It seems to me that it's great not to dwell on the fact that you are a professional in some field. Just have it on the subconscious, and tell everyone around that you are an amateur. By and large, what is the demand for a blonde? There will always be people who will challenge this, those who do the same better. But there is no other person who, for example, will show emotions in the same way as I do. I consciously choose the position that I am an amateur. Thanks to this, I do not use any stamps, I can always ask something without hesitation. This image of a dim-witted blonde and the indulgence that I get thanks to him, I am completely satisfied.

Please tell me how old are you now?
I am 35, and I calmly talk about it. I am absolutely comfortable now, although at 30 I was madly worried, it seemed to me that this was a sentence: how is it, I’m 30, and I hadn’t done anything yet? And now I understand 35 is really cool. I don't see 35 in the mirror, all people who recognize my age are very surprised, and I like it.

How did your journey begin? Did you know from the beginning that you wanted to work in television or radio?
I have very strict parents who have always believed that the profession should be as applied as possible, no creativity. I think my mother still thinks that creative people drag out a miserable existence, and is afraid of it. Therefore, all my impulses did not find a response, and I had to act furtively. And so it happened, a local TV company in Kazan announced a casting for the role of a correspondent, and when my brother and I were skipping university, I tried and got through. I was 19 and it all started really fast. In my character, I would have stayed there, I was very comfortable, I really liked my projects and the team. But, like everything in my life, it turned out not at all the way I had intended.

What happened next?
At that moment, a casting of TV presenters was announced on the MUZ-TV channel in Moscow, and my friend decided to take part in it, but she was scared to go alone, so at the same time she sent my samples. And we both went to MUZ-TV, and even going through the second round of casting, I was sure that I would not move anywhere. It seemed to me that they simply would not let me out of the house. But everything turned out differently: at that moment, when I was returning from Moscow to Kazan, the producer of MUZ-TV called my mother, and when I came home, my mother announced to me that I could not open my suitcase, because I was leaving in 3 days back.

How long have you worked for MUZ-TV?
I was the “prodigal daughter” on this TV channel: I came and went many times. And I also got on the radio by accident. I came with a friend for a company to the casting, he auditioned for the vacancy of a radio host on radio "Pops", I was waiting for him in the corridor, and the producer, noticing me, asked: "What kind of girl is this in the corridor, why is she just sitting there?" And he invited me to try it too. This is how my radio story began. At first it was difficult for me to readjust after working on television: how is it that you sit alone in a room with a microphone and talk and laugh! What if the people who are listening to you are not funny? What if they think you are a fool?

When did you realize that radio is "yours"?
I don’t know how positive this is, but I have never given up any job. Working on the radio was also of this kind. I didn't know how well I was doing, it was just a moment of challenge. Of course, this is a difficult job, by 7 in the morning you should always be on the radio, you should be in great mood and full of energy to make the listeners feel it. And for the first time I realized what I was doing when, shortly after starting my career as a radio host, I came to the Radio Day holiday in Gorky Park. There were a lot of my colleagues there, and it was a surprise for me when it turned out that they all knew me! We somehow immediately found mutual language, I realized that these are “my” people, “my” company, and now I am ready to say with confidence that there is no such atmosphere as on the radio on television, this is really a family.

Now you already long time you work on Russian Radio.
Yes, 8 years old. At the moment when I received an offer from Russian Radio to go to work for them, I felt great anxiety. We had a wonderful atmosphere at Pops, I still communicate with many colleagues from there, although even this radio station is no longer there. But at the same time, I understood that only fools could refuse such an offer, and I really didn’t want to be a fool, so, squeaking my heart, I still accepted it, although it was very scary.

For 35 years, have you reached the professional level that you wanted, or do you think you could have achieved more?
Between the ages of 25 and 28, I was so often denied an interesting, prestigious job due to the fact that I looked too young and inexperienced, and in the opinion of employers I could not talk about some things that I was waiting for 35. And by example many of my acquaintances, I can say that women in modern conditions the opportunity to really be realized only after 35. And now I feel an absolute readiness to come, take what I need and calm down. In my life there was already enough extra work, for three years I had 8 projects at the same time: at 5.45 I woke up, at 6.30 I left home, and returned after midnight. It was just hysteria: jumping out of bed at night because I forgot to send something, my conscience tormented me if I just sat idle for an hour. At some point, I realized that a little more, and I would have to go to the hospital for treatment.

Have you worked so hard to achieve a specific goal?
First of all, these are material benefits, as well as an attempt to realize oneself to the maximum, to use all one's capabilities.

Has something changed now?
Of course. Now I only work on radio and occasionally lead some events. I think this is the merit of my husband: when a real man is around, the realization comes that you can relax, rest, stop taking on everything and dragging it alone. And also, having tried once to live for myself, not to rush after work for 3-4 others, but to sleep in the afternoon or relax, I realized that I no longer want to rape and exhaust myself. It turned out that it is so wonderful to plan a vacation and go on it, and not return tickets, because 8 works cannot be combined.

How do you feel comfortable as a woman?
I am married for the second time, and I am very comfortable, because I found one with whom it is cool, which does not bother, complements. I never thought that I would have such a husband who could help me with the housework and treat my employment with understanding. Whenever I make any decision, ranging from global decisions concerning work or family, to choosing the color of nail polish, I consult with him. And it's so great for me in such a state when nothing needs to be decided, I absolutely trust my husband, and there was no case when he would be wrong. I am extremely happy married.

Now would you like to change something in your life? Perhaps achieve something?
No, absolutely. In general, I do not want to change anything, I will not set any more standards for myself. It took me so long to reach this state of peace that I never want to lose it again.

I can only say that as soon as you catch this feeling of absolute serenity and calmness, you will immediately understand it. At the beginning of my relationship with Artyom, this also slipped, but he, like a wise man, quickly stopped my instructions and teachings. We quarrel very rarely and only on work issues. For example, Tema wants to open another business - a massage parlor. I begin to teach him how best to do it, and he assures that he, a businessman, knows better. By the way, before marriage, we fought more often, Artyom was constantly jealous of me, he was so tense. I decided to stop his suffering and ... I proposed to get married myself! But, going to April 2012 on "Let's get married!", I could not imagine that everything would turn out like that. Of course, I immediately appreciated his smile and height - as much as 194 centimeters! At the end of the program, Artyom got down on one knee and put a diamond ring on my finger - I still wear it. But it was not love at first sight. In addition, on the program, Artem said that he had been married for 19 days and divorced due to his wife's betrayal. Moreover, at the time of parting, she was pregnant.

After filming, I still gave him my phone number. On the same evening, he wrote an SMS that he wanted to see me without cameras, that I impressed him ... I answered shortly: "Whose child?" You started your career in 1998 at the Efir TV company. First, they hosted the morning show "Wake up and Sing", then there was youth program"Pose". Why did you decide to move to Moscow in 2001?

It was a friend's idea, and she was looking for a partner. The two of us were invited to work as VJs on music channel"Muz TV". It was just such a moment that somehow appeared on its own, and it was foolish to refuse.

- Now don't you think of continuing your career in the capital of Tatarstan?

It seems to me that if a person once gets out of small town to the capital, it is no coincidence that he does so. Every time, even when faint-hearted thoughts appear that it is difficult, maybe, to return to their parents, I think this will be the very last option. I periodically work in Kazan at various events, in the course latest news, we constantly call our parents. Whenever I can, I visit every time. It turns out not as often as we would like, the work schedule is complicated. I have to be on the air from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 pm. When I first moved to Moscow, I ran to my parents almost every weekend. Now, of course, this is not the case. My friends, since I was born in Kazan, often ask what you can see in the city if you go for the weekend. And I don't even know what to say. The capital has changed a lot, and if I come for a couple of days, my mother simply won't let me go anywhere. Even my friends are gathering at my house in Kazan. Now there is an excuse that you need to show your husband the city, but so far this has not been possible.

- Well, did you have something Tatar left in you over the years of living in Moscow?

A proud character is not going anywhere. If you need to arrange a disassembly "for prevention" - no problem. And also, all Tatars are very economic. I hate it when any things are scattered, so if something is wrong somewhere, I immediately shift it to the place where, in my opinion, they should lie. THE MAIN THING IS NOT TO LIE. NOT IN FRAME, NOT BEHIND THE MICROPHONE

Since 2007 you have been working at Russian Radio and, in fact, with the co-hosts you have become a symbol morning broadcast... They hosted both "Orange Show" and "Russian Peppers" with Vadim Voronov and Sergei Melnikov. However, last year you, with all your friendly company, switched to Novoe Radio. Has something changed in your work or does it make a difference where you sit in front of the microphone?

Of course! You cannot be cut off from your audience. We understood that we were losing part of our listeners, but a huge part moved with us to Novoe Radio. I don't want to say anything bad, but new army listeners, which we now have, seems to be more adequate, or something. We communicate with them on the air. And I still can't say that our team is so homely, but the feeling of family is really there. It's one thing when you're in a large holding (Russian media group, owner of Russian Radio - approx. ed.), when your every request and interaction with another department is stretched out and considered for a week, and then he shouted into the corridor - and this has already been implemented. There is a specificity and charm. By the way, I'm glad that in my hometown you can hear my voice again in the morning on the New Radio.

- And what, it is imperative that in your morning team "STARpeers "were with each other family relationships? It's just a job!

We also thought so at first. But it doesn't work that way. During the day, outside of work, we call each other repeatedly. Probably when you just go to bed, and the rest of the time you are in touch. There are some events, other projects. Very often we run events together. And we rest together. There are groups in which people do not talk to each other outside the air. They just come to work, work out their show and leave. I will not give examples. And we have developed really friendly relations, and, in my opinion, this is the only way to do it. good program... I must admit that the morning time is not entirely comfortable for work. When you wake up before dawn, then you are not the kindest person in the world. Especially when I had only three hours of sleep before. This is a crime, of course, I make fun of my body so rarely, but anything can happen. We often underestimate healthy sleep. And at such moments, the hardest thing is to pull yourself out from under the blanket into the cold external world... But you understand that your friends are waiting for you at work, who also do not want to wake up, and this really gives responsibility, and everything turns out great in the end. There is a banal opinion: "You get up so early, you probably already got used to it." You can't get used to constant stress. On this basis, "nerves" constantly arise. Everyone has long frightened us with early old age and excessive obesity. But we, thank God, do not live up to these expectations, somehow we hold on here.

- But how to find a common language with the audience, even if internal state does not dispose for this?

And do not lie either in the frame or on the air, otherwise you will feel it. I am directly glad that we do not have stereotypes on the radio: that the presenter must necessarily be kind, rejoice, sparkle. A good presenter doesn't have to pretend, because it can be felt right away too. But I absolutely honestly love people and I do not hide it.

If we are already talking about stereotypes, then many people think that the morning presenters are just heaven, not work. Exhausted early in the day and then free all day.

Well, look, the time is 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and I am still at work, at this moment talk to you. We do not go anywhere after the broadcast, we discuss topics for upcoming programs, explore news feeds. We have such a profession that you cannot stop. You yourself become terribly bored if you fall out of the information flow, that you haven’t come up with something new. We come up with new games, test them on our colleagues when they come on air. So our life goes on, I don't remember when I slept during the day. But the main thing is to survive lunch. Usually at this time, most of all tend to sleep.

Bodryachok to the book of records

If we are already talking about sleep, you twice got into the Guinness Book of Records due to just the lack of sleep. In 2010, the team of "peppers" spent 52 hours on the air, as they say, not closing their eyes, but the next year the Americans broke the Russian record and did not sleep for 57 hours behind a microphone. And in April last year, you decided to beat your own achievement and, together with Vadim Voronov and Dmitry Olenin, have been on the air for 60 hours. How difficult was the second experience?

When you go for the first time, you don't understand what to prepare for. What does it mean not to sleep for two days? Not only do you not sleep, you also need to talk, smile and not be silent. The first time was much harder for us. It was necessary to distribute forces correctly, and we did not even know how to behave. Vadik, our colleague, started yelling into the microphone because he was excited, excited and in a state of passion. And he was hoarse almost immediately, on the first day.

The most difficult thing in the second record is the time before the competition, because the body already senses what is ahead for you. I remember I was driving to Kazan, I started nodding a little, and as soon as the thought came to my mind that you would soon be awake so much, I immediately mobilized my strength. On the other hand, you are walking down the street, the birds are singing, it's spring, but as soon as you remember the upcoming experiment, clouds immediately came over your head. This thought was simply devouring from the inside. Of course, you are awake before this event. On the eve of both records, no one slept. Everyone came with circles under their eyes. You cannot fall asleep because of responsibility, you can concentrate too, you are in a jitter. But in the second record, I realized that you shouldn't be insanely happy about all those who come to visit you in the studio. Natalie taught me this when she came to our broadcast. “Why are you jumping, take care of your strength, you won't sleep for another 58 hours,” she reined in me. And when kind colleagues at the end of the third day brought my husband to me to make me happy, to cheer up, I quietly said: "Hello, come in." And there and then there was talk that Alice was so tired that she did not even recognize her husband. I recognized everyone. I saved emotions.

- Would you risk breaking your own record again?

Most hated question. We had not yet had time to really complete the second record, when they began to ask us about the third. Guys, is there anything human left in you? This is extremely difficult. I would like to stop from the first record. I barely sat on the air for the second time. Say what you like, this is a serious damage to health. And I think that some of the processes in my body were irreversible. The second time I recovered quickly enough, the main thing was to fall asleep in normal human time. The first record ended in the afternoon, I slept for a day and a half. And it was disgusting. You wake up a broken man. The second ended at 19:04, I went to bed at 23:00 and woke up by lunchtime, I felt fine. By the way, after I had not slept for 60 hours, I completely forgot how to park. I am inclined to think that these are the very irreversible consequences.

JUMPING FROM HEIGHT INTO THE POOL AND DISCOVER IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA IS ALL OVERCOMING YOURSELF

In addition to working on radio and television, you actively began to participate in various shows. That "Dancing with the Stars", then "Cruel Intentions", then "Big Races" .... What is it for you, is it really not enough glory?

For me, this is primarily overcoming. I'm a cowardly person. I grew up not knowing how to swim, ride a bike. Apparently, because I had a brother who was 20 minutes older, who constantly took my bike away from me. And I understand that many processes have passed me by. And since I still have a sporting past, I still have this youthful maximalism. I want to prove something, to compete, and when such moments happen, I use it. And I remember participating in these projects not without pride, because I am really afraid of everything. Altitude, depth, longitude, latitude. And when you overstay yourself, for example, you jump into the pool from a great height, and this is really scary, then after some time you look around, you realize that once you have already done something, which means there is nothing to grumble about. I don't grumble.

- Participation in candid photo sessions for "Playboy" and "Maxim" - is it also overcoming yourself?

Yes. Because it's important for girls. I asked my brother's permission. We didn't tell mom and dad, we told them later kind people... And my parents and I do not talk about these topics. Mom once in a conversation discussed some kind of NTV program, there such and such starred naked. “I would kill my child if she starred like this,” she said to me emotionally into the telephone receiver. There was a mute pause, and I said: "Mom, it's good that I am not your daughter." And we bypassed this juicy moment.

- Did you like the experience?

Of course, I'm happy with the result. For a photo shoot in Playboy, for example, I lost 2 sizes in 4 days, this is also a good experience, now I know that I can do that.

- But you also found your husband on the Let's Get Married project!

This is rather an exception to the rule. Today, each radio station has its own PR service. And on past work for two years its employees "huddled" me so that I could go to this project... True, he provided the family with the most necessary things, at least we always had food, but that was where his concern for my son and me ended.

In the first place he always had friends, company, hunting, fishing, etc. He could easily not come home to spend the night, he lived essentially his life. At the same time, for four years I did my best to keep my family together, but it was all in vain.

Once I decided to give up everything and go home to Nizhny Novgorod. I told my husband about this, and to my surprise, he very easily agreed with my decision. This finally convinced me that he and my son did not need me.
