a supplier. It is required to carry out a number of operations:

1. Submitting applications for tenders.
2. Submitting requests for clarification of tender documents.
3. Participation in online auctions, requests for prices and offers, familiarization with the quotation schedule, etc.
4. Concluding contracts with customers, etc.

Several steps to place orders under 223-FZ

• Receive an enhanced electronic signature from the CA (receipt of a signature gives the right to use it for a year).
• Accredit an individual with the Unified Automatic Identification and Authorization System.
• Accreditation of the legal entity in the Unified Identification and Logistics Authority.
