2 cans of canned beans;

900 g tomatoes, peeled;

900 g beef;

4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

2 onions, finely chopped;

1/2 - 1 tsp. hot chili powder;

1 tbsp. l. paprika;

2 tbsp. l. Sahara;

3 cloves garlic, crushed;

600 ml chicken or beef broth;

sour cream, coriander.

The secret to preparing the dish is to thoroughly fry the onions.

Cut the tomatoes and meat into 1-2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper. Heat half the oil in a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan until hot. Fry half the meat for 10 minutes. until brown, remove with a slotted spoon and fry the other half. Combine with onion, chili, paprika, sugar and fry for 8-10 minutes. until golden brown. Mix with garlic, tomatoes, broth and beans. Bring to a boil, simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 1 - 1.5 hours, until the meat is tender. Serve with sour cream and coriander.
