Music producer Alexei Muskatin explained to "360" that he works closely with the "Russian Media Group". And what is happening there now can be called a misunderstanding due to a clash of corporate interests. However, in his opinion, all this is transitory.

“Yes, there is corporate ethics. If you are the face of one TV channel, then you do not go to others. But, starting with the Comedy Club, it all blurred. They were the first to appear on one or another TV channel. And in general, when an artist reaches a certain media level, and Ani Lorak has reached it, she has the right to appear anywhere. Since she is no longer the face of the channel, but has become a national property. It’s like prohibiting Kirkorov from going somewhere. Only he himself decides where to appear, just like Pugacheva or Leps do.<…>Ani Lorak should no longer be affected by any prohibitions, ”Muscatin concluded.

Also, one of the main reasons for the discord is the long-standing accounts of the owners of RMG and MusicBox, the latter allegedly refuse to put clips of the wife and sons of Vladimir Kiselev - YurKiss, VladiMir and Elena Sever in rotation. In addition, according to Palinova, Kiselev has long been planning to assign the channel to himself.

The owner of our company had a conversation with Kiselev about the transfer of management of the MusicBox TV channel to Kiselev. I understood that the director refused, and maybe because of this everything is happening. And I talked with Sergei Baldin (RMG employee - Ed.), He told me himself: “Natasha, I am a hostage of the situation, take it as it is, the task is to disrupt your event! Everything!"

According to the artists who found themselves "between two fires", the key role in the situation is played by the program director of RU.TV - Mikhail Bogomolov. It is he who conducts lengthy negotiations filled with insistent recommendations “to follow the RMG policy”. Super reached out to Bogomolov for comment.

The first prize was awarded at the Oberig festival last weekend in Moscow. The awards - handmade wooden figurines in the shape of a bird - were won by prominent performers of ethnic music on the Russian stage.

When you listen to world music or ethno with lyrics in long-dead languages, you feel that eternity is not so far away. Stretch - touch with your hand. Here they are: legends, ancient gods, other times, old traditions that someone carried through the darkness of time for you to hear. As if Prometheus, not understood by everyone, brought fire. Old music is giving new shoots, and therefore world music is mesmerizing, it has an inexplicable force from ancient times.

I think that the performers themselves feel it. Take at least ESHU, a group that makes the first, but very confident steps in the folk scene. Even from a short performance at the Oberig festival, one can understand that these musicians - a mysterious barefoot vocalist and a percussionist filled with external and internal harmony - have learned something from the “music of the world” and are able to convey this to us. I'm not even talking about Inna Zhelannaya, whose music in space electronic processing reaches an almost existential, at times frightening depth. By the way, it was Inna Zhelannaya who received the Russian World Music Awards for the best experimental project, although I got the feeling that the foreign part of the jury did not understand who Inna was and what she was doing.

The award for the best authentic project went to touching clear-eyed grandfathers from Nerekhta Horn Choir... The musicians spoke with enthusiasm about their instruments, and it was evident that they were proudly carrying the burden of the guardians of the tradition. Horn music is peculiar, although I would say that it is rather unusual for a city listener. Especially interesting is the combination of horn music and voice, which seems to take us from the capital to the pre-revolutionary, abundant and real Russian village.

Audience Award went to Robert Yuldashev and the Kuraisa group performing dynamic ethnic music inspired by the Bashkir epic. Listen to the drums of Kuraisa and you will hear a horse herd, a passionate call inviting you to look into eastern antiquity. An interethnic team was chosen as the best ethnic project at the festival Authentic Light Orchestra... In the music of this orchestra, the Armenian duduk supplanted the saxophone and took the leading place in the performance of measured ethnic jazz.

The meeting of all these extraordinary musicians was helped to create a small group of enthusiasts, who, like piranhas, were attacked by just critics from the crowd. But, as they say, if the stars are lit, then someone needs it: it is absolutely necessary - for both the musician and the grateful spectator. Everything worthwhile starts small, and I want to believe that the Russian World Music Awards will develop into a large project and find its fans.
