We define the boundaries of the cropped area using the mouse. If you wish, you can maintain the photo’s proportions and also enable auto-framing when replacing a photo. Click the apply button.

Cropping is very convenient to use when working with collages. Find the photo you want in the list of layers and don’t forget to check “preserve proportions” and crop the photo. This tool will be especially useful when creating collages, since it allows you to quickly adjust all layers.

Lesson 3. How to create a photo slideshow from scratch

In the third lesson, learn how to create a slideshow. To do this, create a new project, select and add photos for the slideshow. Before your eyes, we will not only upload photographs into the project, but also create entertaining animated collages from them with effects and smooth transitions from frame to frame. We'll show you how to add titles and screensavers to the slideshow you're creating, using templates from the program's rich collection. And then we’ll supplement individual slides with text and other graphic elements - clipart, photographs and short videos. This will enliven the show and allow you to get not monotonously changing images, but a full-fledged, action-packed photo film!

Lesson 4. How to use slide effects

The fourth lesson will help you learn how to use effects for slides. To do this, you need to open the slide that we will edit, open the “slide effects” tab. In the folder that opens, select ready-made effects, among them you can find snowfall, stars, clouds, bubble and others, and you can also add them to the video clip. You can see what came out of this in the program player.

Lesson 5. How to make a movie from photos

The fifth lesson will help you learn how to create films from photos. Open the folder with the images we need and add them to the editing panel. We add an animated collage of photos, screensavers, apply effects and transitions between photos. We do other manipulations to create the effect in the video, and now we add music and convert the photo into video.

Lesson 6. How to add and edit video in a slideshow

The sixth lesson will help you learn how to edit videos in the PhotoSHOW PRO program. Add a video to the work panel using the mouse and you can start editing the file. More details can be seen in the video tutorial.

Lesson 7. How to make a clip from photos with your own hands

The seventh lesson will help you learn how to create your own video from photos. To do this you need to select already ready-made templates for a slide show and make a video clip within five minutes.

Lesson 8. Creating a slideshow with music in the PhotoSHOW PRO program

The eighth video lesson will help you learn how to create a slideshow with music. You have already prepared certain photos for a slide show or video, now you can start providing musical accompaniment during viewing. Add your favorites to the program musical compositions and cut off what you don’t need and add it to a slide show, as well as in video format.

Lesson 9. Working with photo filters in PhotoSHOW PRO

The ninth final video lesson will help you learn how to work with images. You can make a black and white image from a color image, as well as a blur or mosaic effect. Download a program for creating videos (slide shows) to your computer. We will work in the PhotoSHOW Pro program.

Install the PhotoSHOW Pro program.

Launch the PhotoSHOW Pro program, select the tab New project .

Adding photos. Click tab Photos and indicate the path to the folder in which you saved all the images and music.

Add photos to the slideshow project: Right mouse button - Add all .

You can swap photos by dragging the mouse. Set transitions for changing photos (tab Transitions ), by dragging the desired transition into the square between the desired photos.

We change the project settings (slide display duration, transition duration, etc.). Click Save.

Add music to the project: double-click at the bottom of the project and specify the path to the folder in which we previously placed the sound file.

The project is ready. These simple steps allow you to create a slideshow or video using PhotoSHOW Pro.

A bright, dynamic slide show can be made using various programs. Among them, the most popular programs are iPixSoft Flash Slideshow Creator, muvee Reveal, Photo DVD Maker Professional, CyberLink PowerDirector, VSO PhotoDVD, Wondershare Photo Story Platinum, ProShow Producer and many others. The principle of their operation is largely similar: you select photographs that you are going to use in your work, music, add transitions to the project, edit images, add captions and titles, preview the created project, after which all that remains is to record the finished file. The advantages of these programs are a convenient, intuitive interface, the presence of hints and fast conversion. The only exception is the Nero Vision application; it works a little longer than its counterparts.

In a standard operating room assembly Windows systems There is an application called Windows Movie Maker - one of the simple but very functional tools for creating slide shows. It's quite easy to work with. Following the prompts of the program wizard, you need to add images, music, and video files to the project. Then, using the options in the “Film Editing” section, add captions, transitions, titles to the video, and apply the available styles. In addition, there is a very good function “Creating a car movie”, which independently edits a movie from photos added to the project. After this, all that remains is to save the film to your computer or burn it to disk.

It is convenient to create slide shows (presentations) in the PowerPoint application, which is part of the Office suite from Microsoft. Open the program " Microsoft presentation PowerPoint", in the upper right corner, find the "Create Slide" button and add the required number of pages to the project. Here, for each slide, you can add the most suitable layout for placing text and images. In the “Designer” menu, select slide design templates, apply color schemes and animation settings to the presentation as necessary. The Insert menu functions on the top toolbar allow you to add pictures, page numbers, date and time, movies and sound, charts, and tables to your project. You can also change the size, color, font fill, transitions, animation for text and images, and transitions between pages on the slides. When ready, click the “File” button in the upper left corner of the toolbar and select “Save As” in the drop-down window, specifying the desired file format.

If you often create video clips from photos and music, install the PhotoSHOW program on your computer, thanks to which the creative process will become even more interesting and at the same time extremely understandable. Before work, select the photos that you are going to use in the future video. For convenience, place them in a separate folder. If you plan to add photos to the slideshow different topics, place them in several folders. Choose the one most suitable for the photo show music background. After everything preparatory stages completed, launch the “PhotoSHOW” program and in the window that appears, select one of the proposed application items: “New Project”, “Slideshow Templates”, “Open Project”.

If you are doing a new project, select the first option. In the window that opens, specify the location of the photos, select them and add them to the project. To do this, mark the photos and right-click, then select “Add” or “Add all” in the drop-down window. For this purpose, you can also use the special arrow buttons under the photos. However, you can simply drag the desired images to the bottom line. At the very bottom of the page, find the “project music” button. Click it to add a background audio file to your project. By clicking on the “+” sign, you will open and add a melody. In the same window, set additional music settings: playback mode, sound/fading effects, file duration. If necessary, here you can trim the melody or synchronize it with the time of displaying images.

Select an image on the storyboard scale and find the “Edit Slide” button on the right side of the program desktop. After this, you can stretch or fit the frame, crop the picture, overlay it, set the duration of the display and transition of the slide, apply additional effects. In the top panel, open the menu “Transitions”, “Screensavers”, “Appearance” and apply the necessary changes. When the slideshow is ready, look in the preview window final result. If you are satisfied with everything, find the “Create” item on the toolbar and select the desired item: “Create a show”, “Create a DVD slide show”, “Create a screen saver” or “Create an EXE slide show”.

How to save a presentation in Proshow Producer

Once you've finished working on your presentation, be sure to save it:

Advice: remember where you save the presentation.

This way you will create a working file with *.psh resolution.

Do not try to open it using the video player. First of all, nothing will come of it. Secondly, the purpose of this file is somewhat different.

You can ONLY open it in Proshow Producer program, in order to make changes to the working presentation. For example, change the photo, correct a typo, choose a different style for the slide, or even completely redo your slide show.

How to save videos in Proshow Producer

The principle is the same in both the sixth and seventh versions of the program. First you need to switch to the “Output” (sixth) or “Publish” (seventh) tab.

In the “Publishing formats” block you can see in more detail all the available video output options, but we will dwell in more detail on the one that I use in 99% of cases: Video for Web, Devices and Computers

Select this item and click on the button "create".

In the window that opens, you will be asked to select the appropriate format from a bunch of others. I recommend MPEG-4 at 720p or 1080p. The higher the resolution, the larger the video file size and the higher the quality. This option also affects the speed of creating the finished video.

Having chosen the format, feel free to click on the button and then video.

Advice: Come up with a title for your presentation and remember where you saved it.

After you click the button, the process of creating a video will begin. It will take some time.

On average, a video lasting 3-5 minutes takes about 15-20 minutes to create. It takes me about 40 minutes to create a 10 minute video. After the process is completed, you will see a notification about this.

The finished video is available

• view on your computer in ANY video player. For example, Windows Media, which almost everyone has;
• put it on a flash drive and copy it to another computer;
• burn to CD;
• view using DVD on TV from a flash drive or disk;
• upload to YouTube, VKontaket, Odnoklassniki and other social networks;
• send videos via the Internet to friends, for example by e-mail, etc.

Advice: if you want to have a memorable slide show on DVD, choose the “DVD” publication format. But this option will not work if you need to upload a video to the Internet, so it’s better to do both options.
