2. Functional responsibilities

Head of preschool educational institution:

2.1. Manages the institution in accordance with its Charter and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.4. Determines the strategy, goals, and development objectives of the preschool educational institution, makes decisions on the program planning of its work.

3. Rights

The head of the preschool educational institution has the right, within his competence:

4. Responsibility

4.1. The head of the preschool educational institution is responsible for the level of qualifications of the preschool educational institution, the implementation educational programs, for life and health, respect for the rights of the child and preschool employees during the educational process in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. 4.3. 4.2. The head of a preschool educational institution is responsible for disciplinary liability in the manner established by the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, for failure to perform or improper performance without good reason:

  • Charter, internal labor regulations and other local regulations of a preschool educational institution;
  • legal orders of educational authorities;

4.3. 1.1. The position of the head of a preschool educational institution belongs to the category of managers.

1.2.
