First you need to boil chicken eggs, peel them and separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a medium grater and lay out as the first layer of the salad. Next comes the frozen butter, which is also laid out as the next layer of salad. Crab sticks cut into small pieces and put on the oil. Peel and grate the apple. Put the grated apples on the next layer and cover with the yolks grated on a fine grater. Spread each layer of lettuce with mayonnaise and leave to infuse for a while.
