The song television show “Voice. Children ”has been aired on Channel One of Russian television since February 28, 2014. This project is not original, it is adopted from a similar Dutch format. Children from 7 to 14 years old participate in the program. The show repeats a version that was previously for adults. Each issue has mentors (there are three of them): these are leading pop stars or producers. The task of the mentors is to recruit a group of 15 children.

First, there are blind auditions, sometimes it is impossible to even determine the gender of the child by the voice. Then there are the fights, the elimination song, the final competition. The Russian show is slightly different from the international format: from the second season, an "Additional Stage" was added. Channel One announced the start of accepting applications for participation in the new season of the country's main children's vocal project "Voice. Children!" The first episodes of the show traditionally start closer to spring.

From February 1, 2017, any Russian citizen can receive a Far Eastern hectare. People from different parts of the country decided to settle in the Khabarovsk Territory, Yakutia, Sakhalin, Kamchatka and other regions. According to VTsIOM, about 6% of Russians are already determined to choose land for themselves. Another 7% think about it. In total, this is more than 10 million people.

“The land is one of the greatest assets of our Russian people. And if people for years - and now this, unfortunately, is the case - for years have been standing in queues, knocking thresholds and receiving various certificates necessary to obtain land, then this simply constrains economic growth. Therefore, we set the task in the Far East to ensure that land is provided as quickly as possible, "- said the plenipotentiary of the president in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev.

More than two and a half thousand land applications since the beginning of the day have been received from various regions of the country. Residents of the Far East were the first to exercise this right since June 2016. More than 42 thousand applications were received, nine thousand in Primorye. Basically, land is taken for the construction of housing, the creation of subsidiary plots and various types of business - from eco-farms to tourist centers.

“Perhaps this will be associated with a certain infrastructure for recreation and family recreation for residents and guests of the city of Vladivostok and the Primorsky Territory,” says Sergey Voronetsky, a resident of Vladivostok.

A resident of Vladivostok Roman has always dreamed of his house overlooking the sea. After the construction of their own home, there are plans to build several houses for fishermen and hunters. In the summer season, there are always a lot of tourists here, and you can earn money on this.

“There is some kind of possession, you are no longer on earth just like that. This yours. You can already give all your best, build something thoroughly. Plus, my child will become it, ”explains Roman Savva.

Where there are already owners, the plots are marked in red. Then draw the boundaries of your own hectare. And go to your personal account. The application will be completed automatically.

It takes about two months to consider the application and check the land for ownership. Officials admit that the procedure has not yet been fully debugged. There are glitches. For example, the discrepancy between the boundaries of the plots in different databases or after receiving the application, it turns out that the selected land does not fall under the program. All these roughnesses are now being eliminated. The rapid development of new lands was also reported to be facilitated by favorable conditions for obtaining mortgage loans by land users - at 8% per annum. But the support measures will not be limited to this either.

“This includes microloans, leasing of agricultural machinery, obtaining on preferential terms a quota for cutting timber for the subsequent construction of a wooden house, and so on,” says Alexander Galushka, Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East.

The state gives five years for the development of the land, and if the citizen does not use it for its intended purpose, the site will have to be returned. The federal program "Far Eastern Hectare" will operate until 2035. 180 million hectares have been allocated for the allocation of plots, that is, even if each citizen of Russia takes one, the land will still remain.
