Modern airborne form
The uniform of the airborne troops has always had certain differences associated with the specifics of the service. For example, during the war years, the kit necessarily included:
- Comfortable cut, moleskin white or spotted jumpsuit that does not restrict movement;
- Leather or canvas helmet in gray-blue color.
Today, various combinations of paratrooper clothing have also been developed that can be used in different conditions.
Features of the modern form of the Airborne Forces
The main requirement for the form of the Airborne Forces is functionality. For sewing, high-quality domestic fabric made using nano technologies is used.
Much attention was paid to the development of the winter version of the form. Insulated jackets, trousers and helmets have been tested in cold temperatures and strong winds. Thus, the maximum comfort of the paratrooper was guaranteed during combat missions in the winter.
It is very important that various combinations of clothing allow the fighter to feel comfortable in any climatic conditions. For example:
- In cool weather, demi-season jackets are used with or without a detachable lining.
- In windy weather, it is allowed to wear a knitted sweater under the jacket.
- For rainy weather, closed-cut overalls made of waterproof fabric are provided.
- In winter, a cap with earflaps with long ears is used as a headgear, which allows you to protect the chin with an upper flap, which can be used as a sun visor.
Of course, the unique cut of the paratrooper's jacket should be noted, which to a certain extent can be compared with a universal transformer. This outerwear can be easily disassembled into separate elements, after which it turns into a warmed pea jacket or windbreaker. Camouflage overalls made of lightweight fabric are used as a summer uniform.
Of course, the differences in the form of the parade uniform of the Airborne Forces are the presence of a blue beret and a vest. In addition, there are always insignia on the paratrooper dress uniform. First of all, this is the emblem of the Airborne Forces, which depicts a parachute with two aircraft. She has long become a symbol of the unity of all paratroopers. There is also an Airborne Forces sleeve badge, which was created after the landing troops were withdrawn from the Air Force and allocated to a separate unit - the Airborne Forces.
