Weapon of the heart. Weapon of the Heart Story Hoods

To be extremely objective (and I try, I try very hard), for a start, it's worth dividing all those who are going to watch this series into two groups. For the situation is too ambiguous. The first group will be called “novice” viewers (anime experience less than a year or half a year). The second - "experienced" (more than a year, one and a half, two, etc.).

For the first group, the situation is as follows. Before you is a beautifully drawn, with good musical accompaniment, quite an interesting series about the difficult everyday life of an ordinary Japanese schoolchild (the term OYaSh should not give you a sore point yet). A slightly sluggish beginning towards the middle of the series will pick up speed, and by the end it will even reach significant proportions. The plot will have many interesting twists and turns, battles and a little romance. There is also a place for betrayal, meanness and dramatic deaths. And, of course, the topic of saving the world, how can we go without it. As a result, it is recommended for viewing. At least you will definitely not get bored.

Someone may have a reasonable question, why is all this division actually necessary? The thing is that for a more experienced viewer, the pleasure of watching will be an order of magnitude lower, since the series does not bring anything fundamentally new, the plot twists are visible several episodes ahead, and the experience is triggered and an involuntary comparison with other serials occurs. Plus, the formulaic characters start to get a little annoying. For novice viewers, such feelings should not arise, and the series itself is not so bad, and if you get involved, it is completely interesting.

And now for the second group (people belonging to the first and those who have not watched, but want to, it is advisable NOT TO READ further. For the spoilers will be harsh).

So, the main problem, in my opinion, lies not in the plot and not even in the main character (which will seem to many to be another “rag-kun”), but in all the characters in general. There is no character here who touches so much that he wants to empathize and sympathize. All of them turned out to be somehow gray and lifeless or something. Xu Oma (GG), as usual, at first, so to speak, "a man about nothing." So typical and predictable that even his dark side, which will manifest itself after the death of a key character, does not save the situation. He lacks prudence and cunning, but he wants to save everyone, but to do this, as you know, is not so easy. But that's okay, the worst thing is that he does not actively show character, even in love. Yes, of course, he wants to save and protect Inori, but for some reason you don’t feel it. Well, I don’t believe, I don’t believe in what is happening to him! It evokes neither sympathy nor anger, it does not evoke anything at all. Further, the same Inori - like here he is, that ray of light in this dark kingdom of grayness and wretchedness. Such a sweet, quiet and then how loving, but not a living heroine! In it you feel neither strength, nor energy, nor character. Yes, she sings wonderfully and dresses beautifully, but otherwise she was so faded that she had no strength. Well, the rest of the characters. Take Guy. Here is the same seemingly interesting person. Freedom fighter, rebel leader, sad past, bad future. But there is a lot of innuendo, no drama, no shock from betrayal, because, as a friend and comrade, he was not very good. No emotions. In general, when the main turmoil began towards the end and when people began to die, I had one single thought: "Oh, do what you want ... And I'll see which of you survives." No favorite - no sympathy and participation. Of the other gray characters, only Tsugumi is remembered with a smile (and even then for a pleasant image and certain) and Deril, who kicked a civilian woman with such gusto (somewhere in the first half of the series) and fell so sweetly in love with the same Tsugumi. Here in him a certain life was felt, it's a pity they showed him a little. And finally, let's take a drive through Manet. I just do not understand why she was made a universal evil? Was she dreaming of destroying the whole world or subjugating all people? Or she had a deep moral trauma (of course, she was, but she became a universal evil before her!). I just realized that she loved her brother Xiu very much (not in a relative) and dreamed of completely surrendering to him. And there is nothing so terrible in this (she did not want to kill him). So why did she suddenly become the center of evil, the one for which all this was started? The answer, perhaps, lies in the virus that got into it from a meteorite fragment, he probably had some kind of consciousness of his own and just wanted to multiply, but in the anime they don't talk about it! In general, some kind of nonsense, it would be better if the aliens were dragged along, it would be even more obvious. About the end. I would be a hundred times more happy if everyone died. Here is exactly the case when it would be possible to kill everyone (after all, there is no one to worry about!) And it is necessary (how “unexpected” it would be!). I would immediately feel relief (as it was in Evangelion (alt. End), with what joy I watched the total destruction of everything and everyone, all this nonsense. And Asuka, the only one who liked it, survived (probably)). In general, the heroes did not succeed, the ending is lusciously happy-end (and even this self-sacrifice infuriates Inori, it would be better if Xu died!), And the plot as a whole somehow dances too much from revolution and resistance to the ruling class, to a fix idea to drive all of humanity into crystals (this has already killed me!). Oh yeah, in pursuit. What is this Daat community? Another piano in the bushes or an attempt to justify everything, the violence that happened throughout the series? He's like Mr. G-man (from the game Half-Life) who appeared out of nowhere and suddenly began to secretly command everyone (and then I remembered, there was also a crystal! Coincidence?).

Graphics and music. Well, there is nothing different from what was said for the first group. A really very beautiful anime, with minimal 3D graphics, good character design (poor organization dressed in all white) and very high quality and varied backdrops. Separately, I would like to mention the art inserts with characters in the endings and at the very end of each episode. As they say, I would put it on the desktop. About music. In the beginning there will be, not too much in the subject, some rap songs, but in general it is excellent. Especially in battles when they sing.

Output. Well, when I started watching, I dropped it somewhere in the third episode and started watching Inu x Boku SS (don't even ask why it was him). When finished, he returned to viewing. Which suggests that the beginning of the series is far from very good. However, I got involved a little further and even in some places it was interesting, but unfortunately I did not find a single character that I could catch hold of and, as a result, complete indifference to the fate of the heroes. All comparisons with the Geass Code (sorry, I can't resist) are inappropriate, since they are similar only at the beginning plus fur). And if in Giass he did not even guess during most of the episodes (and there are 2 to 25 of them), how all this will end and what plot twist will be further, then here everything is exactly the opposite. And the heroes there were MUCH brighter. However, it is still worth seeing Guilty Crown, especially if nothing else is at hand. Because (somewhere I wrote it somewhere) even the worst TV series SHOULD be watched in order to actually understand why it is so bad and why others are good.

The Sinner's Crown was one of the most ambitious new releases of 2011. Created by Production I.G. turned out to be surprisingly deep, very thoughtful and multifaceted. Of course, taking into account the fact that the director was Tetsuro Araki, much attention was paid to the relationship between the characters of the "Sinner's Crown".

The heroes are not distinguished by excessive pomp, pathos and crystal kindness, reminding ordinary people with their problems and dreams. At the same time, the protagonists share their world with an unknown kind of mystical forces, a terrifying virus, powerful corporations, while managing to live a simple life, which is exciting from the first episode.

Brief description of the series and facts

The series is rated R-17, has enough violence and explicit scenes. Critics have praised the characters from the Crown of the Sinner anime as too adult and too "natural", meaning the humanity, and at the same time some rudeness of the characters. Naturally, you shouldn't watch anime until the age of 17-18. Meanwhile, "The Crown of the Sinner" is by no means a thriller, but a tragedy with a well-thought-out plot and dramatic production.

However, those who favor the abundance of violence and conflict in the series will also have something to see. The project was broadcast from 2011 to 2012. In addition to the 7-volume manga of the same name, there is also a game in a similar setting - Guilty Crown: Lost Christams, which was released after the completion of the main narrative. It belongs to the "visual novel" genre and is available for players over 15 years old. The characters of "The Crown of the Sinner" are completely complete, as, as a matter of fact, the plot itself.

Extracts from the plot

Japan is at the center of the story. 10 years before the events described in the first season, an epidemic of an unknown virus swept the country, as a result of which most of the population died. The chronology of major events dates back to 2039. The main character named Shiu Oma has the power to create weapons from the carrier. In practice, it looks like the materialization of a certain tool directly from a person. He meets the girl Inori, who is part of the Undertaker guerrilla group, whose task is to oppose the corporation that holds control over the remnants of the state.

The setting turned out to be rather dark. In addition to the fact that the Apocalypse virus actually destroyed the state system of Japan, the corporation has long seized power in the country and controls the distribution of resources. There are strange genetic experiments, private laboratories that investigate the influence of the virus, numerous armed groups, etc., which are funded by companies. The characters of "The Crown of the Sinner" match the whole world, sometimes cynical and tough, which only adds some poignancy to the series.

Genome of Void, Voids and Virus

The genome of emptiness is a special power of the protagonist, which has a genetic nature. Allows you to isolate a Void from a person - a spiritual weapon. It can take various forms, and also significantly depends on the will of the wearer, which determines the strength of the weapon in the end. So, for example, a close friend of the protagonist in the invented classification of Voidov received F, and Inari wields a sword of terrifying power and could lead the table. If the host survived and mastered the Void Genome, then a second experiment would most likely kill him. However, the protagonist agrees to this and voluntarily absorbs both the Voids and the virus.

Xu Oma

Tops the roster of Crown of the Sinner characters. He is in class 2A of the school for high school students, at the time of the story he is 17 years old. Looks like a quiet and calm brown-haired man with sad brown eyes. At first, he positioned himself exclusively as a hermit, had an interest only in studies and the school club. He is very attached to his childhood friend, whose death turned the hero into a ruthless killer, "Prince of the Voids".

He began to change as a person when he decided to save Inari from his pursuers, knowing that this would threaten him with big trouble. For a long time he was an outcast among the partisans, since they considered his entry a whim. After losing his right hand and his strength, he finally took responsibility for the whole world, survived, and absorbed the virus, as well as the forces of the Voids. The characters, the names of the "Crown of Sinners" have much in common. So, for example, the protagonist 10 years ago lost his sister, whom he remembers very badly, and was familiar with the head of the Undertakers.

Oma Kurosu and Haruka Kurosu

Parents of the protagonist. They studied the virus, as well as the "first stone" from which the spread began. The precedent took place due to the fact that Xu Man's sister cut herself when she went to her parents. They died during the "Last Christmas", as the first day of the epidemic was later called. However, the main character himself thought so. As it later turned out, the father was killed by the head of the GHQ company, Keido, as he advocated the limitation and elimination of the virus as such.

Mana Oma

The sister of the protagonist. She looked like a smiling blonde with pink eyes. She became the first person to be infected with the Apocalypse virus, gaining with it the power of control of the Voids. Particles from her body led to the formation of weapons in other people. Used Void Xiu to reclaim what she had lost. She died, but later resurrected in an artificially created body (Inori). Has a platonic attraction to his brother, which he in every possible way limits and condemns. After Xu once again refused to marry Mane, she ordered to kill him.

Inori Yuzuriha

Member of the youth pop group EGOIST. It is an artificially created man, in fact, a receptacle for Mana. It was accidentally released by the head of The Undertakers, for which Inori is very grateful to him. Due to the blood transfusion between her and Guy, he, in principle, is still alive, since he has long been infected with the virus. Experiencing conflicting feelings towards the protagonist. At first he dislikes, and sometimes despises him, which leads to separation. Later, he again collides with Xu and already falls in love with him. After Mana woke up, she used all her will to prove herself and help the main character.

In the photo of the anime "Crown of the Sinner", the protagonist is holding Void. Probably next to him is Inori, as fans are counting on a favorable ending for the two. There are many theories about the ending, but the viewer / reader will decide what to believe.

The next anime has signs of what I personally like and what not. Moreover, what I don't like is at the beginning of the series, and it's good that I endured and watched it to the end, otherwise you would have seen an extremely low rating in the end. So thank you for watching the anime "Crown of the Sinner" (Giruti Kuraun).

The anime is relatively new, 2012, where are you even newer? Therefore, if someone decides to get tired of the old drawing of the golden classics, then it will be possible to watch.

We are immediately told that the action takes place in the future and, of course, that in Japan. It is to the country that gave the world and karaoke, a mysterious virus attacked, probably for having created the second. In general, the future Japan is a pitiful sight. International troops were brought into its territory, the economy is in decline, and no one wants to think about the people.

This is the environment that the average Japanese lives in ... guess who? That's right, an ordinary schoolboy. He lives and suffers for himself, he says, they say everything is bad, nothing changes, the economy is in decline, there is nothing to eat besides this trashy bento, oh, what an adventure.

And it so happened that the adventure came to the guy, by the way, his name is Xu Oma, but I think no one will remember this after watching. Deciding to eat his lunch in solitude, he goes to an abandoned warehouse, where he finds a potential freeloader for his bento.

Looking closely, the student discovers that his unexpected companion for eating food is singer Inori Yuzuriha. What she lost here really turns out to be a reasonable question for him, but as you know, there is no time to explain, and take a test tube with an unknown liquid from the singer in your hand and take it to an unknown uncle. And all because Inori cannot do it, as people in military uniform came for her and took her away in an unknown direction.

While the boy was looking for someone to give the capsule, he realized that he was now helping terrorists who were fighting for Japan, while blowing up the country's civilians. And the beauty singer also works for them. But deciding to step over himself once, Xu tries to help, but only the conduction from above and the contents of the test tube is in the main character. Now he possesses superpower, is able to pull out his spiritual incarnation from any person and use it as a weapon.

But along with this ability, he has a choice: to leave everything as it is, or to try to change the world. And in fact, the choice is not as easy as it seems.

Anime experience

How is this anime remembered? It greets you with the most beautiful title melody, of course I will not undertake to say that there is nothing better, but that you have heard all the songs once, remember by the sound, that's for sure.

Regarding the graphics, too, no questions asked. All series are expressed in the same style, do not change to something for children or toys. Special thanks to the creators for this.

If we talk about the plot, then the crown of the sinner or, as often it appears, the "crown of guilt", anime for endurance. In front of you during the first episodes of 11-12, practically nothing happens. Not in the sense that the heroes sit at the table and drink tea, but in the fact that all the heroes do not change morally at all, they are all in their broth and actively demonstrate this and of course infuriates the main character with all his indecision and whining.

The real anime begins only after a dozen episodes, and then you understand - you were simply introduced to the heroes and showed how the strongest people can break down and those at whom everyone gave up can stand up. The sinner's crown is a phoenix, during half of his time, he prepares for his death and when you want to pull out the disc and throw it away, he begins to show himself in all its color.

To summarize: music, pictures, and in some places a creepy plot - all that is needed for a good anime. Therefore, 8.5 points out of 10.
