REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE FOR WEARING UNIFORM, ORDERS, MEDALS AND OTHER INSIGNIA 1. The uniform of employees of the FSSP of Russia with class ranks is divided into summer and winter. The predominant color in uniforms is black. 2. The uniform is worn: - during performance official duties and in free time from duty; - upon receiving state awards; - on holidays; - at ceremonial meetings; - at official receptions. 3. The transition to summer and winter uniforms is established by managers territorial bodies FSSP of Russia. 4. It is prohibited: - wearing items of uniform, insignia and accessories of unidentified samples; - wearing uniforms by persons who are not required to wear them; - mixing uniform and civilian clothing items. 5.
