Okunevo is a seemingly ordinary village on the steep bank of the small river Tara. It differs from neighboring villages by the fact that for many years Omsk archaeologists have been conducting excavations here, opening ancient burial grounds, looking for various objects of ancient eras.

The inhabitants of the village have been observing unusual phenomena in the vicinity for a long time. This is the mysterious glow, with multi-colored rays going into the night sky, and frequent UFO flights, and the unknown origin of the pit-mine near the village of Porechye.

Russian researchers are sure that near the Siberian village of Okunevo there is a "sacred place" - secret. But scientists representing mainstream science ironically shrug their shoulders in response to such statements. Which one is right?

Dangerous lakes

The killer lakes that exist on our planet only confirm the fact that there are enough places on Earth where anomalies lead to catastrophes.
1986, August 21 - 1,700 people died in a village on the shores of Lake Nyos in Cameroon. People lay as if they had died while walking or talking with a neighbor. All dogs, all livestock were killed, dead birds and insects fell from the trees. Only those who were in an enclosed space, in an office, an office, at a school, etc., survived.

Due to deep volcanic activity, which continues to this day, carbon dioxide constantly rises through the pores in the igneous rock, meets with groundwater, dissolves in them and enters the lake with them. In the bottom layers of the lake, a hellish mixture accumulates, which does not mix with the upper layers. As a rule, in crater lakes, water is periodically mixed, carbonated waters rise to the surface, and gases are dispersed in the atmosphere without harm to the surrounding nature.

But in Nyos and Monone, the boundary between the layers is not violated. Gas continues to saturate the deep layers of water until some external event disturbs them. It can be strong wind and waves, unusually cold weather (then the upper layers of water cool and sink to the bottom), a landslide or earthquake. Part of the deep water begins to rise from the bottom, carbon dioxide is released from the solution and rushes to the top in bubbles, dragging an even greater amount of bottom water with it. By inertia, the process is rapidly growing: several bubbles quickly turn into a stream of gas, and finally, like from an open bottle of champagne, highly carbonated water rushes upward like a fountain.

1986 - in Nios, such a "fountain" gushed at a height of 80 meters, and everything around was drowned in a cloud of carbon dioxide. Heavy, twice as heavy as air, the gas descended on the shores of the lake and choked all living things in its path. When Lake Monone exploded in August 1984, 37 people were killed.

Lake Nyos is wider and deeper, because its deadly power can take many more lives. The gas cloud spreads over the surroundings at a speed of more than 70 km / h and quickly reaches even villages located 20 km from the lake. The last person to die from the explosion in Nyos was a girl who, the next morning after the eruption, descended from a hill into a hollow filled with gas.

Despite the fact that after the disaster in 1986, 3,500 people were evacuated from the shores of the lake and settled in safe areas, many returned again - they are attracted by the fertility of the local land and rich vegetation.
1999 - an international group of scientists arrived in Cameroon to investigate the deadly lake and, if possible, find a way to rid it of the poisonous gas accumulating in the depths. Scientists propose a very simple procedure for degassing the lake - to bring a pipe to the bottom to release the gas. Preliminary tests have already been carried out, and not only at Nyos, but also at the second deadly lake - Monone.

Unusual phenomena, mysteries of space, include those cases when it is simply impossible to give a scientific explanation of what happened. The space seems to open invisible doors in which animals, people, objects disappear. Information about such cases is rather scattered, but you can see that such phenomena occur everywhere: in the mountains, on land, on the water, in the heavens.

Evil eye

This happened even before the revolution. I just graduated from college. She got a place as a teacher in a Cossack village. They gave me an apartment. All the neighbors have a lot of poultry around - I also started a farm: I bought chickens, put hens on eggs. And the chickens hatched - yellow plump lumps. I liked tinkering with them. Take such a kid in a handful and hear his heart beating ... So, once I was in the yard, fiddling with my chickens, when suddenly a watchman from the village administration comes and calls me there - for some reason the village chieftain needed me.

Before going, I went into the apartment to change, and when I left, I saw how my chickens were falling to the ground, their legs twitching and dying. When I returned from the board, immediately - to the neighbors: “What is it? Why did my chickens die? "
