New person first gets into the swing of things, and then quits because he found a better service. Therefore, it is proposed to introduce the new kind civil services. The department will have special ranks like those that exist in the police, prison department, fire service and so on.

Employees will have the right to additional holidays and bonuses for length of service. All this is expected to help avoid staff turnover.

Bailiffs Bill 2017

The new bill regulates the use of FSSP by employees physical strength and the use of weapons. Of course, lethal fire can only be opened in the most extreme cases, but such a possibility exists.

All employees in service are required to undergo recertification. Performers will be polygraph tested and their blood checked for the presence of alcohol and drugs.

Will become mandatory higher education– economic or legal, depending on the position held.

New rules will be written for bailiffs

Thus, arose in Lately the tendency to reduce the state apparatus seems to be far past the service of Arthur Parfenchikov.

For example, in addition to the new category of bailiffs, the FSSP is introducing the position of assistant bailiff. Officially, this is explained by the enormous workload on these employees, however real reason in another: it is necessary to employ those workers who will not meet the new qualification requirements.

The fact is that for the same bailiffs from 2017 it will be mandatory to have a higher legal or economic Education.

For example, where in the republic can you find a regiment of financial police, justice or medical services?

But the titles “Colonel of the Financial Police”, “Colonel of Justice”, “Colonel of the Medical Service” exist! In addition, their insignia is the same as that of colonels of the Armed Forces.

Employees of some other structures also have the same insignia - shoulder straps. So, for example, the shoulder straps of the 1st class State Counselor of Justice are actually the shoulder straps of a colonel general.

Therefore, only a specialist can distinguish their shoulder straps from the shoulder straps of military personnel, because
