My community work for a portfolio is what to write. Primary and High School Student Portfolio: Ready-Made Cover Sheet Templates and Sheets for Boys and Girls

Nowadays kids get to know the Italian word "portfolio" sometimes even in kindergarten. Well, at school, almost every child is faced with the need to create a kind of diary of achievements.

It should be noted that the proposal to introduce compulsory production of a portfolio for a student is not unreasonable. First, such work brings the child and parents together, who together create something designed to represent the personality of the student. Secondly, to develop, you need to come up with a design, wording, create a beautiful composition of text and images. Thirdly, a positive perception of oneself is formed, because a variety of diplomas, certificates and other evidence of children's achievements are added to the album.

How to make a portfolio for a student in 1 hour

The easiest and fastest option is to use templates to create a student's portfolio. These are ready-made pages into which you can paste or embed with the help of the desired photos and text fragments. You can choose from a huge variety of themes and designs that will be close to the child - a favorite cartoon character, for example. Older students will appreciate the design in a club or club theme. It will take about an hour to work, a color printer and photographs in electronic or printed form.

How to make a portfolio for a student from scratch

Before the student, it is necessary to discuss with him the appearance of the future album, its general theme and specific details. It's also important to sketch out a rough outline. Below is a handy algorithm that you can use when creating a portfolio of a junior student. It will be displayed as a list of sheets that should be contained in the folder, and how exactly to organize them is a matter of your preferences and capabilities. Considering that new pages will have to be added to the portfolio, it is best to choose a ring file folder with a thick cardboard cover.

  1. Its central part will be occupied by a student's photo, and around the perimeter you can place images of his favorite cartoon heroes, toys or other hobby items cut from magazines or postcards. The data of the child (full name, date of birth) and the educational institution in which he receives education are also indicated here.
  2. Pocket with postcards and congratulations received for the Day of Knowledge.
  3. My name. A section can include more than one sheet. The student deciphers the meaning, talks about the history of the origin of his name. It tells about who made the decision to name him that way, what this person was guided by.
  4. A family. The section can be abundantly illustrated with photographs. A story about each of the relatives and about the family in general, some family traditions and other interesting things. A great option is a family tree, which allows the child to learn more about their ancestors.
  5. "This is me". Self-portrait.
  6. My hand is in the 1st (2,3,4 ...) grade. It is proposed to trace the palm along the contour or smear it with paint and leave an imprint on the sheet (which is much more fun).
  7. My daily routine. Description with illustrations.
  8. Hobbies.
  9. Friends.
  10. My city. A local history excursion into the history of his native city, photographs of sights and views, everything that a child wants to tell about his small homeland.
  11. How I go to school. Scheme of the route from home to school with mandatory marks in the most dangerous parts of the path, and also the home address of your student.
  12. My school.
  13. Favorite teachers. Photos, names and patronymics, as well as characteristics of teachers with whom the student regularly interacts.
  14. My class. A general snapshot of the class with a list of children. Friends can be especially noted.
  15. Schedule of lessons. The sheet is replaced every year or a new one is attached.
  16. Who will I be when I grow up. Description of the future profession and the rationale for its choice.

This is followed by the subsections "My achievements" (certificates and diplomas for participation and victories in various competitions and competitions, letters of thanks) and "Piggy bank of creativity" (a collection of creative works during training: drawings, poems, essays, photographs of handicrafts).

Knowing how to make a portfolio for a student, you will feel confident completing this task, you will be able to show more imagination, and your work will become something that the child will now proudly demonstrate at school and happily flip through at home.

OUR FAMILY GENERAL TREE

Genealogy is not just a fashionable hobby now, it is an amazing opportunity to realize your involvement in a group of interesting, unique and special people - your ancestors. An interesting adventure awaits you and many discoveries, perhaps not always pleasant, be prepared for both success and disappointment.
So where do you start? How to create a genealogical tree of a family?

1. See what old documents and photographs you have at home. Especially important are such documents that contain genealogical information: birth, marriage, death certificates. A lot of interesting information can be gleaned from work books, certificates, diplomas, certificates. Take photocopies of all documents and divide them into two main groups: maternal relatives and paternal relatives. Ideally, you should have a separate envelope for each person.

2. Interviewing relatives. Family holidays are a great opportunity to ask relatives. Equip yourself with a notebook with a pen or record a conversation on a voice recorder so you don't miss anything. If it is impossible to meet in person, contact the person by phone or via the Internet. Prepare questions in advance. Take the time to learn the terminology of kinship so that unfamiliar words don't confuse you. Each family has its own legends and interesting stories, perhaps amazing stories await you.

3. If your interest is serious, and your relatives can do little to help, you should contact the archive. To do this, you need to have information about the full name, year and place of birth (to search for a church parish where he could be baptized), occupation.

4. So we come to the design of the genealogical tree of the family. There are different options. In an ascending pedigree, the trunk symbolizes a specific person, large branches represent his parents, and smaller branches represent grandparents, great-grandparents, etc. A more common option is to build a tree along a descending line. Those. at the base of the tree there will be a progenitor, and in the crown there will be descendants. Any option gives scope to your imagination in terms of design and decoration of the family tree. For example, in Western Europe, a family tree was painted. The color told about a person's marital status, the presence or absence of children. Information about men was drawn up in rectangles or rhombuses, about women in ovals or circles. In Russia, this tradition was not widespread.

CHARACTER NAME PAUL - The character is not easy, but, as a rule, communication is easy. As a child, Pavel is kind and sympathetic. With a great desire, she helps her mother take care of younger children. She never breaks prohibitions and convinces others not to overstep the bounds of what is permitted. With age, the capacity for compassion is even more pronounced. However, he has little interest in external circumstances and people. There is nothing too bright and outstanding in Paul's calm and benevolent character - all his qualities are in harmony with each other and the world around him. He is kind and helpful. His ability to empathize attracts many people to him, and they willingly confide in him their secrets ... which is not always good, for Paul is talkative and likes to boast of his awareness of other people's problems. In other words, he is a fair gossip and braggart, but his charm is so great that it is simply impossible to be angry with him. Pavel is inclined to philosophizing, but he is not a fighter, that is, he will not rush into battle for the truth with an open visor, but will try to find a workaround. Moreover, in caring for lofty ideals, he will not forget to take into account YOUR interest. He is a woman-loving and mercantile - quite an earthly person.
THE FATE OF PAUL- Being forced to solve his problems, build his own destiny, choose a field of activity, he can become not very pleasant and comfortable in communication. There are few bright events in the life of Paul, he is often mysterious and incomprehensible to those around him, perhaps he will remain undisclosed.

THE THINKING OF PAUL- Usually highly developed. A deep, but somewhat inert mind of a synthetic warehouse, which allows him to assess the situation at a glance. Good memory. However, it is difficult for him to move from planning actions to implementing them. Loves and can impress. Has a great sense of humor.

THE MORALITY OF PAUL - It seems to him that he has the right to commit acts, regardless of the opinion of others. A sense of camaraderie developed. He is able to love, but tries almost by force to force others to reciprocate. Defeats are very difficult, especially moral failures. Strives for excellence in everything, which can lead to disaster. Interested in religion, even occultism.

PAUL'S HEALTH- Satisfactory, but must beware of mental strain. Prone to obesity. Prone to sexual neurosis. As long as he is enthusiastic, he feels healthy, but as soon as he gets depressed, everything is upset. Weak spots - vestibular apparatus, digestive tract, hearing. Bad metabolism.
MARRIAGE AND THE FAMILY OF PAUL - For Paul, physical intimacy is also important in marriage. She is a prerequisite for harmonious family relationships. If his feelings for his wife go out, he will immediately start looking for another woman "for the soul." Jealous but forgiving. Provides assistance to his wife around the house, pays great attention to children. A successful marriage with Vera, Dina, Catherine, Elizabeth, Zinaida, Maya, Serafima, Sophia, Elvira. Difficult marriage with Angela, Daria, Natalia, Nina, Tatiana and Julia.

HOBBIES AND PAUL'S HOBBIES - He prefers to receive guests at his place, to visit himself. Drinks in moderation, does not show strong emotions at the table. It is possible to withdraw into oneself, to be carried away by non-traditional sciences and oriental philosophy. His behavior in the eyes of others can become inexplicable and strange.
IMPLEMENTATION IN SOCIETY AT PAUL - Likes to study. Can become an excellent journalist, capable mathematician. He loves classical sciences, although he is also fond of languages. He can turn out to be an intelligent administrator or a lawyer. He is interested in everything related to public speaking, so he can become a radio or television worker. I also like the teaching profession, especially because teachers have a long vacation. He will also be an excellent cashier, as he loves everything related to money.
PAUL'S CAREER AND BUSINESS - Inventive in work, but rarely satisfied with it. Above all he values truth, beauty, goodness and benefit. He will always take the opportunity to earn extra money, but unless this requires him to violate the measured way of life. No, even the most ardent love will not serve as a hindrance to him on the way to a career.
Professionally, Pavel rarely reaches heights and great skill in his chosen specialty. Many of his endeavors end in failure. He can rarely influence external circumstances and, not having a strong will, often becomes a passive toy in the hands of stronger people. Only Pavel Olegovich can be a potential candidate for successful entrepreneurs.

THE WORLD AROUND ME

The world is very large and it is impossible to embrace everything. I was once at the Arshan resort and nowhere else. I would very much like to visit the cities of Irkutsk and Tomsk. Irkutsk is closer to our city, but friends of our family live in Tomsk. Every year they invite us to visit them, but we cannot find time. I hope that when Vadim grows up, the whole family will visit this beautiful city!

SEASONS

Winter.I don't really like this time of year because it is cold and is followed by the longest and dirtiest time of the year. In winter, one thing pleases me - the New Year and its celebration. Our family has a tradition of dressing up in carnival costumes every year. We sew ourselves, and sometimes we rent. This year 2011 I was a cute and modern kikimora.

Spring.I don't like this time of year at all. It is not known when the heat will come ?! Moreover, changes in temperature and pressure, for some reason, have a great influence on me - I have a headache.

Summer.God's grace! Dacha. Warmly. The river. Cucumbers and tomatoes from your garden! There are many plans for this time of year, but I do not have time for everything, since I spend the whole summer at the dacha. The air is great. And what delicious mushrooms!

Autumn.Of course, the first day of autumn is my birthday. I celebrate it with my family and always at home. I believe that family and family holidays are home attributes that you cannot live without. The weather is not very good - rains and thunderstorms. I don't like it when the wind blows through my whole body. I love it when it's warm.

MY DREAMS

I dream of a big family. I want to have many children and gather with the whole crowd in my parents' house. Discuss the latest joys and experiences. I am a very family man. I still want to visit those cities that I can't go to yet.

PERMYAKOVA MARGARITA PAVLOVNA

ABOUT ME

I was born on June 19, 2005 in the city of Ulan-Ude. Height - 49 cm, weight - 2520 g. On this day, there were such holidays as Trinity and the Day of the Medical Worker. Everyone was waiting for my appearance. The name was not chosen by chance - it suits my character. When I was 1 year and 8 months old, I went to kindergarten Petushok “No. 109, which my mother attended. It's very cool there. I love my teacher Svetlana Sergeevna. We are family friends. When I turned 5.5, my brother Vadim was born. We love to talk and laugh with him. He is still small, but he already recognizes me.

MEANING OF THE NAME

The name comes from the Latin word "Margarita": pearl.

A very independent girl. Everything has its own view. She is very straightforward and expresses her views, regardless of faces, which often leads to terrible confusion for parents and guests. Straightforwardness and categoricalness characteristic of childhood, will make themselves felt in adulthood, although with skillful upbringing these unpleasant traits

Margaritas can be softened considerably. Otherwise, they will be perceived as inability to behave, rudeness and will lead to conflicts with others. Although a somewhat eccentric Margarita is not at all selfish.

Already in her school years, Margarita stands out for good logical thinking, can achieve success in the chess game. She is smart enough, quick-witted and cunning, but inner insecurity makes her not a very reliable companion. And although Margarita's relations with classmates are normal and she will never refuse to help them, she still does not have close friends.

He devotes a lot of time to sports, loves biology. Refers to practical people, such women make good leaders. Margarita doesn't like to wait long. She is impatient, she needs to get everything at once. Maybe that's why, especially thinking about it, she marries the first person she likes and is almost always unlucky for the first love.

He is very worried about the collapse of his hopes; after a divorce, as a rule, he quickly remarries, and does this not out of great love, but guided mainly by considerations of a different nature (to prove something to someone, get rid of the feeling of uselessness).

Margarita loves male society, adores admirers, her behavior often gives her husband grounds for jealousy. A garden, a vegetable garden, a dacha where you need to work and not rest - not for Margarita and depress her. The kitchen is also not Margarita's element, however, for the arrival of guests, she can prepare such a wonderful dinner that she will shock the people who know her well.

PERMYAKOV VADIM PAVLOVICH

ABOUT ME

I was born on November 12, 2010 in the city of Ulan-Ude. Mom says that I look like Rita when she was little. I love my parents and my sister. She always talks to me. I learned a few sounds from her. Now I am 4 months old.

MEANING OF THE NAME

Diminutive names : Vadka, Vadimka, Vadyushka, Vadik, Vadyulya, Vadyusik. The meaning of this name is controversial. Some researchers consider it Persian, while the majority is inclined to believe that it comes from the Old Russian word "vaditi" - to sow confusion, argue, accuse, slander; perhaps this is an abbreviated form of the name Vladimir.

Usually Vadim is a healthy, sociable, cheerful child. He, like a lamb, will jump around the room or run skipping along the park alley, frightening with the shouts of the grandmothers sitting on the benches or bystanders. But this is not from disobedience. Vadim is very sensitive to his mother's remarks, loves her and father, his sisters and brothers dearly, if he has any, but he has so much unspent energy ... Therefore, in childhood, you need to make sure that the boy does not ride a bicycle onto the road road, did not fall from a tree or balcony. He studies well, but teachers complain about his restlessness.

Vadims make good leaders. They feel people well, are caring, remember their promises. They are extraordinarily hardworking and purposeful. Having taken up something, they will not stop until they have achieved their goal. They are not devoid of prudence and some cunning, they carefully think over their actions and statements. They have good "penetrating" abilities, it is a pleasure for them to get something rare and scarce, they see in this a certain game, sports interest, feeling the feeling of an athlete who has defeated his opponent.

Vadims are passionate, addicted people. They can be addicted to cards, gambling, inclined to take risks. In entertainment they adhere to the principle of "walking - walking like that" and sometimes, following it, they overwhelm. They also like fast driving and a good table. They can meet with a girl for a long time, prepare for marriage, but under the influence of a fleeting hobby, marry another. Having fallen in love, they love thoroughly: strongly and for a long time. And their jealousy is just as passionate. For Vadim, a wife is more than a wife, she is his second "I". Vadim's wives are usually happy with their lot.

"Winter" - "heavy", for a long time they can not decide on the choice of profession, wife, friends. "Summer" - softer, lazier.

Will find happiness in marriage with Alexandra, Vera, Dina, Catherine, Lilia, Ruslana, Svetlana. Marriage with Alina, Alla, Venus, Gelena, Juliet, Elena, Maya, Olga, Polina, Tamara, Yana is unlikely.

FAMILY CREST

FAMILY CREST DESCRIPTION

The peoples of the whole world have had distinctive signs since time immemorial. At first, they were religious symbols, totems, tamgas - protectors (amulets) of the clan, which in the traditional sense cannot be considered coats of arms. In the classical sense, coats of arms appeared in Europe in the Middle Ages. These were the personal insignia of the knights, which turned into hereditary, family coats of arms. Only later did the coats of arms become symbols of the independence (sovereignty) of territories, cities and states.

Our coat of arms consists of a shield, a supporter, a motto, and heraldic figures.

Heraldic description of the coat of arms

The shield is made in two colors: green and red. In the green field of the shield there is a mouse on a ball of yarn, on the red - a tractor. The shields are separated by a stripe of blue and white. In the middle of the shield there is a heart shape depicting children.

A shield holder in the shape of a mythical tigress is located on the shield. Also, the shield is crowned with a white ribbon with a motto.

Features of the emblem symbolism

The shield has two colors - two halves - mother and father. Mother has color green(youth, joy, fertility, rest and peace), father - Red(courage, courage). Backboard holder - an element of the coat of arms, which is a figure that is located on one of the sides of the heraldic shield - tigress(a formidable mother, ready to fiercely defend her offspring). F The division igura, or shield separator, plays an important role in heraldry, multiplying the variability of the coat of arms. White and blue dividing strip denotes mountains and rivers in our coat of arms. Such symbols were chosen because of the places of birth of the parents. The mother was born in the city, and the father came from the area, overcoming obstacles.

Heraldic ribbon. Motto our coat of arms and family: “Having passed through the thorns, it will be visible
the result of your efforts. " We believe that everything in life is not always easy. To achieve family happiness, you need to go through many trials. This requires patience and desire. To have a result, you need to believe in it. And we believe in a good future.

Heraldic figures. Mouse is a thrifty animal. She is nimble and nimble. Loves "household" chores. The ball symbolizes love for handicrafts and creativity. I, as a mother, try to take care of the external aesthetic appearance of my family. To do this, I myself invent and sew costumes for the holidays for my children. Tractor symbolizes the occupation of the fathera family that has a practical profession - car and agricultural machinery repair. He also knows how to drive these types of vehicles. The tractor was drawn in connection with his passion and vocation.White heart... Meaning: white, or silver, means purity, innocence, and the heart is love. We love our children very much, because children are flowers of life, in which we put our love, soul and warmth of our parental hearts. Our children grow up to be creative people.

Our coat of arms is the guardian of our family's history.

How to create a portfolio for junior and senior students?

The purpose of creating a portfolio for schoolchildren is to identify basic abilities and collect information about the child's achievements.
Creative work, in this regard, should be carried out jointly with parents. Not every parent, starting to create a resume for their child, knows how to design it beautifully and correctly. Let's consider this issue using the examples given in the proposed article.

Best Portfolios for Younger Students for Girls: Example, Sample, Photo

Portfolio is being prepared in free form.

But it is advisable to follow the basic rules:

  • We start with the design of the title page. We give the schoolgirl the opportunity to choose her favorite photo for the most important part of the document. Together with the child, we enter beautifully: last name, first name, patronymic, and all the necessary additional contact information.
First portfolio sheet
  • We pass to the section "My world". This topic includes extensive material about the personal life of the little student.

Name- its meaning and origin. Whose initiative was it to name the child like that?
List famous people with this name.

A family- tell us a little about the composition of the family: brother, sister, mom, dad.

A short story about the family composition

Friends- photo, name, how long have you known, their favorite activities.

Place of residence- name, main attractions (river, bridge, museum). A very important element in this place is a drawn diagram of the road to the school. Indicate dangerous intersections of the route, traffic lights.

I live here

Favorite activities- all the girl's hobbies: music school, sports club, reading books, etc.

My leisure at home

School- a story about teachers, place of study. Describe the location, number of storeys of the building, trees, flowers, school town. Tell us briefly about the class teacher: age, name, work experience, what subject teaches.

All about school and teachers

School items- favorite lessons. Why do you like some and not very interesting others?

Share the best lessons
  • The next stage of registration is my school success. Specifically, focus on the most successful tests and completed assignments.

Best results during study
  • Next, we make a paragraph on extracurricular activities. Describe everything that the child does in his free time from school: participation in school performances, concerts , sports competitions between classes, various Olympiads.

School life outside the curriculum
  • Now let's dwell on creative successes and achievements. Any crafts, drawings, everything that can be placed on the sheet - we attach. Too big options - take pictures and apply. Will be appropriate in this section: certificates, awards, letters of thanks.

What can I do?
  • Reviews and wishes. In primary grades, this paragraph may contain feedback from teachers or parents.

Recommendations from parents and teachers
  • Final stage- content. This is a summary sheet with the name of each section. It can change over time.

We summarize at the end in one list all the items of the portfolio

Choose any theme to decorate your achievement diary.

The best portfolios for junior high school students for boys: example, sample, photo

With boys, the primary school age group, we prepare a creative model of a folder with documents in the same way.

Only change:

  1. Portfolio design theme. Girls have some favorite characters against the background of the document, boys have others
  2. The individual characteristics of the boy. The interests of the sexes, at this age in babies, as well as in any other, are very different. It is important to take this into account when designing a portfolio for boys. Mom should not do all the work for the child, based only on her emotions about the perception of the world.

Moving from class to class, the personal matter takes on vast dimensions. You can create a new portfolio for a young lady. But it is better to add additional sheets with new information and photos to the existing one.

  • School etiquette rules, it will not hurt to approve the growing up baby

  • New information about the preferred fashion direction: romantic, casual, vamp, sports, nautical, ethnic will be very interesting. After all, at this age, girls love to dress up so much.
  • Or maybe there were idols: singers, actors and actresses. Reflect this in My World.
  • By this time, girls can acquire skills: modeling, sewing, cooking. Make a photo report with a description of your successes.
  • The existing stock of travel impressions can be added to the additional travel section. Tell us here: about your favorite places to visit, about the customs of this region, about nature, animals.

All about travel
  • The life of a teenager is filled with many new discoveries. As parents and educators prepare a portfolio with an adult child, it will be easier to understand and direct its main features in the right direction.
  • In reviews and suggestions, in this case, the opinions of friends and girlfriends are added. They can leave advice on what positive aspects and achievements they like in the portfolio owner, and where she should pull herself up.

For example: “You are great rollerblading. But now, should you improve your English? "

The overall design may depend on the taste of the owner:

  • Still cartoon characters in the corners
  • Photos of adult idols
  • Modest flower decoration

  • Use templates, fill the pages with the most interesting and significant events of your life.

Not many children like the procedure for filling out a portfolio. A few tips would be pertinent to read before embarking on this creative work:

  1. Notice any minor accomplishments. Add them to your portfolio. Enjoy them with pride!
  2. Imagine, draw, add interesting photos - after all, your life path cannot be like someone else. Reflect this in your portfolio.
  3. Fill out the section pages carefully and with great care.
  4. A personal matter is not a competition for big awards and diplomas. Participation itself is the most important aspect, although being the first is great.
  5. Start with information about yourself and your family. Tell us briefly what you like and what you are fond of.

Video: Student Portfolio

Elementary School Student Portfolio
Portfolio creationIs an exciting joint painstaking work of children and their parents. To create it should be taken carefully and seriously - after all, this is the face of your child. To get started, get the most beautiful folder in the stationery store, with a large number of empty files (at least 90 sheets), let the child choose it. The folder is bought for many years, it must be durable. You will need markers, pencils, glue, a ruler, and a few sheets of different stickers (stars, flowers, cars, etc.).

Portfolio should consist of two sections, which in turn are divided into several more subsections.

First section - introductory, in which the child talks about himself.

The first sheet of the section- this is a beautifully designed title page with a photograph of the student, as well as information about the educational institution in which he studies.

The second file contains all kinds of postcards and congratulations presented to the first grader by the beginning of the school year.

On sheet 3 (subsection "My name"), the child gives a decoding of his name (origin, meaning), who and why named him that way.

On sheet 4 (subsection "My family") - writes a short essay about his family, if there are photographs, then attach them.

On the 5th sheet (subsection "This is me") draws his portrait.

On sheet 6 (subsection "My hand in the first grade") he draws a circle around his palm and on each outlined finger he writes what he thinks about himself, what kind of person he is (kind, affectionate, etc.).

On the 7th sheet (subsection "My zodiac sign") he draws his zodiac sign and describes it.

8 sheet includes a subsection "My daily routine".

9 subsection is called "My hobbies", in which the child writes about what he likes to do.

On sheet 10 (subsection "My friends"), a small essay is written about their friends, what they are, what they like to do. If there are photographs, they are attached.

11 sheet - this is a subsection "My city", here is a description of the city, village in which you live (large or small, the main attractions, well-known historical facts and celebrities).

Subsection 11 - colorful route map from home to school, home address.
12 subsection "My school" includes a photo of the school, a description of when and by whom it was built, how many people study in it, the name of the director, emblem, anthem.

13 subsection "My teachers" - subjects and names of teachers, if any, their photographs, describes the character, external data of the teacher (kind, tall, etc.), my favorite subject and favorite teacher.

14 subsection "My class" - a photo of the whole class, below is a list of children.

15 subsection "Lesson Schedule" - a beautifully designed lesson schedule (you can attach a ready-made template) for grade 1, laid out in a file, schedules for grades 2, 3 and 4 will be added in subsequent years.

The 16th subsection is called “Who will I be when I grow up” - here the child writes about his future profession, and why he chose it.

Second section Portfolio includes the achievements and successes of the child for the entire period of elementary school, is filled in gradually as the material accumulates and also includes several subsections.

1 subsection "My studies" is devoted to school subjects and is filled with written control and test papers and tests.

Subsection 2 "My best works" is filled only with works made to an excellent mark, as well as beautiful drawings, reports.

3 subsection "My work" is filled with drawings, photographs of handicrafts, own poems, stories, etc.

4 subsection "My achievements" is collected from tables, graphs showing the dynamics of learning to write, reading speed and numeracy skills, and all letters, diplomas and gratitude are included there.

The 5th subsection "Our Holidays and Events" consists of photos of holidays and events (for example, tea drinking, excursions) and comments to them: when the holiday took place and what I took part in it.

6 subsection "My social work" includes all the student's activities, except for educational (participation in various events, drawing newspapers, planting plants in the school yard, cleanup, etc.).

7 subsection "Literary reading", where the child writes the names of the books he read, the author and a short description of what he read.

The most recent 8th subsection is called “Feedback and suggestions”. At the end of each academic year, the teacher writes a characteristic to the student, which is embedded here. The child himself here can write his wishes to the teachers and his native school, how he would like to see them and what he would change.

  1. Primary school student portfolio, samples and templates for download, portfolio structure, guidelines for compilation

Portfolios are examples of work done that reveal the abilities and skills of the student. The portfolio also testifies to the child's activity in various activities at school and outside it. At the end of the article, there are sample portfolios that you can download and use as an example for your child's portfolio.

  1. Introducing Portfolio for Elementary School

Several years ago, this innovation was added to the educational process, which is now ubiquitous. Many parents of elementary school students, receiving an assignment from teachers, which is related to the design of a portfolio, are perplexed and confused about how and what to do. And the teachers themselves sometimes spend a lot of time and effort to figure out the structure and design of a portfolio for students. Today, strict requirements are not imposed on it, which is very good, you can involve the students themselves in its creation.

  1. Purpose of making a portfolio for students

For self-realization, a child already in primary school needs to have the right motivation, the ability to set goals and achieve them. The learning process requires self-discipline from the student, the ability to conduct introspection in order to overcome setbacks and be able to rejoice at their victories. Therefore, parents and teachers must help him to reveal his inner potential. An elementary school student portfolio is created to structure his work, academic performance and achievements. All the collected material will subsequently become the basis for the choice of specialized classes or maybe even schools and the student's profession. The main goal of the school portfolio is to reveal all the advantages of the student and give him the right vector for the further development of his abilities.

  1. Portfolio structure

The portfolio of a primary school student includes the following sections:

1) Personal data:

  1. a) title page;
  2. b) autobiography;
  3. c) a story about yourself;
  4. d) a list of long-term and short-term study and career plans.

For the title page, you will need to paste in a photo of the child. It will be better if he chooses his own photo. Thus, you can develop his initiative. The child could describe his hobbies, talk about his city, family, friends, about his name or surname, write about his school. The main thing is that he describes what is interesting to him and what he considers important.

2) Achievements:

  1. a) a completed form entitled “List of My Achievements”;
  2. b) creative works, articles, research projects, works that are recognized as the best in the process of discussion between the student and the teacher;
  3. c) certificates and diplomas received by the child for achieving success in various fields of activity; d) characteristics;
  4. e) information that confirms the educational initiative and independence of the work;
  5. f) the goals set.

In this section, it is better to write down all available certificates and diplomas in chronological order. In elementary grades, all his successes are important for a child, so it is better not to divide them into main achievements (for example, in school) and minor ones (for example, in sports).

3) Demonstration of the process and development of the student in a particular area:

  1. a) photographs;
  2. b) video recordings;
  3. c) the results of tests, tests, examinations, drawings;
  4. d) information that reflects all socially useful activities of the child;
  5. e) completed forms:
  1. "Research, creative work";
  2. "Attendance additional education";
  3. "Individual (elective) courses".
  1. f) list of read literature;
  2. g) curriculum;
  3. h) information about awards.

The letterheads may require photographing of the volumetric works or forgeries that the child made. You can also place in this section drawings, poems, fairy tales or any other creativity of the student. To design this section, the child must have complete freedom so that he can clearly see what success he has achieved.

4) Feedback and wishes:

  1. a) reviews for the work done;
  2. b) written recommendations;
  3. c) encouraging letters;
  4. d) goals at the beginning of the school year;
  5. e) the results of the academic year.

This section is one of the most important for enhancing a student's self-esteem. Educators who pay enough attention to the child's efforts will be able to appreciate them positively. If you use not just the word "well done", but praise the child for something specific, then his motivation in learning will only grow. Children who are praised for specific accomplishments do much better at learning. This section can also help the teacher express his recommendations and wishes to the student's parents.

The portfolio may contain additional sections for the teacher to add.

  1. Distribution of responsibilities in portfolio management

One of the main goalscompiling a portfolio of an elementary school studentis the establishment of close cooperation between parents, teacher and child. Primary school students who are completing a portfolio for the first time will not be able to do without the help of their parents. But help should consist in constantly encouraging the child to show initiative and independence in filling out the data. Thus, he will be able to assess his achievements and capabilities, as well as form a personal attitude towards the results.

The child, feeling the burden of responsibility, will independently work with the portfolio, evaluate the results. He will be able to develop communication skills, because the portfolio requires communication and consultation with parents and teachers. A portfolio helps your child develop a balanced view of themselves, their virtues, and their goals.

The role of the teacher in working with the school portfolio should also not be underestimated. This is serious work. The teacher is obliged to explain the rules for maintaining and filling out a portfolio, to assess the completion of all sections in a timely manner. The class teachers are responsible for such duties as preparing exhibitions and competitions that will allow students to express themselves. They help students to take part in a variety of activities. All this helps to form the personality of the child.

The main efforts in the educational process are aimed at developing students' abilities that will help him fully realize himself and become a successful person. The main thing is that the portfolio does not carry the idea of rivalry between children, but helps everyone individually develop their talents.

As an example, we bring to your attention the content of the Portfolio for assessing the development of universal educational actions, developed for grade 1. Please note that the tasks offered in the Portfolio are in workbooks and textbooks of the teaching materials. You can use this option and introduce it into the practice of the school, but it is also possible to offer your own version.

Elementary school student portfolio.

1. Why does a student need a portfolio?

"Each student will have a" portfolio ", that is, an individual" portfolio "of educational achievements - the results of district, regional Olympiads, interesting independent projects and creative work. This is very important in determining the student's readiness for in-depth study of a number of subjects."(Minister of Education V.M. Filippov "Komsomolskaya Pravda" 14.01.2003)

Main functionthis innovation is to help high school students in choosing a profile class, as well as the opportunity to present their achievements when entering universities.

Portfolio goal- to play the role of an individual cumulative assessment and, along with the exam results, to determine the rating of graduates of the basic school.

We will all have to get used to the formula:

The procedure for calculating the specific "weight" of a portfolio in the total educational rating of a student suggests two options:
1. The weight of the portfolio can correspond to the weight of one exam - max 5 points.
2. The weight of the portfolio can correspond to the weight of two exams - max 10 points.

In other words, additional certification for admission to specialized classes is really necessary. After all, the existing system of examinations in the 9th grade does not give an idea of either the abilities or interests of the student!

2. Philosophy of portfolio.

A portfolio is a way of recording, accumulating and evaluating the individual achievements of a student at a certain period of his education. The portfolio allows you to take into account the results achieved by the student in a variety of activities (educational, creative, social communication, etc.) and is an important element of a practice-oriented approach to education.

In the pedagogical literature, the portfolio is characterized as:

 A collection of the student's work, comprehensively demonstrating not only his educational results, but also the efforts made to achieve them;

 An exhibition of the student's educational achievements in a given subject (or several subjects) for a given period of study (quarter, half year, year).

The philosophy of the educational portfolio assumes:
- a shift in emphasis from what the student does not know and is not able to, to what he knows and is able to do on a given topic and a given subject;
- integration of quantitative and qualitative assessments;
- the transfer of pedagogical emphasis from assessment to self-assessment;
- the main meaning of the portfolio: "Show everything that you are capable of."

Portfolio concept:
Portfolio is a promising form of presentation of the individual orientation of the educational achievements of a particular student. A graduate's portfolio can serve as an addition to the results of the USE or any other forms of exams for admission to a university, since it most fully covers the lack of information about the applicant, which is inevitable in any examination procedure. Portfolio as a cumulative assessment reflects sustainable and long-term educational outcomes,
compensating for the effect of accidental success or failure in an exam situation, testing.

3. What is all this for?

Portfolio material is collected for more than one year, but during the entire period of study. A portfolio is a form of authentic assessment of educational results based on a product created by a student in the course of educational, creative, social and other activities. Thus, the portfolio is consistent with the goals, objectives and ideology of practice-oriented learning.

The portfolio helps to solve the following important pedagogical tasks:

  1. support and stimulate the educational motivation of schoolchildren;
  2. develop the skills of reflective and evaluative activities of students;
  3. develop the ability to learn- set goals, plan and organize their own educational activities;
  4. lay additional prerequisites and opportunities for successful specialization.

4. What does the portfolio look like?

Typically, to create a portfolio, you need a "ring" folder (regular or archive), which is filled with perforated files. It is advisable to purchase multi-format files for storing documents or works in A4, A5 and A3 formats. Additionally, you can attach separators to help structure the folder into sections.

5. Where to start?
Portfolio building is indeed most relevant in middle and basic school. And here is the question: does a portfolio have a right to exist in elementary school, and if so, in what form can it be presented? Of course, many sections from
Portfolio-9unsuitable. How to replace them? Should the portfolio be comprehensive or limited to one part of it? All of these questions can be answered by reflecting on what are the main goals and objectives of portfolio management in primary school.

6. Goals and objectives.

One of the main tasks of teaching and upbringing in primary school (I hope!) Is to identify and develop the individual creative abilities of the child. And here is how Olga Ukhanova, a teacher from St. Petersburg, defines the main goals and objectives of portfolio management in primary grades:

- creating a situation of success for each student, increasing self-esteem and confidence in their own capabilities;
- maximum disclosure of the individual abilities of each child;
- the development of the cognitive interests of students and the formation of readiness for independent knowledge;
- the formation of an attitude towards creative activity and the skills of creative activity, the development of motivation for further creative growth;
- the formation of positive moral and ethical qualities of the individual;
- acquisition of reflection skills, the formation of the ability to analyze their own interests, inclinations, needs and correlate them with the available opportunities ("I am real", "I am ideal");
- the formation of life ideals, stimulation of the desire for self-improvement.

To solve these problems (according to many experts), it is necessary to shift the emphasis, focusing not on the portfolio of documents, but on the portfolio of creative works. In other words, the section "CREATIVE WORKS" should become the main and main, the section "Official documents" should fade into the background and be used only as an application!

The motto for working with a portfolio of an elementary school student should be the phrase:"The student's everyday creative process must be recorded.".
_______________
1 Published in the newspaper "Primary School".
2 Reflection - a tendency to analyze your experiences, reflect on your inner state. Reflection on oneself, cognition and analysis of one's own mental processes and states. It disrupts a person's life and reduces his adaptation both with an excess and with a lack of self-knowledge.

7. The main thing is not victory, the main thing is participation!

The unconditional value of the portfolio lies in the fact that it helps to increase the student's self-esteem, to maximize the individual capabilities of each child, and to develop motivation for further creative growth. Therefore, it is extremely important to learn for yourself and explain to your child that making a portfolio is not a race for diplomas and all kinds of letters! Important the process itselfparticipation in educational activities or creative work, and not its result.

Long-term research by psychologists has led many educational professionals to accept the view that the leading characteristic of a creative personality should be considered not "outstanding abilities" (high intelligence, creativity, etc.), but its motivation(life goals)... It is she who is considered by many as a decisive factor in realizing the creative potential of an individual.
_______________
3 Motivation - motives that cause activity and determine its direction.

8. What does an elementary school student's portfolio look like?

There are no strict requirements (state standard) at the moment. And it pleases! After all, working on a portfolio is a good opportunity to express yourself, to approach this task creatively, to come up with something of your own, original. As a rule, the school administration gives advice, design recommendations. The only thing worth worrying about is that the portfolio of an elementary school student is not called "The portfolio of my achievements" ("My achievements", etc.) and that the section documenting these achievements (all kinds of certificates and certificates). Let's talk about the dangers of this approach a little further. In the meantime, let me remind you that to "fight" this kind of obligation and other "administrative imbalances" there is such a body as the school board of trustees. Advocate for the interests of your children. Take action!

My achievements

.:: 23.04.2010

“Portfolio for a child” sounds unusual. But in recent years, it is increasingly required in schools. When I first heard from my son, I was a little discouraged about the need for a portfolio. Isn't it a bit early in the second grade? Although in some schools a portfolio is required already in the first one. But gradually, having figured out what this mysterious word was, I liked the idea.

A portfolio for elementary school students is used by the teacher as an alternative way of assessing a child's personal achievements. For a student, this is a form of presentation of the individual orientation of his knowledge, skills, interests, programming the success of personal growth, the development of creative thinking, the opportunity to express himself, speak out and declare himself.

There are no specific, general requirements for the implementation of a portfolio in schools, and in itself, its design is already a creative work. Quite often, instead of a portfolio, you can hear the term "portfolio of achievements".

It seems to me that the portfolio is a kind of competitive element, it makes every student think about what to show him to the class and others. Hearing about the portfolio, the children in our class immediately began to sort out in their minds what they could be proud of. Someone had accumulated enough certificates for participating in competitions, someone had nothing, and it was necessary to figure out why the question of their own achievements is so difficult? Why is there no interest, maybe too low self-esteem? This is already a note to the parents and the teacher.

In our class, it was decided that a portfolio is not only a folder with certificates and diplomas, but an opportunity to tell about oneself in an interesting and competent manner. Unleash your creativity.

Objective of the project

to record success, and in any area. Improve self-esteem, and create a positive attitude for the future. In addition, making a portfolio allows the child to look at himself from the outside.

General design

A portfolio is a folder with a binder. All documents are embedded in separate glossy A4 files. For registration of works, ordinary A4 paper, paints, pens, pencils, colored paper, decals, stickers, etc. are used. The text can be handwritten or printed on a computer if the child can handle it.

Portfolio sections

  • My world (content)
  • I'm interested

Includes the child's personal information. Surname First name Patronymic, year of birth, city of residence, age. You can decorate the title page to your liking and place a photo on it.

The section replaces the content. In the portfolio that I bring to your attention, the beginning of each section is drawn up on a separate sheet in the form of a presentation: the title of the section and a picture that reflects the image of the topic. Instead of the name "my world", you can use "my planet". I think the name is symbolic, because the portfolio reflects precisely a small life in all its manifestations, and not at all the book content.

Here it is proposed to tell what the name, which the parents named the child, means. Tell what character people with a given name have, and agree or disagree with this characteristic. Give examples of people who glorified this name. And make a short story about them.

You need to tell about mom, dad and all those relatives with whom you live. Who are they, where they work, what they do, how they spend their time. What family traditions exist, what place do you occupy in the family and how do you help. And in general, everything there is to say about yourself and your family. Even wishes for the future, your own family dreams are possible. Attached are photographs or drawings.

Who are they, where did they become friends, why do you value your friends, what is their character. Expand the question: "What kind of friend are you?" Photos of friends and joint games. If there are no friends - and this happens. The child is asked to come up with a story about what kind of friend he would like to have.

Each person has some interests, and children usually have a lot of them, so describe with pleasure, post pictures, magazine clippings, photographs, descriptions.

So we got to the most important thing. What is good for you friend? Well, whoever has certificates and diplomas is understandable! And if not? Then you need to think ... you can be proud that you are a loving son and help your mother, proud that you have learned to read, write without blots. Maybe you made a birdhouse for birds or you have fives in behavior, you yourself signed up for the library and read many books, you know how to do push-ups 10 times or sew buttons ... In general, the child is invited to find something in himself that will allow him to understand - everything is in his hands , he has something to strive for. Think about what needs to be done to be successful in business.

In this section, you are invited to talk about what surprised you and what was most memorable in your life. Impressions about trips, excursions, read books, watched films and cartoons. Attached are photographs, drawings, clippings.

Drawings or photos of any hand-made works are collected here: modeling, drawings, knitting, sewing, appliqués, etc. In addition to these sections, you can include the following:

My school

Separate pages on subjects (what you like, what you don't like, your opinion about the subject you need). My teachers (attitude towards them, favorite teachers and trainers, what is the reason for the respect)

My community service

All useful things are reflected here, aimed not at studying, but at maintaining the class, school, family, home. Stories about subbotniks, school performances, organizing a hike, etc.
