Interesting games for the team at work. How to make a corporate party unforgettably fun

Corporate event

Artichoke

He decided not to break away from the team and broke away with the team.

In the allotted time, make a chain using paper clips. Whose chain is longest wins the competition.

Competition Put the boxes

2-3 inverted stools are placed on the floor, participants stand 2 m from it. Each person holds four boxes of matches. They must walk to the stool with their eyes closed and place the boxes on the legs of the stool. The one who does it faster and without mistakes wins.

Essay competition

The leader distributes to everyone clean slate paper and a pen (pencil, felt-tip pen, etc.). After this, the creation of essays begins. The presenter asks the first question: “Who?” The players write the answer to it on their sheets (the options may be different, depending on what comes to mind). Then they fold the sheet so that the inscription is not visible and pass the sheet to the neighbor on the right. The presenter asks a second question, for example: “Where?” The players again write the answer to it and again fold the sheet in the above manner, and again pass the sheet. This is repeated as many times as necessary until the presenter runs out of imagination for questions.

Corporativus: Corporate party of the company

The point of the game is that each player, answering the last question, does not see the results of previous answers. After finishing the questions, the sheets of paper are collected by the presenter, unfolded, and the resulting essays are read out.

The results are very funny stories, with the most unexpected characters (from all kinds of animals to close acquaintances) and plot twists. The main thing for the presenter is to successfully choose the sequence of questions so that the resulting story is coherent.

Competition Damaged phone

Everyone sits in a circle and someone speaks any word into the ear of his neighbor, he must immediately say into the ear of the next one his first association with this word, the second - the third, etc. until the word returns to the first. If you get a “hippopotamus” from a harmless “chandelier”, consider that the game was a success.

Tailor Competition

Two (or more) pairs are called. After an introductory conversation about fashion and fashion designers, each “tailor” is given... a roll of toilet paper, from which he needs to make a dress for his “model”. (The dress must be made only of paper. Tears and knots are allowed, but paper clips, pins and other foreign objects are prohibited). For some time (10-15-30 minutes) the pairs are removed, after which the model returns in a new “outfit”. Having assessed appearance dresses, the jury invites the couples to dance. How slowly and gracefully such a fragile work of a tailor falls apart! This is a must see!

Football game with buttons

Two teams and two goals. The gate is formed from two buttons lying on the floor. Play with three buttons. You can only hit with the middle button lying between the other two. They shoot at the goal one by one.

Button record competition

Stand with your toes at the edge of the carpet and try to place the button as far away from you as possible. It is also possible to do this with the body tilted forward. Anyone who cannot hold on and falls on their stomach on the carpet no longer participates in the game.

Competition Whose finger is stronger?

The players sit at the table opposite each other, place their right hands so that the little finger touches the table, thumb looked up. At a signal, they move their hands, and each tries to press the other’s thumb to the hand.

Competition Heartbreak

Participate in pairs. The girls are blindfolded, and at this time the guys have from 5 to 10 clothespins attached to different places on their clothes. The girls on the team begin to feel their partner and find clothespins; whoever collects all the clothespins faster than the rest wins.

Game Bug

The players stand in a semicircle, and the driver is one step ahead, with his back to them. Right palm he presses against right side face, limiting your view, and the left one to the right side, with your palm facing outward. One of the players lightly hits the driver's palm with his palm, and all the players reach forward right hand with a thumbs up.

After the blow, the driver turns to the players and tries to guess who touched his palm. If he guesses, then the identified one becomes the driver. If not, he drives again.

Corporate parties have long become an integral part of the joint recreation of colleagues. And since all companies have different staff and budgets, they celebrate holidays differently. But no matter what the celebration, just sitting at the table and listening to music is not the most fun thing to do. It is much better to prepare competitions that will entertain everyone present.

There's a place for everything

If you are planning a holiday in a large corporation that allocates significant funds for the celebration, then it may be worth ordering the event from a special agency in order to really hold it. But more often than not, employees have to come up with entertainment on their own. What should be taken into account?

  1. How many men and women are there in the team? If almost all employees are of the same gender, then it is better to do without paired competitions.
  2. What is the situation in the company, how closely do colleagues communicate? For a large team, where some do not even know each other’s names, it is worth preferring neutral games, one might say, “strictly business” ones.
  3. Average age employees. For those under 30-35 years old, entertainment of a more free nature is suitable. But if most employees are already over 50, it is better to choose competitions carefully, focusing on classic options.

In any case, you should not stoop to shallow jokes or include in the program such entertainment that someone will feel embarrassed to take part in.

Everything in pairs

Pair competitions are very popular because they are appropriate both in a large team and where there are very few people. The most important thing is that there should be approximately equal numbers of men and women among the employees. Participants are divided into teams of 2 people - a man and a woman. Competitions are held between teams:

  1. "Barber". At the leader’s command, the women begin to style the man’s hair: tying ponytails with small elastic bands. The winner is the one who makes the most number of bunches in the allotted time. She is given a mirror, a comb or a set of hair ties.
  2. "Synchronous". In this competition you need to work together, this is the only way something can work out. The essence of the competition: team members hug each other with one hand, and the other is free (each has only one). They must inflate and tie the balloon. The first one to cope with this wins. It is better to choose something neutral as a prize, for example a box of chocolates.
  3. "Stickers and Peels." This competition will be most appropriate for a young team. The presenter places stickers on each woman (you can use stationery stickers or ordinary children’s stickers) in the same places: on the face, on the hands, on clothes. Men must remove all stickers within the allotted time without using their hands or mouth. The one who removes the most stickers wins. Prize: stationery.

By participating in such competitions, you can become much closer with your colleagues, but at the same time not go beyond the bounds of decency.

Based on popular shows

You can see ideas for competitions for a party with colleagues on TV. Today there are many shows where both teams and individual participants compete. Most popular games:

  1. “Guess the melody” - you need to prepare for such a competition in advance by recording a soundtrack popular songs.
  2. "What? Where? When?" – a game for intellectuals, where the whole team can participate, divided into teams; such entertainment sometimes becomes traditional if you come up with a challenge cup that will be played at every corporate event.
  3. “Crocodile” is a game that probably has the largest number of fans, because it is interesting both to those who play it and to those who watch it.

You can guess not only words for a while, the competition also includes:

  • titles of films and books;
  • phrases from songs;
  • lines from famous poems;
  • Proverbs and sayings;
  • names famous people etc.

Such entertainment is good because it is suitable for people of any gender, age and social status. As a prize, it is best to give the winner a cup with the inscription “the most musical” or “the most erudite.”

Outdoors

Celebrating some holidays with colleagues on the road doesn’t happen very often, so you need to do everything to make the day memorable for everyone. The simplest, but by no means the most boring, is to organize a relay race:

  • participants are divided into two or more teams;
  • For each team there is an obstacle course made of plastic bottles, which must be run around in a zigzag;
  • at the end of the strip, a stick is stuck into the ground and a bottle of drink is placed, a stack plastic cups and a plate with a snack (for example, cheese or sausage);
  • at the command of the leader, the first team members, running around the bottles, get to the glasses, take one and pour a drink into it;
  • then, holding onto the stuck stick, they make 5-7 turns around it, run back and pass the baton;
  • the next participants follow the same path, only they no longer pour, but drink what is poured;
  • third participants do the same thing, but at the end of the journey they have a snack.

The difficulty of the competition is that after several turns around the stick, not everyone is able to run in a zigzag. The relay race can be made more difficult by extending the obstacle course. Of course best time for such competitions – summer. It is best to make the prize for a relay race something related to sports: a ball, dumbbells, ping-pong rackets, an arm trainer, etc.

Every joke...

If colleagues have known each other well for a long time, games at a joint party can be even more piquant. However, few people like jokes “below the belt”. Among the competitions for a close company, the most popular are:

  1. "Guess the object." Various small items are placed in a large bag: children's toys, stationery, etc. The most important thing is that they should be strong and bulky (pencils and pens will not work, but you can take a metal hole punch). Several participants must guess the object by sitting on it. Chairs for this game should be chosen with a hard seat. The toy can also become a gift.
  2. "Friendly cartoon." Participants are given sheets of paper on which they must draw a portrait of one of the employees (those present) within the allotted time. The remaining team members must guess who it is. The one whose drawing is the most realistic wins. Prize - brushes, paints, markers, album, etc.
  3. "Attention to detail". One of those present goes out the door, but before that he is warned that the colleagues remaining in the room will now change something in their appearance. Then the person who came out is called back, and he begins to guess what has changed. But the point is that nothing has really changed. The team decides how long to torment their colleague, but if he guessed for himself that there are no changes, then he is considered the winner, and he is awarded the title of the most attentive and awarded the corresponding diploma or cup.

Such events are appropriate only where employees are more friends than colleagues. After all, all people are different, some may be so offended that it will be awkward to work with them later.

"Funny toasts in alphabetical order." This one is well suited for those cases when all the standard wishes have already been made, and raising glasses just like that is not interesting. Each participant in the feast must make a toast that begins with a certain letter, for example:

  • Z - “Good health in the New Year, so that we can gather at more than one corporate event!”;
  • E - “If we don’t eat enough, then at least we’ll get drunk! For this we will empty our glasses!”

You can start the game in a circle so that everyone gets the letters in turn, or you can prepare cards with the alphabet in advance, put them in a box and let everyone draw them out at random. The winner will be the one who, in the opinion of the majority of those present, will make the funniest or most original toast (one or more).

Advice. To diversify this entertainment, we can draw an analogy with popular game to the cities: in this case, each next toast will begin with the last letter of the congratulations sounded earlier.

“How little you know about me.” All competitors should be given pens and small sheets of paper. Everyone should write a fact about themselves that is little known among their colleagues, something that is usually not customary to talk about at work. For example, someone in school years broke the glass with a ball. Some were destined for a career as a famous football player, but due to an injury they had to enroll in the Faculty of Economics. All notes need to be rolled up and placed in a box, and then taken out one by one and read aloud. Those present must guess who they are talking about. The one who turns out to be the most insightful will win.

"What is my name?". For this entertainment, you need to prepare in advance small signs with interesting and not so interesting in simple words: for example, “excavator”, “charm”, “multi-cooker”, etc. Each participant in a corporate party should receive a sign at the beginning of the evening, which can be attached to their forehead or back. The players' task is to find out as quickly as possible what is written on their sign. To do this, you need to ask everyone around you questions to which they will answer “yes” or “no.” The winner will be the one who quickly understands what “nickname” he got.

Advice. Another variation of this game is to write names on signs famous actors, singers, athletes, etc.

“Everyone sings!”. All those present are united into several teams. It would be good if there were representatives in each of them different generations. Then everyone chooses together general theme: seasons, love, animals, etc. The essence of the task: take turns remembering theme songs and humming several lines from them. The team that lasts the longest will win.

"Remember all". Another board game for which you will need to prepare in advance pens or pencils and sheets of paper with categories written on them: “city”, “country”, “plant”, “female/male name”, etc. Those present can participate in the competition individually or in teams. Having received the leaves in their hands, they need 1-2 minutes. write as many words as possible for each category. The winner is determined by simple counting.

For lovers of active recreation. Mobile competitions for corporate events

"Big races". You need to organize a kind of path on the table or floor: arrange dishes or other objects in such a way as to create several paths. You need to drive small balls along them (for example, for table tennis), blowing on them through a cocktail straw. The winner will be the one who brings his car to the finish line first. You can arrange a knockout game where a new participant takes the place of the loser.

"The snow is spinning." For this fun competition you will need to prepare small pieces of cotton wool or paper napkins. They need to be distributed to everyone who wants to participate in the fun. At the signal, everyone who received a “snowflake” must begin to blow on it so that it does not fall to the floor. The winner is the one who can hold a piece of cotton wool or napkin in the air the longest.

"New Year's round dance". This team competition, and the team that will cope with the task funnier than the rest will win. Each group is given a piece of paper indicating which round dance should be depicted. This could be an event organized by:

To win, you need to artistically and wittily get used to the proposed roles. The most talented actors can be awarded prizes.

A corporate party is a good reason to make the team even closer, and even preparatory stage, joint discussion of ideas, preparation of props will help with this.

Choosing competitions for New Year's holiday among colleagues, do not forget to support a healthy spirit of competition among employees by awarding prizes to the winners. Such gifts are usually symbolic: small stationery, sweets, souvenirs, etc. You can prepare small gifts with the company logo, and reward particularly distinguished employees with funny, original certificates. The main thing is that celebrating the New Year's corporate party is fun, and remembering it is not a shame.

Corporate competition: video

Guests are divided into several teams, depending on the total number of people at the holiday. The team should have approximately 5-6 people. The task of each team is to think over and show a funny short film from the theme: “One day in our work.” For the best acting, production and so on, the team receives an Oscar in the form of a bottle of champagne, for example.

Briefing

Participants are given cards with funny questions. For example, “how to make a dog fly”, “how to quickly stop a plane”, “how to eat pea soup" and so on. In one or two minutes, players must make a detailed step by step instructions and write it down on a piece of paper. The author of the most detailed and funny instructions wins.

Selfie of the evening.

At the beginning of the evening, the host announces that throughout the fun and celebration there will be a competition for the best selfie. That is, there will be a camera on the table that each of the guests can take and photograph themselves in the most interesting pose, for example, with the boss, on the balcony, and so on. At the end of the evening, all the shots are shown on the big screen (using a USB connection) and the best selfie is chosen based on the applause of the guests. And so that guests don’t forget, the host periodically reminds everyone about the selfie competition. As a prize, you can give a funny award - a photo frame with a photo of Chuck Norris, because he is the coolest.

Shovel money

For this competition you need to prepare (print) a lot of money - paper bills different denominations. Guests are divided into teams of approximately 4-5 participants. Each team receives a bucket (basket), and each participant receives a shovel, of course, not a real one, but a toy one or simple shovels. The presenter scatters printed money around the hall. At the command “start”, the participants, using only a shovel without the help of a second hand, begin to rake money and put it in their team’s basket. When all the money on the floor runs out, the teams count. The team that collected the largest amount of money will be the winner, and the prizes will be the very “shovels” with which the participants scooped up money, so that in the future in life, guests of the corporate party would literally scoop up money with a shovel.

More offers

Pairs of employees participate. All participants in a pair are tied at the waist and each is given a mop. In a circle for each pair there are “advantageous offers” for the company (simple balls). The couple is located in the very center of this circle. At the “start” command, each employee must use a mop to collect as many profitable offers for their company as possible. And whichever guest of the corporate party succeeds will receive a prize.

Hello, where are you coming to us from?

Each of the guests of the corporate party pulls out a forfeit, which indicates a specific nationality, for example, Italian, Georgian, American, Estonian, and so on. When all the guests have become familiar with “their” nationality, they take on the role of a foreign partner for a few minutes and a conversation begins (with accents), in which everyone takes part at once. Whichever guest can guess and name the most partners by nationality will win.

Most famous employee

All guests and employees of the corporate party line up in a row. The boss is standing in front of them. The presenter asks questions to the boss, and he answers questions in turn for each of the employees, for example, what is the blood type? How many children? Who is your profession? What month is your birthday? Favorite dish? Biggest fear? Favorite movie? City where you were born? And so on. The employee with the most correct answers from the boss will become the winner and receive the title of the most famous employee, as well as receive a prize. The boss will also receive a prize for the difficult test, if, of course, he answers most of the questions correctly.

Snowdrops

Preparation will be required. First you will need to make “drifts” from pieces of paper (depending on the number of participants). Each “drift” should contain a card with a picture of a snowdrop. It is desirable that the flower be applied to one of the pieces. You need to find a snowdrop within 45 seconds. The one who can complete the task will win.

Situation

2 girls are selected. Each of them is offered certain situations from which you need to come up with a creative way out. Time to think 15 seconds. The most original answer will win.

Situation options:
1. Imagine you have been saving for several months for a dress that you were going to wear to a party. And now this moment has come, you bought a dress, created perfect image, arrived at the indicated place, take off your coat, and in front of you is a girl in the same dress. What will you do?
2. You have a dream date, everything is wonderful, but at one point your heel breaks. Your actions?
3. You did perfect makeup, took care of your hair, but at the last moment the date was canceled, what are your actions?
4. You ate your fill of food with garlic, put on a mask and decided to roll your curlers. There's a knock on the door and the man of your dreams is on the doorstep. What will you do?
5. After a romantic evening, your boyfriend walks you home and you accidentally call him by someone else's name. Your actions?

The neatest employee

Each employee needs to show strength, dexterity and intelligence and prove to everyone that he is the most careful employee. Participants stand at a certain distance from each other. There is a chair for each participant (at the same distance). Near each employee there is a basket with chicken eggs(in the same amount for everyone). At the “start” command, all participants begin to transfer these eggs to their chair, but only without using their hands. Whichever employee proves himself faster, better and more careful in this matter will win.

For corporate parties, competitions at the table an integral part of Events. When the guests have eaten enough and danced, so that they don’t get bored while sitting at the table, you can spend a few fun competitions and games.

Competition "What to do?"

A fun competition for a corporate party will be testing employees with the questions “What to do?” The one who can come up with the wittiest answer wins.
Examples of tasks:

What to do if you suddenly find yourself locked in your office?
What to do if all your reports that are due in the morning are chewed by a dog?
What to do if all the money provided for employee payments was lost by you in a casino?

Competition "Fat-cheeked lip slap"

This game is for the two bravest sweet lovers, because the props here are “caramel” candies, or as they are popularly called – icicles. Two players must take turns putting candy in their mouths; swallowing it is prohibited. It turns out that the sweets gradually accumulate in the mouth, and after each new sweets the participant calls his competitor the phrase “fat-cheeked lip-slapper.” The winner will be the one who can put the maximum amount of candy in his mouth and at the same time pronounce the treasured phrase about the lip slap. The more candies in the mouth, the funnier the phrase sounds, the more ridiculous the player looks, the more whoops and laughter are heard from those watching.

Competition "Artists"

An excellent test of the sense of cohesion in a team - co-creation unusual design. How does this happen? Participants draw a head on a fairly large sheet of paper and turn it so that the next “artist” does not see it, but continues to draw, now the neck. The presenter controls the process, announcing what needs to be depicted as the next step. In the finale, he unfolds the resulting “masterpiece” and - voila! Guests attending the corporate event can see, compare and have a good laugh at the collective creations.

Game "Broken Phone"

The game “Broken Phone” has been known to everyone since childhood. The first participant quickly whispers the planned word into his neighbor’s ear, who then speaks to the next one, and so on down the chain until the last. As a result, the first and last players announce their words. Sometimes these words are so different that this difference in both meaning and sound simply causes an explosion of emotions.

Competition “Everything is serious!”

An excellent game option for a corporate event, which is held in a small room, or right in the office. Each participant must sit in such a way that they can see the others. When everyone is seated, you can begin the most serious competition in the world.

The first player, with due pathos, pronounces one single word: “Ha.” The next one already says two words: “Ha-ha”, the third says the word three times, the fourth says the word four times, etc.

Gradually the number of “Ha” reaches large quantity, it’s getting more and more difficult to pronounce, and for some reason you want to laugh... But don’t forget that this is a serious competition, so you need to keep a straight face! A stern facial expression, an important tone of voice - pathos in everything! The game ends as soon as someone breaks down and starts laughing. And then you can start over again! Everyone who laughs is eliminated, and so on until one of the most serious players remains, whom not a single situation could make laugh.

Competition “What kind of tone, my dear?”

For the competition, you need to choose some simple phrase, for example, “The boss calls you to the carpet,” “Salaries were delayed again,” or “The quarterly report is on my desk.” Now all corporate party participants must pronounce it with some intonation - surprise, disappointment, anger, indifference and others. The main thing is not to repeat yourself! The one who cannot come up with a new coloring for the hidden phrase is eliminated, and the most persistent and quick-witted wins. But the rest will not be left without gifts - “laughter to tears” from what they hear, that’s what they will certainly receive!
