How to achieve high results in sales. Great encyclopedia of oil and gas

Behind last years standards for writing a resume have changed: if previously it was a description of the duties and responsibilities of a person in a certain position, now the emphasis is on what successes and results the person holding this position has achieved. Employers select candidates based on the characteristics that make the candidate stand out from others and the benefits that the candidate can bring to the new employer or company. In other words, successes and achievements result oriented your activities and indicate that the candidate is able to evaluate his or her contribution as a whole.

The purpose of completing this document is to help you (and by extension us) highlight and highlight your specific successes and accomplishments in every position you have ever held.

In other words, Successes and achievements determine the distance between the goal or task (that is, what you must do) and end result(what did you do). A person can complete a task, exceed a task, or come close to solving a task.

Anatomy of Success/Achievement

  1. Definition/description of the task/goal/your responsibilities.

    2. B) Were you able to complete the task? How exactly: (by time, budget, etc.)

If possible, try to provide specific facts that confirm your Successes and achievements, for example:

“Nikolai Ivanov installed and adapted software... in ... on 80 personal computers. According to the first budget estimates, this led to savings of nine man-months and 80 thousand hryvnia.”

Below are examples of resumes in which the candidates' successes and achievements are properly described.

EXAMPLE 1

Part 2(Describe the result)

“I was the manager of this project, and my team of 6 people completed the task on time. The modules have been working smoothly from day one. No major changes had to be made, and users sent our company a letter of thanks for a job well done.”

EXAMPLE 2

“I removed our company's product, completely redesigned it, and then installed it again at the user's site. This has fundamentally changed the customer’s attitude towards the product, and he now recommends our product to other customers.”

“I analyzed the problems that clients had and required technical support our company. I identified the root causes of these problems and created working groups to eliminate these causes. This made it possible to increase staff productivity by 100%, since each employee now served not 15 points, as before, but 30”.

“I ensured that the number of users grew: when I started there were 30, now the number has grown to 700 and continues to grow.”

LIST OF WORDS TO DESCRIBE SUCCESS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Below is a list of some words that will help you describe your successes and accomplishments in each position. Your successes and achievements can then be added to your resume.

Achieving high results in students' educational achievements based on the effective use of modern educational technologies.

Education in primary school is the base, the foundation of all subsequent education. In elementary school, universal learning activities, lays the foundation for the formation educational activities child – a system of educational and cognitive motives, the ability to accept, maintain, and implement educational goals, the ability to plan, control and evaluate educational actions and their results.

Questions constantly arise in front of me: How to teach children without coercion? How to make learning joyful? How to help a child discover his potential? How to prepare such a base of knowledge, skills and abilities that will allow my students to be successful in their studies in middle and high school, and subsequently to successfully socialize in modern society.

While recruiting the next first class, I saw that most of the children had weak and low educational capabilities. The table below presents the results of the initial examination of children by the school’s psychological service upon admission to first grade.

From the table it is clear that good level present only in a small number of students. I was faced with a task: how to teach in order to get good results. Therefore, I decided to apply the most effective methods, forms and techniques of work that domestic pedagogy offers, as well as use modern educational technology, including informational ones.

In the first grade I worked on an advanced reading program. During the first half of the year, children developed phonemic hearing, visual memory, vocabulary, corrected phonetic defects and speech disorders, and at the same time worked on development fine motor skills hands on preparation for writing. To do this, in each lesson I used sand letters, stencils, templates, and various types of shading. And only in the second half of the year the children began to write. At this stage, she used special speech therapy techniques to prevent dysgraphia and dyslexia (phonetic exercises, five-minute speech exercises, optical maps for the development of visual-spatial orientation). The result was correct, beautiful writing and fluent, expressive reading skills. I believe that mastering the skill of reading for every first grader is necessary condition for further advancement in other subject areas.

All children met the standard for reading technique. The next step is to develop reading awareness. How to teach children to read consciously? To solve this problem, I developed the “Read – Think – Communicate” project.

In my work I pay special attention to the development of oral and writing in Russian language and literature lessons, combining traditional methods with the use of original speech therapy methods and techniques aimed at preventing and eliminating dyslexia and dysgraphia. I have own system work on this problem, in which I carry out correction in five areas: the development of phonemic hearing and correct sound pronunciation, replenishment and enrichment of vocabulary, the formation grammatical structure speech, development of coherent speech, and development of verbal thinking. The result was the results of administrative control work in the Russian language.

The results of final (annual) tests in the Russian language over the past three years are presented according to three main indicators (Table 1):

General academic performance;

Quality of knowledge;

Degree of students' learning (according to V.P. Simonov).

Table No. 1

Results of final tests in the Russian language

In progress main task I think:

Help the spiritual forces ripening in the child to open up;

Create favorable conditions in the team for the formation of general educational competencies.

Therefore, I build the educational process on the basis of an activity approach. To do this, in lessons I create conditions for independent acquisition of knowledge through solutions problematic issues in groups and pairs. In lessons, children are not passive listeners, but active participants in the educational process, researchers. I carry out work on the correction of higher mental functions: attention, thinking, memory. The following have already become traditional and favorite children: lesson-project, lesson-travel, lesson-search, lesson-court, lesson of help and protection, business and role playing games, relay races, dramatizations, productions in which interactive whiteboards are widely used.

In every lesson I try to create an atmosphere of interest and a situation of success for each student. For this I will organize round tables, oral presentations, discussions and debates. In my work I systematically use the technology of developmental training and development critical thinking. I form educational and cognitive interest in new educational material and methods of solving a new problem, as well asexpressed stable educational and cognitive motivation for learning. I teach you to plan your action in accordance with the task and the conditions for its implementation, including in the internal plan, to make the necessary adjustments to the action after its completion based on its assessment and taking into account the nature of the mistakes made.

Observed positive dynamicsthe degree of learning of students, when moving from primary to secondary level, students confirm their grades received during the academic year.

Such positive dynamics of students’ educational achievements is not accidental. IN pedagogical activity I consider the main task to be: increasing motivation to study subjects, maintaining the physical, mental and social well-being of schoolchildren. My lessons turn into creative communication and problematic discussion. Students strive to be successful because from the first grade I try to teach them to learn, to form the student’s internal position at the level of a positive attitude towards school, an understanding of the need for learning, expressed in the predominance of educational and cognitive motives and preference social way assessment of knowledge, show the benefits of successful implementation social role"good student" In my class of 22 people, 14 students study at “4” and “5”, three of them only at “5”. Thus, high-quality academic performance is 64%; starting from the first grade, positive dynamics in the quality of teaching and the degree of training can be traced.

I consider positive motivation to learn to be one of the main conditions for the success of learning and the quality of knowledge. Figures 1-3 present the results of studying the dynamics of student motivation in relation to academic subjects for the period 2007-2010. (according to the school’s psychological and pedagogical service).

Fig.1. Dynamics of motivation in students' attitudes towards mathematics.

Fig.2. Dynamics of motivation of students' attitude towards the Russian language.

Fig.3. Dynamics of motivation in students' attitudes towards literary reading.

Survey data indicate an increase in the percentage of students in the class who are interested in studying this subject. Consistently high throughout the entire period of study is positive attitude to the teacher, the assessment of students' comfort in lessons is 100%.

Experience at school has shown that in developing interest in a subject one cannot rely entirely on the content of the material being studied. Extracurricular activities on the subject are an effective means of developing cognitive interests. In this regard, I systematically conduct individual, group, and elective classes aimed at deepening and expanding students’ knowledge.

Goals individual lessons in subjects (Russian language, mathematics, literature, the world) I put different ones. So, for gifted children, this is the deepening and expansion of students’ knowledge of the subject, the opportunity to independently creative activity. Such activities help you to better understand individual abilities students, and students - to demonstrate independence in completing tasks increased complexity, develop imagination and initiative.

But there are children in the class who need extra individual assistance teachers. In correctional classes I try to form individual means and methods of action that allow a low-performing student to be competent in various subject areas, and therefore increase his self-esteem, show success, and instill confidence in his abilities. All children attending correctional classes have an overall academic performance of 100%.

I involve children in participating in school and regional competitions various topics (drawing competitions, essays, poems, crafts, etc.). Children willingly take part in them and receive rewards.

Group classes and electives have already become traditional: “Fun Grammar”, “ Entertaining mathematics", "Children's rhetoric", "Local history", "Visual geometry". She has developed a program and teaches classes in the courses “Reading with Pleasure” and “In the Land of Numbers and Signs.” These classes help students cope with the tasks of olympiads in subjects primary school and take prizes.

In 2010-2011 academic year students in my class performed with two creative works: the project “How to save birds in winter”, and the research work “What a delight these fairy tales are!” (based on the fairy tales of A. S. Pushkin). In the 2009-2010 academic year (3rd grade) we took part in school project“The World through the Eyes of Children” created the project “Santa Claus. Who is he?" In the 2010-11 academic year, my students defended the projects “School of the Future”, “Student of the Future”, “Teacher of the Future”.

In his pedagogical practice I widely use modern educational technologies, without which the educational process today cannot be imagined. I try to take the best that modern pedagogy offers, so I give preference to health-saving education. I take into account the characteristics of the class, create a favorable psychological atmosphere in the lesson; I use techniques aimed at maintaining interest in the educational material.

I systematically use elements of developmental education. The didactic core of each lesson is the activity of the students themselves. Students do not just decide and discuss, but observe, compare, classify, group, draw conclusions, and find out patterns. Speech, thinking, imagination develop, cognitive interest and independence increase.

I use the technology of person-centered learning. To the center educational system I value the child’s personality and try to provide conditions for the development and realization of natural capabilities.

I use the technology of level differentiation of training. I structure my lessons taking into account the individual capabilities and abilities of the student, using three-level tasks, including test papers. And I have the opportunity to differentially help a weak student and pay attention to a strong one, and work more effectively with difficult children. I use “technology for the liberated development of children.” To develop attention and reaction speed in the lesson, I use diagrams of visual trajectories located on the interactive board, special “running lights”. I spend some of my lessons in motion mode.

visual educational material using exercises for muscle-body and visual coordination. The results of such exercises were: the development of a sense of general and visual coordination and their synchronization, the development of visual-motor reactions, in particular the speed of orientation in space.

I organize the lesson rationally. To increase the mental performance of children, prevent premature onset of fatigue and relieve their static muscle tension, I conduct physical education sessions. In addition, I define and record psychological climate during the lesson, I provide emotional release, strictly monitor students’ compliance with correct posture and alternation of activities during the lesson. I conduct physical education minutes, taking into account the specifics of the subject, with musical accompaniment, using an interactive whiteboard, with elements of self-massage and other means to help restore performance. The exercises include exercises for developing posture, strengthening vision, resting the spine, relaxation exercises for facial expressions, psycho-gymnastics, and exercises aimed at developing rational breathing.

IN educational process I use information Technology, provide access to various information resources, which helps enrich the content of learning, gives it a logical and exploratory character, and also solves the problem of determining ways and means of activating the cognitive interest of students, developing their creative abilities, and stimulating mental activity. My office is equipped with an interactive complex, which is used systematically: presentations are developed, didactic and teaching materials to support lessons on the surrounding world, mathematics, Russian language, literary reading, and extracurricular activities. The class has a rich collection of electronic programs, electronic teaching aids in subjects, multi-level tests, simulators, electronic encyclopedias.

In mathematics lessons, I solve the problem of a lack of mobile visualization, when children, under the guidance of a teacher, compare on the monitor screen using the method of superimposition geometric figures, analyze the relationships between sets, solve motion problems, develop skills in an entertaining way mental counting. In the lessons of the surrounding world and literary reading, I teach children to navigate the information space, master the skills of independently retrieving knowledge, and work on the Internet to find the necessary information.

In extracurricular activities I widely use design technologies to form a system of intellectual, general labor and special knowledge, skills and abilities. Creating projects contributes to the development of the student’s personality, his mental processes; communication skills, initiative, independence and enterprise.

I consider the most important educational achievement of a primary school graduate to be mastering the skill of conscious reading as a condition for further advancement in the field of other sciences. After all, younger schoolchildren learn to read in order to provide themselves with the opportunity to study in the future.

How to form high level conscious reading? How to teach children to read correctly?I asked myself these questions constantly. The result of the search for an answer was the project “Read – Think – Communicate”. I am the author of the project, and my students are active participants in its implementation.

The goal of the program is to create conditions for the development of awareness of reading as a means intellectual development students. The main idea is from competent reading to full communication and active mental activity.

Tasks:

1. Help students master functional literacy (the ability to use various types reading, mastering reading flexibility and text comprehension skills).

2. Help to master conscious reading as a tool of thinking (increasing the level of intellectual development through mastering the skills of conscious reading).

3. Promote the development of speech activity (mastery of communication skills).

The central element of the program was the developed educational and methodological complex developed in in electronic format and should be used as handout material. The tasks of the complex are grouped by topic and are included in five brochures. This is work with a deformed sentence, with a deformed text, with synonyms, antonyms, phraseological units, poems and text with missing words, work with fables, etc.). The material in the program is presented in blocks by grade, starting from the second. In each block, the tasks are selected according to the principle of gradually complicating the material, which provides a differentiated approach, ensured by the learning capabilities of students. Each block contains such a number of tasks that will ensure simultaneous individual work the whole class. In order to ensure control, keys and sheets have been developed that allow the teacher to quickly record the volume and quality of work, as well as criteria and indicators for assessing the results of the program.

A methodological guide has been developed for the development of reading awareness, which includes a set of tasks, the completion of which allows you to increase the level of reading awareness, a program designed for three years of study (102 hours), and recommendations for organizing classes. Distinctive feature benefits are as follows:

Blocks of tasks for developing reading awareness have been developed and classified in a format that allows for the possibility of “constructing” texts from a proposed set of text units;

A system has been developed for assessing the dynamics of students’ intellectual development and the dynamics of reading awareness.

The students in my class have improved the quality of their education in Russian language and literature, their interest in school activities has increased, and their speech activity has increased. Children's oral answers became more complete, accurate, and detailed. The children began to reason, prove, and argue more. In relationships they have become more tolerant of each other, they listen and hear each other.

In raising children, I follow the principle “Be close and a little ahead”: do not suppress the child’s personality with your authority, remember that “small trees do not grow in the shade of big trees.” Socrates argued that the sun lives in every little person, you just need to let it shine. See in everyone little man the sun, to find a ray of light even in the most difficult student - this is the purpose of the teacher.

My program educational work has the following directions: “Sports and Health”, “Helping Hand”, “Patriot”, “Leisure”, “World of Beauty”.

My children actively participate in all regional competitions and activities: games, marathons, competitions, projects, promotions (“World without drugs”, “ Healthy image life”, “The world of family through the eyes of children”, “Let’s protect the Kuzbass forest from fire”, “Police and children”, etc.).

I think it's important moral education, formation and unity of the children's team.

Traditions are of great importance in the life of the class. I introduce children to the traditions of the school, together we develop class laws, and then form traditions. Cool watch“How are you, diary?”, “Valentine’s Day”, the tradition of “Warm letters”, “Class Birthday Celebration”, “Birthday Day”, “Humor Festival”, “Health Days”, nature trips, excursions and trips contribute to the unity of the class team, the ability and desire to cooperate, mutual assistance, mutual assistance.

The result of this focused work was:

  1. High motivation of children to learn.
  2. Positive dynamics in the quality of education and the degree of learning of children by 4th grade.
  3. Achieving high results in participation in subject Olympiads and competitions.
  4. Good level of development of cognitive processes: memory, attention, thinking, speech.
  5. The quality of monitoring at the end of 4th grade in the Russian language, mathematics and the surrounding world averaged 80%, the overall percentage of completion was 100%.
  6. Creating a positive microclimate in the classroom, where every student is comfortable and interested.

Why is describing achievements and performance important?

  • The labor market today is not in favor of the job seeker: there are few good vacancies, but there are many times more competent candidates. It is the results of work and achievements that help you stand out from the crowd.
  • In most companies, employees solve the same problems. Consequently, the description of responsibilities in the resume of different candidates is almost the same. It is the different work results that give a resume its individuality.
  • The level of competence of a particular candidate can be determined at the stage of reviewing a resume only by the description of his work. And achievements here are the best proof.

How to properly reflect achievements:

  1. remember KPIs (they are individual for each position) or assigned tasks;
  2. described in active verbs: introduced, developed, initiated;
  3. we make a logical connection between our actions and results: implemented - it allowed;
  4. We use numbers, preferably in comparison: it was - it is now.

Let's look at examples for positions with frequently encountered KPIs.

Examples of achievements for positions where it is difficult to digitize work results.

Achieving results as an individual and achieving results as a team are two different things. You could even say that these are opposite concepts. If you work in a team, your personal success includes the success of the entire group of people, but your personal mistake can also have an impact Negative influence on the result of teamwork.

If you're a team leader, you need to constantly balance what's good for the team with what's good for the organization as a whole. It's not easy, but you'll love the results. This is a challenging task that will require all your skills and help you grow as a professional.

Steps

Be a leader

Become a leader and manager for your team. You need to fulfill these roles both together and individually to lead your team to victory every time. The tasks of each role are as follows:

    • Leader. As a leader, it is important for you to show human qualities, otherwise the team will not accept you. People expect from a leader a strong individuality, the ability to adapt to different situations in human relations, and also see the connection between the emotional, economic and personal contribution of each person to the common cause. In addition, a leader must be able to evaluate the company's activities objectively, strive not only to achieve short-term goals and think about the needs of the team. Priorities are set as follows: team member, team, organization.
    • Supervisor. As a leader, you need to try to get your team to achieve the goals of the enterprise. The priorities are set as follows: organization, team, individual employee.
    • Balancing roles. You need to perform both functions and integrate leadership and management roles within the context of a team. This will begin to work out with experience. This skill will allow you to see the individuality in each team member while leading everyone in a common goal.
  1. Set goals for the team. Each team member must understand the short-term and long-term team goals. They must also understand how goals can be achieved, what the stages, deadlines, processes and individual actions may be. As the team leader, you are responsible for communicating this information to each member. You need to clarify the goals and eliminate any misunderstandings at the approval stage, and then regularly check that everyone understands the goals correctly.

    • Track progress and progress towards the designated intermediate and final goal and use a system to notify everyone about the approaching deadline.
    • Get rid of misunderstandings. Stop unfounded conclusions, explain what the main features of the project will be, its format, main criteria, what the key points will be and how much time is allocated for each stage. People guided by different ideas about tasks begin to work in different directions, and this leads to disappointment, loss of time and wasted energy. It's better to spend a little more time on detailed explanation all stages of the project, than to allow possible misunderstandings.
  2. Delegate responsibilities. This will allow you to allocate time to effectively manage your team and monitor the process. Not delegating will put you under excessive pressure, and the rest of the team won't feel like their contributions are important. Many leaders mistakenly believe that they are the only ones who see the big picture and are therefore afraid to delegate their responsibilities, but this is a misconception that will lead to leader morale fatigue and team disengagement. Assess the situation you are in now, all the demands and all the responsibilities. Consider what you can delegate at each stage of the workflow and in each work segment.

    • Pay attention to employees' strengths when delegating responsibilities to them. Give them a little more responsibility than they should have to motivate them to achieve. They will be happy to justify your trust.
  3. Know what you want and don't be afraid to say it. Understand what result you want to achieve. Tell your employees what you expect from them, provide them with the necessary documents, rules, instructions, and you will be able to establish a connection between yourself and your subordinates.

    • Answer employee questions appropriately. In the process of explaining things don't consider questions from subordinates as obstacles or hindrances. Questions are great way understand what people actually heard, whether they know what is expected of them. You can help them with your answers.
  4. Assign each employee an area of responsibility and empower them. Help team members understand that they will have to use all their knowledge and skills to participate in decision making and development of recommendations. Define recommendation criteria so they know how much detailed information they are expected to. By giving your employee the opportunity to participate in discussions about complex problems, you allow him to bring his full strength to work, as a result of which he can come up with an original or better solution. This will also help subordinates feel that they can influence something, albeit within a narrow framework.

    • Ask questions. Ask employees for advice and new ideas. Ask what they would recommend, how they would solve this or that problem, how they would implement a new solution. Train yourself to discuss ideas at all stages of the project and listen to what they tell you. Of course, not all ideas will be good and not all people will have something to offer, but your willingness to listen with interest to employees will show them that they are important to the organization.
  5. Appreciate all the achievements of employees. Praise people for their successes right away, without delay, otherwise the employee may leave without receiving your praise.

    • Don't pass off your subordinates' ideas as your own. Your team members will stop trusting you and will think that you are only good at taking advantage of other people.
    • Recognize the contributions of all team members openly within and outside the team, especially in the presence of senior management.

    Support the team

    Monitor the quality of work

    1. Regularly monitor all processes and evaluate their effectiveness. All procedures should be pre-agreed and transparent so that every team member knows what to expect.

Ask polite questions and try to be positive about your results. Mark your progress and check that you are completing all stages of the project on time.

Upon joining new phase review and adjust goals. Do this at the beginning of a new fiscal period, when launching new products, when opening representative offices in new locations. Focus on your role as a leader and manager and on your team.

    • Every word and action can be used as a means of motivating the team. If your words can destroy employee enthusiasm and your actions can push team members into the background, reconsider your approach to the issue.
    • Teamwork is not a panacea or a cure for all the ills of an enterprise. It's just effective method teach people to use their knowledge, think for themselves and offer the enterprise the best they can come up with. Many people are excited to learn something new because they want to prove that they can handle it. With the right approach teamwork saves the time of each employee in the long run and allows you to get good results, since it combines the talents and potential of different people.
    • Rotate team roles regularly to ensure that all of your team's skills and abilities are utilized. Team members will be able to understand for themselves which of their strengths are most suitable for solving a particular problem. Ask employees for feedback, try to distribute roles thoughtfully, but at the same time allow employees to replace each other. Motivate employees to help each other do some work if the need arises.
    • Managing a team requires treating each team member with respect, including appropriate verbal communication.

    Warnings

    • Each team member should strive to maintain team spirit. Cheering everyone up all the time is not the best simple task, but the results exceed all expectations.
    • Do not measure all employees by themselves: their ability to learn, understand and perceive. You became a leader and manager precisely because you are superior to other people in some way, and your experience should help your subordinates develop certain skills and abilities. Communicate with your subordinates in a language they understand, do not take on someone else’s work, otherwise your generosity will be abused all the time.
    • Employees who fail to cope with their responsibilities drain the company's resources and are ballast in the team. It is necessary to take timely measures to prevent the development of such a situation and prevent the problem from getting worse.
    • A leader must lead by example. There are many eyes watching you and every employee is paying attention to everything you do, so make sure that everything you do and say makes you good example for imitation.

    What you will need

    • Instructions, documents, requirements, codes of practice, etc. (these should be available to all team members in written form via the Internet or on paper)
    • Resources, materials, tools, information for project implementation, etc.
    • Access to the people needed to implement the project, especially team members
    • An enterprise policy that encourages contacting a manager with complaints, questions for discussion, requests for clarification, etc.
    • A tool for recording progress and notifying about upcoming deadlines

Sales is an area where anything can happen. A team that has completed eighty percent of the target in a month can finish the remaining twenty percent on the last day and even exceed the plan! How? To do this, we need to improve operational efficiency. The most experienced sales staff know the ways to do this and know how to use them at the right time. If you want to get acquainted with their experience, study their recommendations and try to start applying them in your work.

Think about your ideal customer and work for him

To work effectively in sales, you need to have a clear understanding of your target audience. A sales representative who has such a picture in his subconscious sells the product more effectively. If you don't know what kind of client you want to attract, you may become confused about the techniques you use and your effectiveness will decrease. You need to be clear about whether your products are suitable for those you want to sell them to, and who your target audience is and why.

Always prepare in advance

An effective sales worker prepares before making a call. He receives all the necessary information in advance, before meeting with an important client. There is no place for improvisation in this area; an action plan is needed. It doesn't hurt to have a backup plan. This way you can anticipate all the difficulties and questions and prepare effective option actions in case the sale is in jeopardy.

Develop a clear and effective method for finding a solution

U good employee there is a clear action plan that can be divided into small specific details. If every step you take is clear, you can analyze the big picture and understand where improvement is needed. For example, you know that you are not good at closing a deal, but you are good at communicating the benefits of a product. In this case, you can look for the reason that prevents the client from making the final decision. Maybe you're not very convincing? Is the contract not too clear? Maybe you need to be more enthusiastic? After this analysis, you can figure out what exactly you need to improve, rather than just trying to try harder. This is what a successful sales professional does.

Research the product you are promoting

Selling is only half the skill. The second half is knowing what exactly needs to be sold. Every new employee must undergo thorough training. He must understand what exactly he offers to clients. This will help him work more efficiently. With careful training, a company can increase sales.

Base your decisions on facts

Effective workers do not let their feelings control their judgment. They know how to maintain emotional distance and avoid taking conflict or rejection as a personal insult. This helps them behave more professionally.

Build personal connections

A good employee knows that the ability to build relationships is Foundation stone sales The best specialists constantly find new connections and keep their finger on the pulse of relationships that can bring benefits. By focusing on communication, you expand your network of acquaintances, receiving more and more potential clients.

Learn to see from the client's point of view

Smart salespeople understand that to sell effectively, they need to think not only about profits, but also about how to grow their business. They want customers to like the product. They try to please them. Instead of thinking about how to sell more, think about how to help others.

Don't try

The seller doesn't have to try, he either does it or doesn't. There is no point in trying to sell something; it “almost” does not bring profit. You must move forward until you get results.

Learn to listen

An experienced employee should understand as much as possible about clients. Listening and asking the right questions will help you learn to understand their needs.

Get enough sleep every night

Effective workers know that the way they treat people will change if they don't get enough sleep. If you are tired, you cannot perform at your best. Get enough sleep every day to make your voice more energized so you can enthusiastically present your company's products and services.

Believe in what you are selling

It's easier to sell a product that inspires your trust. The most effective salespeople use their products themselves and believe in their quality.

Be guided by a precise goal

Money is good source motivation, but it is better to have a specific goal. A good salesperson understands that the product or service he sells can have a positive impact on people's lives, so he has a good purpose. However, money, or rather what it represents, also matters. Money allows you to improve your quality of life and fulfill your dreams.

Take care of feedback

Not all sellers know how to get feedback, they simply send out offers and wait for a response, without even knowing whether the client opened their email. Using special programs to control mailings, you can get a clear picture of the situation.

Write letters sincerely

Instead of following a standard form and writing the same letter to every client, learn to find an approach to different people. Write letters from the heart, this helps to attract a client and establish communication with him.

Be helpful

Instead of sending useless emails, efficient workers represent value for the client, each of their messages carries important information. The best sales professionals make it their goal to educate the customer with product information.

Evaluate the client correctly

Some clients may seem tempting, but may end up setting you up for failure. Don't mindlessly distribute your product; sell only to those who are truly useful to your company. Good connections with the right customers will generate income in the long run, while erratic sales can only undermine the rating of your product: it will reach the wrong people who will not be able to adequately evaluate it. Avoid such situations!

Make a plan

Even if you are a very charming and influential person, you need organization, without it your sales will decline. The best salespeople are incredibly organized and plan their actions daily. The way they approach calls and meetings is clearly thought out and linked to a clear strategy. Never forget this rule.

Be ready to challenge

Good salespeople know that there is no point in agreeing with the client on everything, avoid difficult topics And difficult questions. This doesn't result in a deal. If you really want to help your customers, you need to gain their trust. If you adapt to them, they will not trust you, you will seem like a hypocrite. Don't be afraid of contradictions; speak directly if your client is wrong about something. This is how you can establish communication and convey your point of view to the customer.

Take customer success as your own

A good salesperson does not believe that his goal has been achieved once the client has signed the contract in the right place. Instead, he stays in touch with the customer to get feedback and helps with advice if necessary.
